An experience that exceeded expectations! If you're looking for a safe, worry-free, great-value seaside staycation just steps from the beach, I would recommend this place to everyone. 1. Service: Absolutely Fantastic I have to say the service at this hotel is truly impressive. All the staff are well-trained, almost everyone greets you with a warm, friendly smile and frequently asks if you need any help. You never feel neglected here. Any request you make is promptly attended to. In the restaurant, table-clearing is extremely efficient, and our table was always kept spotless. I was amazed by the quality and efficiency of their service — this is the best service I’ve experienced at an all-inclusive hotel in this price range. 2. Room: Clean and Comfortable The room is well-equipped, with air conditioning, a hairdryer, toiletries, a fridge (with complimentary soft drinks), and a safe. My room had floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the courtyard, offering a lovely view. The mattress was very comfortable, and daily housekeeping was thorough and spotless. The only minor flaw was that the bath towels were a little worn, though they were clean. 3. Hotel Facilities: Great, with Plenty of Pools The hotel sits on an elevated platform with sweeping views overlooking the beach. There’s direct access to the beach, guarded by security staff, which made us feel very safe. There are so many pools! Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas are available, and the poolside bar serves drinks and cocktails. Activities like water polo are organized daily — something that will make water lovers very happy. 4. Dining: Very Rich Selection, Mostly Western Cuisine The hotel has three restaurants — an international restaurant, an Italian restaurant, and Azha, a Moroccan speciality restaurant. The bakery bar is almost open 24 hours, so even if you're jet-lagged and wake up at 11 pm, you won’t go hungry. Food preferences are, of course, personal. For us, although there weren’t many dishes tailored to an Asian palate, we were still able to find things we really enjoyed. A special highlight — we were lucky to book the Moroccan restaurant with help from the staff. There was live oud music, very distinctive starters (Moroccan soup, appetizers), a main course (tagine), desserts, and an amazing flaming coffee (which was seriously cool). The staff introduced each dish in detail, and we had a wonderful dining experience. The only small drawback was that the portions were a bit too generous for two Asian women; we felt sorry we had to leave some food behind because we were simply too full. 5. Activities: A Few Options, Though More Could Be Added The hotel’s activities mainly revolve around daytime pool parties and evening shows at the sports club. The dancers in the evening show were incredibly engaging, and they invited guests to dance at the end — my mum and I really loved the atmosphere. Unfortunately, due to limited time, I couldn’t try out more activities, which was a bit of a shame. Overall, this was an incredibly relaxing staycation, perfect for travellers who value safety, comfort, and great value. Once again, heartfelt thanks to all the hotel staff — your warm smiles and friendliness made my mum and I feel so at home during our four wonderful days here. We truly felt the warmth and comfort of home.

Normal. Very interesting interior, but very dark. Living on the second floor, nothing can be seen in the room. Always half dark. And so, in general, everything liked. Service is good. All polite, helpful with any questions. There are no shops nearby where you could buy fruit. But it 's on the coast as a whole.

The hotel is ideal, very large, they gave us an apartment separate from the hotel. It is the highest hotel in all of Agadir, everything is very friendly and the breakfast is very complete

Expérience mitigée: tres bel établissement, qualité du service impeccable, qualité de literie nickel. Seulement pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, il y a des choses à dire: 1)Buffet du petit déjeuner pas mal mais pas digne d'un 5 étoiles surtout pour la partie salée ( très peu de choix de Charcuterie et fromage pourtant au Maroc ce n'est pas ce qui manque) idem le Maroc regorge de produits de qualité et de saison qui ont manqué au buffet (avocat, fraises....) 2) musique forte dans le couloir devant la chambre dès 7h du matin, ce qui me réveillait et malgré la plainte à la réception, rien n'a été fait. 3) Si vous avez le malheur de vous plaindre pour des dysfonctionnements, les responsables perdent vite leur sourire et deviennent très nonchalants, ce qui est un manque de professionnalisme

Good experience overall, shower head had an issue and water would leak out of the shower but that wasn't much of an issue. Shower gel and shampoo were not that good in our opinion. Can also complain about the padel rackets and balls provided for the courts were awful, and you could only book a court 30mins per day which is not that much. At the pool, lots of noise and loud music wasn't very enjoyable most of the time for us, as we prefer something a bit calmer and more relaxing. Too much Zumba and related music, if you don't enjoy this like us, takes away from the experience a lot. Apart from this stay was enjoyable, pool was nice and clean, beach was good, food was good and had a lot of variety, pastries were really nice, most of the employees were very nice and engaged with us a lot of the time. Would recommend the hotel to anyone interested in coming to Agadir.

Great location with easy access to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One minor downside was that some food and drinks were not replenished promptly during breakfast time

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at Résidence Igoudar from July 19th to August 7th, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. Before our arrival, I had inquired about the possibility of having a large refrigerator, as we were staying for 19 days. Upon check-in, we were greeted by Mr. EL MAHDI BOUCHETTOU at the reception. He immediately informed us that the requested refrigerator had been installed in our apartment. This thoughtful gesture truly pleased us. Additionally, he kindly helped us carry our luggage up to the apartment. Always smiling, welcoming, professional, and available throughout our stay, he deserves our highest praise. We would also like to extend our warmest thanks to Ms. HOURIYA MANSOURI, the housekeeper. She was incredibly kind and always very helpful. She assisted us in settling in upon arrival and almost daily checked in to see if we needed anything. Her professionalism, availability, and kindness deeply touched us. We also send our sincere thanks to the entire management of Résidence Igoudar for accommodating our request for the large refrigerator. This gesture greatly contributed to making our stay even more enjoyable. A huge thank you to the entire team for your warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism. Dear friends! Never rely on guest reviews of a hotel. I read a lot, and when I arrived here, I was looking for everything they wrote about. And I found nothing, except maybe the quality of the towels. For a 3-star hotel, it's simply superb. Large grounds, many pools, and a wide variety of meats, fish, vegetables, and fruits. It has its own beach with sun loungers. There's always room. The animation team is simply superb. They entertain all day and in the evening there's a disco and a performance in the amphitheater. Twice, national music groups came. At 3:00 PM, everyone sings the Agadir national anthem in unison. Very beautiful. The hotel grounds are very beautiful. Lots of bars. Although they do have some restrictions on hard liquor. They make a variety of cocktails. In short, book this hotel and you won't regret it. Hotel is beautiful and local shops and area is nice, cheap and close to public transport, nice staff but the waiting time to check in was more than one hour and not just me but lots guests had to wait and countinue queing to beg for keys of the room even after completing all paper work because rooms were not ready for any of us. No kettle and towels in a room. They play music at swimming pool to entertain guest till midnight so was unable to sleep and rooms aren't sound proof. Staff knock on a door and in few seconds enter in a room without a permission. I would expect them to wait for me to open a door. No hot water either.

Beautiful location. Perfect welcome. Lack of organization. (Review the welcome fruit basket, barely ripe fruit. Very good macaron). Very average breakfast buffet despite a wide selection. Expensive hotel for the service. The village of Taghazout is easily accessible on foot. A corner of paradise. I don't understand why they charge 15 dirhams to enter/exit the hotel parking lot!
