The hotel is located in the city center, right across the street from Suochengli, and just a short walk from Wanda Plaza. It's also very close to Yantai Mountain. During the May Day holiday, parking was difficult, but a taxi ride from the hotel was just the minimum fare. The hotel management is excellent; from the doormen to the front desk staff, everyone is polite, demonstrating the professionalism expected of a star-rated hotel. On May 2nd, it rained on the day of check-in, which disrupted our plans, so we arrived early to see if we could check in. The front desk staff welcomed us warmly without any hesitation. They explained that the room was still being cleaned and that housekeeping had been notified to expedite the process, and also informed us that we could check in a little earlier, which made us feel very reassured. The breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of options. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

As a first-time visitor, I wasn't familiar with the local area or transportation, and online food guides were chaotic and unreliable, making me worried about picking the wrong places. Cherry understood my desire to try authentic local cuisine and went above and beyond by taking her personal time to hand-draw a food map. This map clearly marked genuine BBQ joints,特色混沌 (local specialty wontons), and other established local eateries in the Shinan District. She cleverly helped me avoid tourist traps, precisely noting store locations, opening hours, and average spending per person. Beyond that, she kindly advised on transportation methods and reminded me to steer clear of congested routes. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. Our room was brightly lit with abundant natural light, and the soft furnishings were sophisticated yet minimalist. The housekeeping was impeccable, and amenities were always well-stocked. Cherry's sincerity shone through; there was no pushy sales talk, just naturally comfortable service. These thoughtful, personalized touches, though small, truly doubled the happiness of our trip. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers – it's reliable and won't disappoint. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip!

Because I had an early flight, Doubao recommended the Ramada Hotel, and it exceeded my expectations! 👍 First off, the service was exceptional. They called me in advance to confirm my arrival time, and there was parking available on the ground floor. They even helped us book the airport shuttle, which departs every 30 minutes – super convenient. When they learned we'd be leaving too early for breakfast the next day, they thoughtfully refunded the breakfast fee and followed up on the refund process. There was even a WeChat contact person to assist with any needs, which truly made our trip warmer. The hotel's ground floor restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices. The hotel was incredibly clean, the building was beautiful, and the environment was quite picturesque. Although we could occasionally hear planes taking off at night, they thoughtfully provided earplugs. Plus, they offered a return pick-up service, which just shows how attentive their service is. I'll definitely choose the Ramada again next time!

What a delightful luxury hotel! The location is fantastic, right by the golden sands of the West Coast beach. The hotel itself is shaped like a ship, which is a really unique design. The rooms are decorated in a German style, very new, and feature beer-themed elements everywhere. You can even see the sea from your room. The amenities provided are incredibly comprehensive, and the hotel offers so many complimentary items, especially the beer tasting and free popsicles. Breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, and the special drink concoctions are very distinctive and in high demand. The staff provided excellent service. This is a hidden gem of a hotel, and our whole family had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

Everything about this place, from the ambiance and the experience to the service, was impeccable. The room was incredibly clean. The natural light, ventilation, and soundproofing were all flawless, and the facilities were very smart. Both the interior design of the room and the exterior courtyard were tastefully designed. The location is super convenient, just a five-minute stroll from the Hongmen Tourist Center.

Great location and, as always, the hotel is grand. The overall service was alright, but during check-in, I kept running into other guests cutting in to ask questions, which disrupted the service a bit! It would be so simple to just have an information desk or a lobby manager where people could get their questions answered. I’ve seen similar situations in other cities, and it just cheapens the overall experience. Details like this really reflect the overall service standard. They said they upgraded my room to one with a better view, which was a slight improvement over what I originally booked, but without a direct comparison, I can't really tell the true difference. It lacks the grandiosity of other luxury hotels, and the perks are pretty stingy. It's really just a big name.

The location is excellent, close to scenic spots. The shower experience is great, and the bedding is comfortable for a good night's sleep. All facilities are well-equipped, and the service response is timely. Parking is also very convenient. Seriously, I highly recommend it! The Drunken Furong restaurant downstairs is also good.

The hotel facilities and location are quite good; it's very close to the airport, with a connecting corridor to walk over. The cleanliness is excellent, and they offer an airport pick-up service, with a driver who was friendly and polite. My only real dissatisfaction was with the front desk. On the first night during check-in, with two adults and two young children (3 years old & 6 months), the staff member looked unhappy, didn't greet us, and immediately asked if we had booked two rooms. I even said hello and explained I had booked a family suite. After check-out, they kept sending messages daily, for several days, asking for a good review, even pre-writing it for me and asking for a screenshot as proof. This forced request for a good review was really off-putting. Originally, I was very satisfied with the hotel's hardware, cleanliness, and the driver, and intended to give a five-star review, but this, combined with the sour-faced check-in, really diminished my good impression by half. Also, regarding the pick-up service, more attention to detail would be appreciated. After discussing my flight number via WeChat, and knowing I was arriving internationally, they directed me to the domestic arrivals. This meant walking from one end of the airport to the other. The whole point of getting a pick-up was because we had a lot of luggage and two kids; if I had to walk that far, I might as well have walked to the hotel myself.

Huge thanks to Amy and Judy (in no particular order) for their help! This stay at the Sheraton Rizhao truly felt like a home away from home. Any potential issues or last-minute requests were handled, and I'm very grateful! The hotel facilities are quite new, and the rooms are spacious and bright. The Executive Ocean View Suite is absolutely unbeatable! You can enjoy the sunrise effortlessly, and the views are stunning both day and night. The buffet breakfast and the Executive Lounge's afternoon tea and dinner offerings were all very rich and varied. I particularly enjoyed trying the local specialty 'jianbing' and 'haishaizi mian' here – very satisfying. The hotel has a garden at the back, close to the pier and Gate 1 of Wanpingkou. The front entrance is surrounded by numerous bus stops and seafood restaurants, making everything incredibly convenient! I had a wonderful few days here and will definitely be back!
