A hotel designed for total relaxation and recharging, perfect for couples who prefer to relax instead of partying. The service is top-notch. The staff is very welcoming, always smiling and attentive. The pools are very clean, as are the rooms.
Thank you, Pickalbatros, for this wonderful stay. See you soon! 😍❤️

Normal. Very interesting interior, but very dark. Living on the second floor, nothing can be seen in the room. Always half dark. And so, in general, everything liked.
Service is good. All polite, helpful with any questions.
There are no shops nearby where you could buy fruit.
But it 's on the coast as a whole.

Our experience at the Hyatt Regency Taghazout was superb!
What left the best impression was the kindness of the staff members. Everyone was so friendly and was caring so much that we received the best service.
Upon request we received even an upgrade on our room, which made our stay even better with an awesome view.
The breakfast offered a huge variety. The staff members around Yassine and specially the female staff members like Asma amaray, Chaimae and everbody else really was making sure that we felt welcomed. They also remembered our preferences and took care that the service was excellent.
The location of the hotel is also great at it is right at the beach. You have an amazing view from the pools or the break fast area or also from your room.
To Taghazout it is an easy walk either on the beach or path, which is even lighted in the dark that takes about 20 minutes.
The rooms were very clean and spacious for two people. The bed was also very comfortable.
To sum up we can only recommend highly this hotel and it won’t be the last time that we have stayed there.
Special thanks also the the hotel manager Hicham Hriouad, who supported us and was available for our questions that made our stay just great.

We had a pleasant stay. The hotel is close to the center of Taghazout (40 minutes along the beach), the Moroccan restaurant offers a nice selection, and the breakfast is high-quality.
However, the indoor pool and hammam are chargeable, and this wasn't mentioned during check-in, which could have been more comprehensive. The tennis court was undergoing maintenance, and the hotel didn't have all the necessary equipment to enjoy the facilities (pool tables: missing balls / multi-sport courts: no balls available), which was a shame.
Access to the Calypso Beach Club is a real plus; we enjoyed the music and the food on offer.

Ist class service. Latifah at the front desk was amazing, very helpful and professional.
El mahdi the concierge guy was amazing, very friendly and helped us with necessary information.
The hotel looks much better than advertised on most sites.
Everything is new and just beautiful.
Very beautiful aesthetic, ambience and clean environment.
The rooms are very spacious and well decorated. Only downside was I couldn't connect YouTube or my phone smart view to the TV to watch my preferred shows. However, that's just my personal choice.
WiFi was good without issues.
The food was really tasty and had good varieties.
Overall, i highly recommend as palais des roses gave me a very good experience.
Staff are really amazing and friendly.

Guest UserVery nice place. Open with lots of space around the multiple swimming pools. Main pool busy but others quiet. There is a lot of walking to do as it's a big complex. Fun animations team. More English travellers so more staff speaking better English. Food is ok, small selection at breakfast, bigger selection at lunch and good choice of different meals for dinner. Lovely friendly helpful staff in general. Good value for money. Nice big spa for different treatments and good service. Lots of cats as is normal in a lot of hotels

For the price this hotel gave me everything I wanted. Great location, decent room, balcony with stunning view and free breakfast.
It's a bit tired around the edges and the rooms may be variable though but if you get a good room it's a great deal.

Beautiful location.
Perfect welcome.
Lack of organization.
(Review the welcome fruit basket, barely ripe fruit. Very good macaron).
Very average breakfast buffet despite a wide selection.
Expensive hotel for the service.
The village of Taghazout is easily accessible on foot. A corner of paradise.
I don't understand why they charge 15 dirhams to enter/exit the hotel parking lot!

RoamingCheck in slow for the most part. Staff are very helpful. The slide and pool are great. The massage and spa place is very warm and welcoming, very relaxing. Close to the beach, only pet peeve is being rushed out of the breakfast hall and stood over when the time reaches ten am as they need to clean and prep

Michael FiedThe hotel staff was very friendly and assisted with every request. The hotel is massive and reminded me of a resort; lots to do, and great for your business trip if you need high-speed internet and room service. The room was above expectation, with a large balcony, overlooking the garden and ocean - Just amazing! The majority of the hotel staff knew English which made things much easier! I will be back.
