Amazing
PPetrina simWe stayed as a family with a 2year old. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star, perhaps more of a 4 star. When we arrived late at night, tired from a long drive, there was no bell boy to assist us with luggage direct to room, and esp with a kid in tow it was difficult. However one of our bags broke and the staff did help us get a bag from their store. Also no toothbrush was provided upon check in day and we found out next day only that it has to be requested, seriously, this is a very basic necessity to have at least for 1st day. The decor was intended to be classy but we found it a tad bit dark. The worst part was the bed was way too soft and sunk in, I had a backache the next days. :( On a positive note the bath tub was huge, toilet was spacious with 2 sinks! My kid enjoyed the bath tub. Also they did prepare the cot in the room when we arrived and I was very pleased. The next day I asked for high chair and it was timely placed at our room when we got back. Overall the staff were responsive. Also the breakfast was Ala carte, not buffet, but it was nicely cooked - however they did not offer a kids menu. The location is close to cbd shopping but do take note parking at hay street has day charges/hourly charges which you should factor to the value of your stay. Most shops closes early around 5pm by the time we got back from our day trips. Overall this hotel was more for couples or business stay and not so kid/family friendl, but that's just my opinion!

GGuest UserThis was the most pleasant surprise of our Australia trip! The hotel's location is fantastic, with shopping and transport links right next door. The breakfast offers incredible value for money, and the room size was decent. They even provide a pillow menu with different types to choose from, and a Nespresso machine with good quality capsules – miles better than the Pan Pacific! The staff were very welcoming and even spoke Chinese. The steakhouse and Italian restaurant nearby are both excellent. It's a shame we only stayed one night. Oh, and a quick note on the hotel's pre-authorization: the refund was processed instantly. Hotels in other cities and the Pan Pacific I stayed at before still hadn't refunded me even after I'd returned home.

TteweAs expected of the best of the Crown collection, immaculate service, room is clean and very spacious for two queen bed, the reception , concierge, valet and housekeeping staff are one of the most attentive and kind to every little detail when we dont even ask for help. Loved the kids stay free policy, where my both kiss aged 3 and 6 can stay for free without trouble. The best part for me is carpark is free , if you go park at P3 carpark, near the Mcdonald entrance. just a quick 5 mins walk back to lobby. the only one thing that i hoped can be improved is hotel breakfast , i didnt get to try because there is no special discount or whatsoever for hotel guest staying and also for my 6 years old kids who barely eat much for breakfast have to pay 50% of the adult price for breakfast which is already costly.

Yyuu._.seaI arrived after 10 PM and completely overlooked the fact that I needed to inform the hotel in advance. I was worried I wouldn't be able to check in, but thankfully, after calling the hotel, I successfully received my room key. **⚠️A word of caution for those arriving after 10 PM⚠️** When I tried to walk to the hotel from the nearby bus stop shown on Google Maps, I unexpectedly encountered the famous stairs! If you're considering staying here, definitely check them out beforehand. They're quite a workout! 😂 However, the room itself was clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay!

Xxu-24This hotel boasts an excellent location, surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops in a bustling area of Perth. It's just a ten-minute walk to the Bell Tower and Elizabeth Quay. While there are some homeless people in the vicinity, the hotel maintains good security. After 9 PM, you need your room key to access both the lobby and the elevators.

GgeorginaxoxoThe room is a bit old, but the location is truly central, with Dior, LV, and Chanel right downstairs. The bedding is quite clean, and the room size is decent, with a sofa, dining table, and kitchen, making it very suitable for tourists. It's also budget-friendly and offers great value for money. Across the road, there's a Coles supermarket, plenty of eateries nearby, and a 7-Eleven. Northbridge is also very close. The only downside is that the city center gets quite noisy at night, with drunken people on the bar street. For safety, it's best not to go out at night. An Uber to the airport takes about 30 minutes.

TTisna IskPerfect location for us. Close to cafes/eateries, St. Mary Cathedral, quiet at night... Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would be much better if the lighting in the corridor is brighter, also in the room. We found it a bit too dark. We did not have any meals at the hotel. What I find disappointing about Marriott Bonvoy's hotels : internet. the message that it is insecure and the complicated process to get access have been quite annoying. I tried to book via Marriott Bonvoy's apps, but rate is significantly higher than OTA. Love Westin's architecture and surrounding (spacious walkway). Could be better with heated pool.

MMarco VinciulloThe television in the room did not work it would turn on but had no reception,we had multiple technicicians enter our room late at night it wasn't until after midnight a technician realized it was the wrong remote control after leaving and returning again and it was finally resolved only to realise the Tv does not have access to netflix or streaming tv. This was a disappointment to our anniversary treat stay at crown, was expecting a more relaxing stay without the hours of disruption of multiple technicicians working in our room at midnight to turn on the television. When the desk staff enquired how was our stay, they seemed oblivious but not overly concerned or genuinely apologetic about the interruption to our stay. It was a shame as the hotel and Crown complex is an impressive location that I have I had the prestigious honour to contribute to the construction and maintenance of the stone and tile installation, dating back to the original buswood build and ongoing upgrades to presidential suites over the years and even the more recently upgraded Crowns construction including their presidential and other exclusive areas. So this was a rare opportunity to experience first hand the exclusive facilities I contributed to. The finished product was a treat to see up close for where our stay allowed us limited access to, I would love to be able to afford to access some of the exclusive areas I had responsibility for parts of prestigious projects there that I hoped to one day witness even if it was on special events like my anniversary, but I don't think even on rare occasion that the local experience is worth the expense might look to Bali resorts still for value and quality of an all inclusive hotel experience stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the city center, but it's a 15-minute walk to Perth Station. If you don't like walking, I wouldn't recommend it. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so you won't have trouble finding food. As for service, it really depends on which front desk staff you encounter. Out of the three I met, one had a very indifferent, poker-faced attitude throughout, while another was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and even slowed down their speech for us as foreigners. So, it's hard to judge the service consistently. However, the hardware facilities are quite basic. You have to insert your room card into a slot, wait for it to turn green, and then pull it out before you can press the elevator or open the door. It seems like a very old-fashioned and inconvenient design.

GGuest UserGood service and excellent location. However, the room did not provide bottled drinking water, which we believe should be included for guests’ hygiene and convenience. The bathroom was also very narrow, causing water to spill onto the floor after showering. Although I reported the issue to the front desk, the only assistance provided was extra floor mats to manage the water. A more practical solution would have improved the overall experience.
