LLim Kin ChunHad a great stay at Grand Central Premier Hotel!
The room was very big, spacious, clean, and well maintained, which made the stay really comfortable. The facilities and amenities are also great. I especially appreciated the welcome drinks during check-in, a nice touch that made the experience feel more premium. The hotel also has a swimming pool, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day.
Location-wise, it’s very strategic. It’s within walking distance to the train station, making it super convenient for getting around. Plus, it’s close to Deli Park Mall, one of the nicest shopping malls in the city, so food and shopping options are easily accessible.

EElmutI stayed here with my family during our holiday in Medan. Although the hotel is a bit old, it has its own charm. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. Traveling with a young child, we especially appreciated the nice swimming pool, which made our stay very enjoyable.

Cab or grab pr other service poor here. Can improve a lot. Easier for foreigners to commute. Or provide a shuttle for us to commute.

The location is very convenient, making it easy to travel around Medan for food, shopping, and meetings. The hotel environment is quiet and relaxing, which made it suitable for both business and rest.
The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. Housekeeping did a good job every day, keeping everything tidy and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well, which is important in Medan’s warm weather.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and whenever I needed assistance, the team responded quickly.
The breakfast selection was decent, with a mix of local Indonesian dishes and simple international options. It was a good way to start the day before heading out.
Facilities like the swimming pool and gym were also available and well maintained.
Overall, it was a pleasant 7-day stay, and I would recommend Emerald Garden Hotel to anyone visiting Medan for business or leisure.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired, and details and amenities are lacking.
However, the accommodation, with its beautiful view, is perfect for Instagram posts.
The location is quiet and quite remote.
The service is very friendly and attentive, although communication in English was a bit sluggish at times.
Overall, a good stay, but the price is too high.

GGuest UserThe moment I opened the room door, I was immediately impressed! The bed was clean, thick, and came with soft, plush pillows – it felt amazing to just collapse onto it after a long journey. The large window, with its pristine white curtains and sheers, framed a charming armchair and coffee table set in the corner of the room. I left the curtains open all night, allowing for a clear city view. The service was incredibly prompt, and the staff were very responsive and efficient. My request for an extra pillow, due to my back pain, was immediately fulfilled. What I had anticipated from an Aston group hotel, and indeed, what I found at Harper Hotel Wahid Hasyim by Aston, was a diverse and delicious breakfast spread. While perhaps not as extensive as some larger Aston hotels, for a hotel of its class, HARPER HOTEL BY ASTON IS THE BEST!! The hospitality of every hotel employee was also incredibly satisfying! Friendly, full of smiles, and helpful! It's absolutely great! As a tour operator, I highly recommend this hotel.

Location is central within 20min walking radius of major malls ( Plaza Medan Fair/Sun/Cambridge), Damri airport bus ( in front of Plaza Medan Fair), family massage/reflexology outlets (Jl.Orion), and the popular medan cakes outlets eg ”bika ambon” (Zulaikha)/”bolu” (Meranti).
Car park is available with security.
However, the complimentary breakfast is only set without selection option.

JJamelahYOverall stay is good but the amenities like bath towel is shabby and faded white color, no face towel n small towel. breakfast is really ‘local indonesian’ style . I ordered room service for dinner and its good👍. I am staying at pool terrace and view is superb at night. I love the view.
