GGuest UserCompletely recommended hotel, we had double room with outdoor view,very cosy,with modern decoration and the location at two streets of the center,to rise is expensive upwards but on the street there are mechanical stairs that lead you to the street of the The hotel and best the full breakfast with a variety of things. I would certainly stay again and the chic@s of the reception very friendly.

GGuest UserThe appartment has a stunning view of the fields. It's very quiet and clean. The large king size bed is super comfortable. ensuite jacuzzi is wonderful. However it's completely isolated from the main hotel so we need to go outdoor for breakfast, restaurant and check out. It's a bit of huzzle because it rained heavily when we checked out. It's hard to manage all luggage, bin bag and umbrella at the same time. Although the appartment room rate is much higher than Hotel Spa Villa, we had less service and amenities. For example, housekeeping was not included so we need to throw our bin bag to the collection point outdoor by ourselves. Hence the Thermal pools are much smaller than Spa villa and was more crowed than a public pool especially during weekend when there were many families and kids. All kids liked to use the adult pools rather than their kid's pool! Not value for money. We requested pack breakfast at 7am on the check out day because we had early flight. One of the staff refused and said they had to follow the restaurant time table which are 8-11am. We asked another lady, Rachel, the next day and she was very kind and helpful, she communicated with the cafe and arranged pack breakfast with egg, coffee, water and fruits for us at 7am. Rachel is wonderful and the hotel need more staff like her who offered the best customer service.

GGuest UserLovely small hotel. In a great location. 10 mins walk to Old Town. 25 mins to beach. Bus stops directly outside the hotel which is very useful.
There are some lovely restaurants and bars within a 5 min walk. I can strongly recommend The Magnolia restaurant 10/10. Some of the best food I've ever had in Spain and a beautiful setting. Book in advance and ask for top terrace. Superb.
The hotel pool is small but big enough to cool down in.
There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel but breakfast and drinks are provided in your room. A nice touch. You also get a glass of cava while you get booked in. Miroslava ( Mexican) was great. She couldn't be more helpful.
The only down side was the room design. The reading lights are too low. If you want to read in bed the only place for the pillows is over the lights. Totally impracticable and very uncomfortable 😕
A small gripe.

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean and spotless. Spa thermal pool opens long hour from 8am to 10pm which is very convenient. Buffet dinner €18 per person is reasonable and food is good. Breakfast is average, lack of hot dishes.
The cafe bar offers some Thai cuisine. They are yummy but very small portions. Me and my husband ordered 3 main courses but were still hungry. We wanted to order the 4th course ”Style Thai beef wok” with an additional bowl of rice and we'd pay for the rice. However the waitress refused simply because a bowl of rice is not on the menu! I suggest the hotel to remove the Style Thai beef wok from the menu if they're not able to provide a bowl of rice to go with it. This is authentic Thai style of eating! Very disappointed ! The cafe service need to improve, too rigid, not customer oriented.

GGuest UserThis was a wonderful hotel! It was very clean and the location was amazing. It’s literally on the beach and it’s such a clean and popular beach. The restaurant served limited food but what we ordered was delicious. The breakfast was good but the lady that was working at breakfast was very abrupt and made you feel uncomfortable. I would also prefer a kettle in my room but of course I understand it takes you to the restaurant.The shower was strange as it didn’t have a door or curtain and no option of having the shower hooked up so you had to hold it. The weather was on the cool side and didn’t rise above 24 degrees but it was warm at times I’m at night so I would assume it could get uncomfortable in heights of summer.

PPang QThe hotel is in a great location, very close to the peninsula beach and within walking distance. The hotel is luxuriously decorated, the environment is comfortable, the front desk service is enthusiastic, the room is clean and tidy, the bathroom is large and easy to use, and the hotel breakfast is great, rich in content and tastes good. Dinner was also served at the hotel, a three-course French meal that tasted excellent. There are white-lined parking spaces on the roadside at the door, which are free and safe. The peninsula beach is beautiful. It is a very nice resort hotel.

The only thing I would put is if you are one of those you like to go out for dinner and not in the hotel itself, you have to move to Potes that is where there is most variety.

GGuest UserLOVELY and beautiful hotel WITH A GREAT BUFFETT BREAKFAST FOR A GOOD PRICE. IT OVER EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. Ana, Antonio and Son's have a wonderful way to treat their clientela. And Merce, the head housekeeper is always on the look to assistance you with whatever your needs are. She's absolutely the best, a real asset to this corporation. My only suggestion is to install safety bars in the bathrooms. But it's a great place to stay, whether itsolo or with fanily .family . Young children will enjoy the swing set on the beautiful garden

AAnonymous UserA pesar de algunas reseñas malas, todo fue bastante bien. La habitación era limpia y luminosa, con un televisor muy grande y camas cómodas. Tenían la calefacción, que funcionaba muy bien. Solo hubo tres cosas pequeñas que no me gustaron:
1. La ventana estaba un poco rota y no conseguí cerrarla completamente, pero no fue una gran molestia por esta razón.
2. La manta me pareció que olía un poco mal.
3. Preferiría que estuviera incluido un tubito de pasta dental.
Pero, con este precio y todo lo bueno, puedo decir que es un buen sitio.
