When I think of the luxury hotels in Jinan, each has its own charm and highlights. But for overall quality and personal preference, the InterContinental Jinan consistently ranks first. Even after all these years, its unbeatable location, elegant and stately style, and meticulous service philosophy continue to win me over time and again. This time, I was revisiting with my elders and also had a small child with me, so naturally, I had more concerns and needs. Our butler, Lily, was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. She proactively contacted me a day in advance to discuss our check-in preferences and any special arrangements. This dedication translated into wonderful surprises on the day of arrival – not only was our room upgraded, but both rooms were conveniently located next to each other, making it exceptionally easy to look after both the elders and the child. The view from the window was expansive and clear, with delightful scenery. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and tidy. The bedding maintained the brand's usual high standards, soft and comfortable, ensuring a completely restful night's sleep. The food at the executive lounge was exquisite and delicious, with mild flavors that the little one particularly enjoyed. Breakfast offered a rich variety and consistent quality, maintaining its exceptional standard, with nothing to fault from taste to detail. Throughout our stay, service was prompt and responsive, always accommodating and considerate, making the entire experience worry-free and comfortable. The only minor regret was our tight schedule, which prevented us from trying the Thai cuisine. We'll have to save that for a dedicated visit next time. A big thank you again to butler Lily for her meticulous care and thoughtful arrangements throughout our stay, making this family trip complete and heartwarming. The InterContinental Jinan, as always, exceeded expectations. We look forward to returning soon.

Lv Feng Hotel is strategically located in the heart of Shinan District. It’s just a 5-minute walk to The Mixc Shopping Mall, where you can find almost everything. Luckin Coffee is right next door, which is a big plus for coffee lovers. The MRT station is also only about a 5-minute walk away. The room is spacious and well-equipped. The room I stayed in offers a view of Qingdao TV Tower, and I could also enjoy the sunset. 赵姐 from the housekeeping team is very attentive and does a great job—kudos to her! One of my favourite things about the room is this multifunctional machine (as shown in the picture). It works as an air conditioner, heater, and dehumidifier, which made the stay very comfortable.

This was the warmest trip ever! We chose this hotel for my child's birthday. The overall environment and service were top-notch, especially Judy and Sally. After I casually mentioned it was my child's birthday, they proactively prepared a birthday cake. The service was fantastic! Next time we visit Rizhao, Sheraton will definitely be our first choice. The service, environment, and scenery are all perfect, especially the executive room which faces the sea directly. My child was super excited!

This is my umpteenth time visiting Yantai, and this time I snagged a special deal for the Pullman. The location is absolutely top-notch, right in the heart of Yantai city center. The famous Suochengli is just downstairs. The front desk staff (a woman with glasses, I think her surname was Yu, I glanced at her name tag but can't quite recall now, haha 😂) even upgraded us to a sea-view room for free. Before we left, she gave us a Yantai fridge magnet, really going above and beyond with the service details. The room's hardware was pretty much as pictured, with expansive views and no noticeable dirt (a few mud splatters on the exterior window glass are an unavoidable hardware issue, easily negligible for me). Soundproofing was also good (no issues with being woken up by other rooms in the middle of the night, though I'm not overly sensitive to noise, so this is based on a normal perspective). Overall, the room was great. I didn't book breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on the in-house dining, but it's super convenient to find food nearby. I even went with my local Yantai friends to try authentic Penglai noodles nearby. Whether it's your first time or a repeat visit, I highly recommend choosing this hotel in Yantai (at least the off-season price is truly a steal, offering incredible value for money). P.S.: This hotel genuinely has a lot of international guests; I constantly saw Koreans, Russians, and other Eastern European faces 😂

Traveling to Zibo with my child, this was my first stay at a Sheraton, and I was quite impressed! First, the location is excellent; it's very close to Badaju and surrounded by plenty of amenities, making it a great area to explore. Second, the room was very clean, and they even upgraded my room type. The front desk service was also excellent. Overall, it was a very good experience.

I originally booked this hotel in Yantai just for a layover before taking a ferry, and I never expected it to be so fantastic! The first reaction from my four friends when we entered the room was, ”Wow, this is so luxurious, like a presidential suite!” There was even a game console in the room, making it perfect for families with kids. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was impeccable, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The front desk staff, both the young lady and the older woman, had excellent service attitudes. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Yantai.

It's been ten years since I last visited Qingdao, and returning to this beautiful coastal city after a decade brought back so many memories. This time, I chose the well-established Shangri-La. Although the hotel has been around for a while, it's very well-maintained, and the location is excellent, being very close to May Fourth Square with a subway station right outside. My stay was packed with activities. One evening, returning to the hotel's front desk, I was surprised and delighted to overhear a manager speaking Cantonese. He spoke fluent Hong Kong-style Cantonese, and it was such a pleasant surprise to meet a fellow Cantonese speaker so far away in Qingdao. His way of speaking made us feel incredibly welcome and familiar. In the lobby, he recommended several different restaurants based on our preferences, and not a single one was a disappointment – I'm so grateful to him! He was truly wonderful and his service was incredibly thoughtful. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time; it's a truly convenient hotel and highly recommended.

I was very satisfied with this stay. When checking in, the front desk asked if I had any room orientation preferences and assigned the room accordingly. They also pre-registered my license plate number, and the room was quite clean. Very good 👍

I bought a voucher for the Qingdao Haitian Hotel, and it offered great value for money. The front desk proactively upgraded me to a sea-view room on the 31st floor, which had a fantastic view. The bellboy was enthusiastic and helped with my luggage. The WeChat concierge provided information on dining and public areas and even gave me a small gift, demonstrating very attentive service, although perhaps a little *too* enthusiastic. The hotel breakfast was incredibly rich, with specialties like freshly-made wontons. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for walks along the seaside. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
