To you who are visiting Yangzhou for the first time, I hope you enjoy it

Yangzhou, you are like a delicate scroll of painting, possessing both the grandeur of the north and the tenderness of the south. 🌿 Walking on the streets of Yangzhou, I can feel that unique charm, as if traveling through time and space, experiencing the vivacity of northern Jiangsu and the boldness of southern Jiangsu. 🌞 In the early morning of Yangzhou, I am attracted by the fragrant morning tea. Friends, if you come to Yangzhou, do not miss the morning tea here! I especially recommend a few places: The one by the Slender West Lake, with a super beautiful environment, but really crowded, you have to go early to grab a good seat. 📍 Fuchun at No. 35, Desheng Bridge, Guoqing Road, is absolutely my favorite. There is also that local favorite shop, dry mixed noodles with kidney flower soup, simply the standard deliciousness of a Yangzhou morning. Remember, Fuchun and Yechun have queues, but it's really worth it! For authentic tasting buns, the Garden Teahouse is your go-to, their tofu skin is amazing! There's also a shop with great views, where some even choose to hold their weddings! For morning tea, I usually order crab roe soup buns, steamed dumplings, and that super tasty Wuding bun, as well as dry silk and crab powder dry silk, each bite is a taste of happiness. 🍜 Walking on Dongguan Street, the pickles of Yangzhou Sanhe and Simei make me unable to stop, and you can also buy some gift-boxed ones to take home to share. Yangzhou's old goose is also a must-try delicacy, each restaurant has its own secret dipping sauce, and I recommend trying the hind leg, great value for money. For lunch, 🥟 the potstickers and spicy soup are my favorites, although there's always a long queue, it's definitely worth the wait. In the evening, Jiangjiaqiao, Dongyuan Xiaoguan and other places are good choices, chain stores offer good value for money, or you can try high-end malls like Hongqiao Fang and Huamao, and for an even more upscale experience, Huaiyang cuisine restaurants like Shizilou are your best bet. After a full meal, don't miss out on experiencing Yangzhou's bathing and foot massage services, truly the best way to relax on a trip. Heyuan and Geyuan, the two most famous private gardens in Yangzhou, Heyuan is exquisite and elegant, known as the best garden of the late Qing Dynasty. Geyuan is even more refined. I suggest going to Geyuan at dusk, entering from the north gate and exiting from the south gate, just in time to enjoy the night view of Dongguan Street. For a walk, I recommend going near Dongguan Street, where there are many interesting shops, and two bookstores are great places to pass the time. The city tower at the far east end of Dongguan Street allows you to capture the beauty of the entire street. Museum lovers must visit the Yangzhou Museum, where the Yuanji blue-glazed white dragon plum vase is the treasure of the museum.
