Guest UserIdeal location if you have an event at Flanders Expo. Easily accessible by public transport. Spacious, beautiful, and clean rooms with everything you could possibly need. The beds are wonderfully comfortable! The air conditioning cools perfectly, and the bathroom is super hygienic.
The staff are very friendly.
Highly recommended!

HuanqiuyuzhoulvxingjiaThis hotel was the most impressive one on my trip through the Netherlands, Germany, France, Luxembourg, and Belgium. It's located right in the heart of Ghent's scenic riverfront, a World Heritage site, one of Europe's top ten design hotels, and on the list of the world's top 100 hotels! Staying here, it truly lives up to its reputation. It's incredibly well-designed, opulent, a genuine antique with a strong sense of culture and history. The classic Baroque style is evident, and the furniture and decor are all traditional European. It exudes the luxurious feel of an ancient European palace! The breakfast was also excellent, especially the breakfast restaurant, which has fantastic views!

Jolyn FangThe hotel was about 10 to 15mins walk away (with lugguage) from the train station. No frills, a practical hotel. Looks old but all's functioning as it should.
Wad i like:
1. I was here for the Vredefeesten Peace festival.. love that they gave me a room facing the grote mrkt.. i have to open the window and there it is.. i have the full view of the hotair balloons, fireworks and parade. Very thankful indeed.
2. Hot water. U just have to wait abut before it comes out heated.
3. Lift! Phew... for a person with a luggage.. im thankful for it.
4. Nice staff who let me did an early check in and graciously help stored my bags post check out.
5. Everything was done and responded to within the day. My bathroom drainage waa clogged with hair or what nots from previous guests.. a staff came to help unclog (having to go up and down a few times just to get it done).. again. Im thankful.
6. A clean kettle! Yays..
7. Spacious place. I love the window ledge where i sit and watch everything..
FYIs: *im nitpicking here so.....
1. No towels so bring ur own
2. 2-in-1 Shampoo and Shower foam .. bring ur own too.
3. Problem w beautiful windows opening to amazing views are ur inconsiderate neighbours who open them to smoke out too.. so u get bouts of nicotine smoke in ur face. Which is annoying.

Kalpana RaiFunky hotel where you can see creativity in every corner . Spotlessly clean every where. Staff are supper friendly and helpful. Water fountain on the floor we are staying , tea/coffee making facilities and hair dryer in the room. Iron board in the corridor if required . They thought about every detail to make guest’s life easy .Definitely stay here if we come back to Ghent again. 20 min walk to center of the Ghent but we enjoyed the stroll !

ime, but our room was already prepared. The staff kindly allowed us to check in early, which I really appreciated! The location is great, not far from the railway station. The place is very clean, and I loved the soft mattress and pillows. The breakfast staff was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.”

Anonymous UserThe area of the hotel is very zen. The place is only reachable by car and close to the road.
I really liked the interior and ambience of the hotel. It's very Zen and clean.
However there are a few things that we personally did not like as much.
If you like a soft bed then this hotel is definitely your heaven. However for people who like a hard/ medium bed that gives more support then this is not the kind of hotel you want. The bed is so soft you sink in it.
We wanted to sleep in, but the walls of the rooms are quite thin. You can clearly hear a conversation next door. lt also did not help that the gardeners starts mowing the grass in the mornings, around 9 o'clock.
The breakfast is fine, the woman helping is also very nice. Good hotel for a stopover especially if you want a clean hotel.

NaryyOverall, the hotel is decent, especially since it's new and everything feels clean and well maintained.
The location isn't ideal if you don't have a car. Fortunately, I was driving, and the hotel offers parking for €20 per day, which was convenient.
The staff were welcoming and helpful. I had an issue with the iron in my room, and they replaced it quickly without any hassle.
The room was fine, but I was a little disappointed because the listing advertised a large bed, while the one I got was quite small. Another downside was that no slippers were provided. I personally don't like walking barefoot in hotel rooms, especially knowing that some guests walk around wearing their shoes.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.

Guest UserThe hotel is situated in a beautiful location in the historic center of Ghent. We had a spacious room, which was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the shower lacked pressure, resulting in a weak stream.
The breakfast was fine, although the breakfast room is not very spacious.
The hotel bar was not busy, making it less inviting.
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel; it is a great starting point for a weekend in Ghent.

Sint Niklaas was going thru a process of major road and town works. Confusing one-way systems at play gave me a flat tyre reversing back around the right way and hitting a bunch of stones popping out the ground near the kerb.
I think it would be nice to return once the town face-lift is complete... 🤔
Ibis, I thought you'd be better than that. €20 deposit for a kettle and no milk, coffee, tea, or sugar in your room on arrival.. 😒
The ladies working there were lovely enough to give my gf & I a smile 🥰 they know where to park and at what times to pay the machines at the car parks 🤓
Cheap and fairly cheerful but also stressful to load and unload. 🤕
