While I understand Air Conditioning may not be needed a ton here in Vancouver, Canada, but our room AC was weak and pathetic. By the time we settled from the airport and in our room, it was already 10:30'ish and we went straight to the restaurant onsite. The AC did not get our room cool enough so it was uncomfortable.
The restaurant was mediocre and service was also mediocre. Way overpriced. Way overpriced. If we ever come through Vancouver again for a long layover, we will NOT be stay there again. Not for close to $300 a night...

We stay in Paradox King with bath. The room itself is just right, bright and very spacious. The pool bar and hot tub is prety remarkable as well. The hotel location is perfect for our needs; centered to business, restaurants, and shopping. It's always one of our hotel choices when visitting Vancouver, might be yours, too.
A very good medium-sized to large hotel. The architectural style of the entire hotel is typical Canadian national style, rough, heavy and grand. The room facilities are simple, and the hygiene and mattresses are neat and clean. The downside is that there is no kettle in the room. You have to go to the front desk to ask for it.
Very good. it would be impossible to find better especially for the price. The place was clean, well appointed, nice view out of the window.
Brand new furniture, comfortable large bed, clean, coffee in the room, breakfast included …
I arrived past midnight after over 30 hours traveling and the breakfast was from 6.30 until 9 but I only woke up at ten, I still went downstairs to check and the manager on duty said no problem and a nice breakfast of cereal, omelette, sausages, toasts jam, various juices and coffee …
The only thing was no elevator but they took my luggages up without having to ask and same in the morning they took them back down
I am impressed and very satisfied

The area isn't the best. Within walking distance of better areas. However, the immediate street and few blocks can be less desirable in one direction. There is a night club right under the hotel. Also, we stayed a couple days apart and when we came back the front glass door pane had been broken. Didn't look great with a boarded up door in the front entrance. Building is older and has the uneven flooring but that is consistent with other old buildings. The building seems decently maintained and clean but can't get rid of some of the quirks of an old building.
From the moment I opened the door to my room, I felt so at home and comfortable. The lighting around the bed made the perfect amount of brightness for casually lounging in the room. Honestly I would love the bed and headboard for my own house! Plentiful outlets and USB ports for charging devices. The TV was huge.
I enjoyed a hot bath complete with a rubber duck!
Theres a vending machine with lots of snacks on each floor, and a microwave in the room.
The lobby is also super cute! It had a giant scrabble board and a free nescafé station. There's even a retro lounge inspired by their sister hotel.
The staff was super friendly and were able to give me dining recommendations (I got a discount for being an Accent Inn guest!) and lend me a phone charger.
This inn has such character and I can't wait to stay here again. 11/10 would recommend!
The standout feature is definitely its transportation links. Being right next to a SkyTrain station makes it incredibly convenient for reaching the airport, Richmond, and downtown Vancouver. Foody World and Costco are also just a short walk away. On the downside, the room wasn't very spacious, and the decor was definitely showing its age. My biggest complaint, however, was the constant appearance of ants on the table (despite being on a high floor). I suspect it was due to some leftover food residue on the cabinet wall next to the refrigerator.
One of best Hotel I have ever visited. Cleanliness and Environment is 5/5 i wish i could stay long. Very Friendly Staff!! Yes i will visit this hotel again whenever i come to nanaimo.
Thanks to Trip app for saving me at the last moment and booking was easy.
This is my favourite place to stay in Banff! The townhouse feels very new and well built! You have everything in the house and it is so practical. The beds were so comfortable! I love the resort for the goats and deers. You can also see the big horns in the resort though they are rare. There is also a hot tub which we did not use. You can also go to nearby Invermere and Panorama.

GGuest UserVery clean and very comfortable bed. If the room has spare blanket for someone to add on. It will be the best. Also, I do not have extraordinary expectation so breakfast is so far acceptable.
RrohitsharingThe downtown location makes it easy to navigate to different places although I feel you have to rely on Uber / Lyft / public transportation for convenience, so any other well connected location should be fine. The hotel has fitness center that I didn’t go to. There’s a 7-Eleven right next door making it easier to get supplies.

CCrAzYd426This hotel Actually Better than I expected coz the reviews said it sucks……🤪
I think not too bad indeed tho I haven’t visit the gym yet….
I have no complaint for the room, I think it’s good to have microwave and coffee machine in the room and the lobby has coffee machine with different choice of coffee, it’s so good! 😊
Also there is a Korea Town (about 5 minutes walking from Lougheed Town Center Skytrain Station, this hotel about 10-15 minutes walking distant from the Lougheed Town Center Skytrain Station). There are many restaurants nearby, also there is Lougheed Town Centre (a shopping mall) it’s so convenient 👍🏻
I think it’s ok to stay a night or two but of coz the cleanliness and management could be better 😉

GGuest UserThis hotel has a lot of electric sockets all over our room! And the water is really hot in the showers! These are my 2 pet peeves for staying at hotels. And Red Lion definitely did not disappoint! The rooms are also very clean and spacey! Will definitely come back next time I travel to Victoria!
GGuest UserThere was a small problem when checking in, so I contacted Ctrip immediately and Ctrip quickly helped to solve it. I gave it a good review. But overall, the hotel is average... The Golden area is generally very ordinary, expensive and without any special features. You can avoid it if you can.
Bbellawang57This hotel is absolutely fantastic! After flying all the way from South America, I was so impressed. The Wi-Fi was fast, the room amenities were great, and the shower pressure was especially amazing. I'll definitely be staying here again!

GGuest UserThe room is small but cozy, with good dry and wet partitions. The hotel is close to the street and is noisy at night. The hotel is a three-story building with poor sound insulation. There is no elevator, so it is difficult to move heavy luggage. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and the coffee tastes good. The hotel price is relatively high and the cost performance is not particularly high, but the hotel is quite creative and makes up for some shortcomings. There are restaurants, cafes and supermarkets around, which is convenient. It is very close to DT and the surrounding public transportation is also very convenient. The shortcoming is that the interval is relatively long. In short, it is quite satisfactory.
