A centrally located, clean, and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and good dining, valued for its convenience and service quality. I stayed from 17th November to 18th November 2025 for one night, and this hotel has always been my first preference when staying in Gorakhpur. The food is excellent, the staff is courteous and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Nice environment, swimming pool, good staff attitude, friendly reception, good breakfast in the restaurant, rich variety, room facilities are a bit old, others are good.

Had a wonderful stay, nice rooms, decent location, my stay was so great due to the staffs they are so welcoming and helpfull. And they have 2 dogs Max and Maya which is damn cute. The roof top restaurant is insanely pricy in my opinion, 17USD for friend rice which taste just ok nothing specially and plus we in india so like im just shocked.

Mixed Experience – Impressive Views but Some Drawbacks I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience overall. Highlights Spectacular City View: The view from the top floors is truly impressive and offers a beautiful perspective of the city. Good Food Quality: The food served at the hotel is quite good, with a range of options to choose from. Areas for Improvement Expensive Dining: While the food is tasty, it is noticeably expensive, which may not suit all budgets. Remote Location: The hotel is situated outside the main city area, making it less convenient for those who want easy access to city amenities. Lack of Nearby Supermarkets: There are no supermarkets or convenience stores in the immediate vicinity, so plan ahead if you need essentials. Overbearing Staff: After check-in, staff members unnecessarily follow guests all the way to their rooms, which can feel intrusive. Excessive Security Checks: Security procedures are repeated multiple times, which can be inconvenient and make the stay less relaxing. This hotel may appeal to travelers seeking great views and good food, but be prepared for higher prices, a less central location, and some unnecessary procedures.

Convenient transportation, health situation can be said to be general, worthy of this price. The breakfast is very rich and suitable for the appetite of Chinese people. There are shopping malls around, shopping and eating are more convenient. There is a swimming pool on the roof, you can swim for free, it is recommended.

I arrived at the hotel early in the morning (between 10-11 AM) and they let me use the pool right away, and I was able to check in early very quickly. The welcome cookies were delicious too! The room felt a bit dated, but it was neatly organized, so there were absolutely no issues using it. Especially the bedding! Hilton's bedding is always great, after all. And the manager who tidied up the room was very friendly. Whenever I asked for something I needed, they promptly took care of it. The pool water was a bit chilly, but it was great to be able to swim from early morning until late at night, and I also appreciated having a steam sauna. The breakfast and dinner were more traditional Indian cuisine than Western, so at first, I wondered what to eat, but everything was clean, and I didn't get sick after eating. There's also a souvenir shop, and they sell good products without significantly overcharging. The location was also great; it's a 10-minute taxi ride to the Taj Mahal or a 40-minute walk, which was perfect for getting around during the Holi festival. It's on a main road too, so it didn't feel dangerous.

The room and amenities were really great but I had a bad experience checking out. They didn’t have a proper process for billing with Trip.com, they held me 3 hours and the payment still couldn’t come through. Don’t know who’s fault it was but from what I saw, Radisson Blu seemed at fault. While they made me ask Trip.com reps to calk them, their operator wasn’t taking calls properly. I had to call on their number infront of them to show that their operator isn’t taking call thats why Trip.com isn’t able to get through. Their business emails were messed up and because of it Trip.com wasn’t able to send the payment, finally I paid physically. One expects Radisson Blu to have a better process to handle bookings from online platforms, but it seems this one is just for marriage parties and not tourists.
