AAnonymous UserFantastic location right in the city center, just behind the Old Market. It's a quick 5-minute walk to the castle and the Robinson statue. There's a bus stop right downstairs, making it super easy to get to the train station. The room was clean and tidy, and the mattress was comfortable, not too soft or too firm. They even had a Nespresso machine with coffee pods! My only minor complaints are that the facilities are a bit dated and the room is on the smaller side. The breakfast was a good English continental spread with a nice variety, especially plenty of fresh fruit, and you could order freshly made eggs or omelets. Service was excellent, and both check-in and check-out were quick. They even offer free apples in the lobby, though the air freshener scent in the lobby felt a bit cheap. Overall, great value for money, much cheaper than London with bigger rooms, better facilities, and a superior breakfast.

JJessacoThe whole stay was great, I needed somewhere to stay while work was being carried out on my house. The rooms are spacious and have bathtubs, there was a big desk for me to work at and the internet connection was perfect, I had multiple video conferences and it never dropped once. Housekeeping were kind enough to check if I needed anything everyday, and reception staff were super friendly.
Right next to a massive national trust property had some beautiful autumn walks
However there is absolutely no phone signal (Vodafone)obviously nothing to do with the hotel it’s just extra info about the area!

Even canceledl the second day booking the day before for urgency still couldn't get any refund. So the room will be perfectly available on the second day for anyone to take and the hotel still charged you full price.
Towel in bathroom has brown stain on it. No idea what was that.
Quite at night, breakfast is nice.

AAnonymous UserWe’d enjoy the lovely stay at Roomzzz Nottingham. Reasonable price with clean and comfortable environments. Room sized is big compared with some traditional brand hotel.Good Wi-Fi connection. It’s so amazing on providing Free croissant and coffee/Tea for light breakfast. Very Good location.
And we are so appreciative on the reception staff, PATRYK, he’s attentive, patient to us and offered a lot of help since my mother is a wheelchair elderly.
Of course we can’t compare ROOMZZZ hotel with other Big-brand luxury hotel,however you will feel their warm welcomed atmosphere and satisfied on everything with the good reasonable prices.
Hope we can see Roomzzz hotel in each city on their future plan.

GGuest UserWasn't impressed at all with the room I was given as it was designed for a physically disabled person which I'm not. There were a few issues with the bathroom.
I left the room earlier than anticipated due to feeling uncomfortable. I explained my stay at reception where I was told you will receive a email from management, I didn't receive anything.

TTerrence@middlewichTraveling with a group of six, we booked two rooms, each with two double beds. The rooms were decent, and the bathroom and toilet were ideal, with shampoo and shower gel provided. However, the middle of the beds sagged quite a bit. It felt like a minor issue while sleeping, but I woke up with severe back pain.

BBenjamin ArthurA lovely place. We we're a bit iffy on sraying due to the rating of the hotel but after reading the reviews most were about the rooms being dated. Since we were only planning to be there for a night, who cares?
There was an issue with the booking from Trip.com's side which the duty manager Declan was able to resolve in a timely mannor while also making the wait very pleasant with some nice chat.
The staff were lovely, including the two young ladys on the bar/food service as well as Declan. Unfortunately didnt get the girls names.
The building is stunning and surrounded by lovely woods, perfect for a walk.
Rooms are a bit dated, sure, but why are you looking to spend all your time in your room? More than enough to have a comfy sleep in.
Also as a side note on that, id imagine It's a listed building and so hard an expensive to update.
Overall a lovely night and a pleasant morning having breakfast then a walk. Absolutely would recommend.

JJai KingstonSuperb staff, great parking. Very clean. Lovely bed. Only issue was no bathroom fan and I don't like the overhead showers as I don't like my head & hair getting drenched unless I choose to.
