Located within the ancient city scenic area, right by the Jinjiang River, this hotel boasts a lovely environment – peaceful yet close to all the action. It's a charming, antique-style Chinese traditional dwelling. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained with modern facilities. The breakfast was also excellent. I was very satisfied with this hotel; the service was great too. The front desk manager even upgraded my room for free upon check-in. There's also a large underground parking garage, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and it's lovely to take a stroll along the pedestrian street in the evening and enjoy the night views.

The room was clean and tidy, and the hot water supply was excellent! What truly stood out was the hotel's service, which made us feel incredibly welcome. Knowing we had just arrived by high-speed train, they immediately asked about our plans for exploring Tongren: had we booked tickets? Did we have transportation? The hotel is conveniently located right next to the tourist bus station, with a direct bus to Tongren Grand Canyon – how incredibly convenient! They didn't leave until they confirmed our afternoon itinerary was all sorted. We're so grateful to them! They've made us fall in love with Tongren, and if we ever come back, we'd love to stay here again.

I genuinely recommend this hotel! The transportation couldn't be more convenient, with the subway and bus stops right downstairs. It makes getting around, whether for sightseeing or business, completely hassle-free. The lobby is clean and grand, and the living environment is very comfortable. The breakfast was the biggest surprise—not only were the flavors unique, but they also extended the dining hours until 1 PM, which is incredibly flexible and a huge plus for travelers with a more relaxed schedule. The shower pressure in the room is excellent, making for a very comfortable shower, and the hairdryer is good quality and doesn't damage your hair. Overall, it's great value for money.

The hotel's location is great, with everything conveniently nearby. I had originally booked another hotel, but was shocked when I arrived. So, I quickly switched to the Pullman, which wasn't much different in price, but the experience was miles apart – the Pullman was so much better! While the facilities might be a bit older, they are very clean. Overall, I'm very satisfied. You can really feel the quality service just from the professionalism of the lobby staff. I want to praise a small detail: in the breakfast restaurant, there are little signs indicating whether a table is free or occupied, and there are lots of small animals around the restaurant area. Here's a small suggestion for improvement: if a honeymoon suite is being used for a wedding, it might be better to locate it away from the general tourist areas to avoid disturbing other guests.

The location is excellent, in the heart of the city; there are plenty of parking spaces, so driving is worry-free; the breakfast has a rich variety; I was worried that the equipment and facilities would be old, but the actual experience shows that the hotel has spent some effort on maintenance, and it is clean and comfortable; finally, let me talk about the service. The day of check-in happened to be a family member's birthday, and the young lady who checked me in was very attentive, and immediately sent blessings and small surprises. The glasses brother in the hotel's Chinese restaurant also gave me a very warm reception, which left a brilliant impression and memory for me and my family.

Coming from the north, we were absolutely blown away by the service at this hotel! They offer afternoon tea daily and a late-night snack, plus thoughtful little extras like eye masks and earplugs. Since Guizhou is often rainy, they even provide umbrellas for guests. The room has a mini-fridge that's restocked daily with water and drinks, and it's kept sparkling clean. Every day, they proactively ask if we'd like our bedding changed. The smart controls in the room are powered by Xiao Du, and the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation. After a long day of sightseeing, it's lovely to sit by the window, relax, and have some snacks and drinks. The hotel's design is also very artistic. Located in the Huaguoyuan community, it's super convenient for ordering food delivery. We were just transiting through Guiyang, and it was close to our travel connections too. All in all, we had a fantastic stay!

The hotel boasts a fantastic design aesthetic, with a creamy, bright, and clean vibe. The rooms are spacious, and the amenities and decor are very well thought out – it's no wonder it's the top-rated B&B in the area. The location is absolutely prime, right by Zhusheng Bridge, with Shiping Mountain and Qinglong Cave nearby, offering unbeatable views. The service is attentive, and both breakfast and afternoon tea are prepared with great care. They even gave us local green tea as a souvenir. Highly recommended!

The new store has only recently opened, the products are new, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, there are many areas for improvement. This is a full 5-star review, but please read the following carefully, store manager: 1. The laundry room is quite far from the guest rooms. Please provide clothes hangers in the laundry room; if there aren't any for ironing, it's inconvenient to have to go up and down stairs. 2. The parking garage is shared with the residential complex. Although the parking spaces are marked as hotel-only, there are simply not enough charging stations. Although they said they would increase to 6 later, it seems there will still be a shortage if shared with the complex. 3. Please double-check the room facilities. The TV wouldn't turn on the night of my check-in, no matter how I tried. It wasn't necessary for me, so I didn't ask the staff to check it. Great location, great products. This hotel in Huaguoyuan is absolutely amazing! The design features a lovely natural wood style, beautifully incorporating elements from Guizhou's local Miao and Dong ethnic cultures. I especially loved the butterfly motifs; the staff told me they symbolize blessings. They even gave me a small souvenir when I checked out, which just reinforced how happy I was with my choice. Originally, I booked a different room type, but after an upgrade, I stayed in the 'Shan Muyun' room, which offers breathtaking high-altitude views of the Twin Towers and the 'White House' at night. The view was absolutely spectacular! I honestly felt like I wanted to stay even longer. I highly recommend it!

My stay at Sofitel Guiyang was absolutely perfect, 10/10! First off, the hotel's location is excellent, making getting around super easy. All the amenities nearby are great for both sightseeing and business. What's more, before we even checked in, Janice from Guest Relations added us on WeChat and sent us a handy guide to all the local facilities. Every single staff member was polite and genuinely friendly. Cat also provided outstanding service. We felt so comfortable and at ease during our stay. I truly recommend it to anyone visiting Guiyang.
