Absolutely love the interior decoration of this hotel. The furnishing is luxurious and elegent. The bathtub is one of the highlight of the room. Welcome snack and tea is unique from Peranakan heritage. Breakfast is made to order instead of buffet but you can order as much as you can eat. The location is strategic near Kampung Morten and Melaka river. The staffs are very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended

A family of 5 adults stayed from Friday to Sunday (3D2N).
Pros:
1. Great service attitude from all the hotel staff, especially the facilities intern guy, lift concierge guy, and the front receptionist day shift lady.
2. Good location if you prefer to stay away from the Hatten/Jonker crowds.
3. Good room size and views (we stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment on level 36)
Cons:
1. Super slow lift (average waiting time 5 minutes).
2. Faulty door upon check-in. The facilities guy spent about an hour to handle it.
3. TV will always lose the signal. Need to go to the TB settings and do the Digital Auto Tuning. Which will take about 30 minutes.
4. Low shower water pressure (rain shower works slightly better).
5. The apartment has a washer dryer (but is unable to dry completely even with the dryer mode). No rack is available. Clothes hanger can't be removed from cabinet, so one will need to be creative.
6. The apartment has a kitchen but only provided 3 sets of plates and mugs, 5 small bowls (enough to fill a serving of rice). No cooking utensils are available. Working oven, fridge, and water kettle.
7. The hotel is unable to help if you need additional anything (utensils, cutlery, drying rack, etc..).
Overall, the stay is okay, but we won't be back. The quality of stay is not worth the price we paid.

Courtyard by Marriott is a spacious hotel with welcoming lobby, easy to maneuver parking spaces, and spacious hotel room. The hotel is new and clean.
We especially like the beds which were firm and comfortable. Thereās also a selection of pillows to choose from. We opted for the buckwheat pillow.
The services were friendly and we were greeted and felt welcome throughout the stay. The location of the hotel is pretty convenient especially if you drive. It is located right next to the St Peterās church.
Parking for hotel guests are located on L5 and L6. For those driving electric vehicles, there are 2 EV chargers on Level 6 of the carpark. Please note that the lift lobby to the carpark is separate from the the lift to the hotel rooms.
Thereās also pool located on L8 had a good view of the city. We could even see Fort A Famosa. We didnāt try their gym but spotted some guests exercising whenever we went to the pool.
Thereās also an ATM at the side of the hotel.
Overall, this is a great hotel to stay.

Very nice and clean hotel. However, there were hiccups during check in. Check in time indicated is 3pm. We arrived at 4pm but was told that room not ready. Have to wait for 1 hour to get room allocation. So we brought the kids to the hotelās playground and went back down to the reception 1 hour later only to be told to wait another 20minutes. After waiting for MORE THAN 20 minutes (with no staff at the reception at all) we went to enquire again. Was informed that we will be served next (after the current guest). So we waited again⦠in total, we waited about 2 hours just to get room keys. By then, our plans were all ruined due to the wait. We did not have time to explore Malacca Town as we have planned as it was a long weekend and we had to leave early the following day to avoid the traffic jam on the highway. All in all, the hotel is nice but the managing of the check in is terrible! 2 hours wasted just like that⦠if the reception staff informed us that it will take more than 2 hours to get the keys, perhaps we would not have waited at the hotel and proceed to town first. Hope to see improvement in this aspect

We booked two Studio Suite Twin for a family stay for 2 days. The staff was kind enough to give us adjoining rooms. The fixture and fittings are a bit old but the rooms, bed linen and couches were clean. The kettle in one of the rooms was faulty and a small table in the other room was wobbly. Both were replaced immediately.
We enjoyed the space we had with the connecting rooms. On the second day, we did not leave our rooms until past 10am. The housekeeping team came twice to check if we wanted our rooms cleaned. We asked them to return half an hour later to do the housekeeping. However, when we returned to the rooms in the evening, the rooms were not cleaned yet. After a call to the reception and a talk with a staff member who came to the room, the rooms were cleaned promptly after that.
I think the rooms need an upgrade. The hotel still provides small bottles of shampoo, hair conditioner and bath soap whereas newer hotels have changed to refillable pump bottles for these toiletries. We noticed that some towels have blood and dirt stains on them.
Overall, we had a comfortable stay at the hotel.

Overall, I had an excellent stay at Swiss-Garden Hotel Melaka. The rooms were comfortable, the service was friendly, and the location was convenient. However, I do feel that some important facilities could use improvement.
I used the dobi service, but the laundry was only returned the next day instead of the same day. As this service is directly managed by the hotel, I believe it should be more efficient and same-day delivery would be much better for guests.
The sauna was closed and not functioning, which was disappointing. The swimming pool area also needs better cleanliness and maintenance to match the otherwise high standard of the hotel.
On the positive side, the food was excellent. I especially recommend the Laksa Nyonya, which was rich, flavourful, and a real highlight of the dining experience.
For Muslim travellers, the best part is that thereās a surau nearby (walking distance) at Kampung Morten. The villagers are very friendly, and I was even invited to join a dinner organised by the surau community ā a truly memorable and heartwarming experience.
The mall below the hotel felt rather quiet and had a low crowd, so it wasnāt as happening as expected.
Despite these issues, I would still recommend Swiss-Garden Hotel Melaka for its overall quality and great food. With some attention to facility upkeep and service timing, it could be outstanding.
Free car park available just outside the compound. The hotel staff is helpful for the guidance. Very large area at reception counter which a bit weird for a hotel that not busy with customer. Not just that, plenty of area is limited to access due to faulty or under construction.
For a first time customer to arrive at the room, a bit disappointed to see the condition of the room itself. The chair is broken, the water heater pipe hose is missing, no mini fridge, towel provided is not a cotton, the toiletteries is low quality, water bottle provided is not a mineral type, the wall is not 100% soundproof. Nevertheless, the room is spacious, they also give a scent of orchard in the room, the toilet is spacious and equipped with bath tub. Wifi is provided but not dare to use it.
A bit far from local eatery but if you have a car, not an issue. The area also covered with GrabFood and Panda delivery
I'd a high expectation from the get go, but after seeing the condition of the room, it crush my hope. Overall, not worth the money for a proper 4 star hotel but there are plenty of aspects that can be improved which may lead to drastic improvement over the night.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Puri Melaka! The hotel environment has a beautiful heritage charm especially the historic room, well-preserved with a touch of modern comfort. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent just a short walk to Jonker Street and many local attractions, perfect for exploring the city on foot. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Melaka for a memorable and comfortable experience.

TTralonI truly enjoyed my stay at this new hotel ā the ambiance, service, and facilities were excellent. However, the food quality could be improved, as some of the Asian dishes tasted either bland or overly salty. I hope the chefs can maintain more balanced flavors to ensure all meals are enjoyable. I look forward to experiencing the improvements on my next visit.
NNadiah H IshakHotel is strategically located. Room was nice except there were spots on the duvet. There was a soap dispenser in the shower which we assume it was all in one soap (hair and body) since there was no label or shampoo provided in the bathroom. Didn't interact much with the hotel staffs as we were out all day but the receptionist was kind enough to explain a out the Tourism Tax to usš
DdarenchaConvenient location, right where the bus from Singapore have a stop at. It's also where the Buses back to Singapore will pickup passengers. Also just a short walk to multiple malls, including a sheltered 10min walk all the way to A Famosa, and another 10min walk to the Jonker Street entrance. Also close to multiple great restaurants (Atlantic Nyonya, Ee Ji Ban) and massage places.
Service was friendly and helpful, and though my checkin was delayed by 30min as the room wasn't ready, they allowed checkout till 1230pm so net-net I guess haha! Although I didn't have any meals at the restaurant, the staff was kind enough to provide utensils and a bowl when I requested one for my grabfood.
Room-wise, it was sufficient and decent for its price. Bed was comfortable, Aircon was cool, and cleanliness passable. Only a few minor issues like some stains at the corner of the bedsheets, no shaver set, and the poor quality TV. I think the most bothersome was that the walls and door let in sounds so easily and we had the misfortune of having elderly Vietnamese tourists staying around us who talk so loudly and with a tendency to chat along the hallway.
Otherwise, really recommend Estadia Hotel for anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable stay at Melaka!
MMrA viable option for those seeking short getaway.
No issue with check in/ out. Served by pleasant hotel staffs. Area is quiet & cafes availability. 7-11 next door for quick night snacks.
Roomwise no complaint. Consider stay of choice.
MMuhammad Irsyad Bin ZainiI recently had the pleasure of staying at OYO 90899 Tube Hotel Melaka and the experience surpassed all expectations. From the moment I stepped through the grand entrance, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for a truly memorable stay.
The check-in process was seamless, with the staff demonstrating exceptional hospitality and efficiency. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was evident, from the elegant lobby adorned with tasteful decorations to the well-appointed rooms that exuded both comfort and style.
Speaking of rooms, mine was a haven of tranquility. The furnishings were modern and plush, creating a cozy ambiance that made it difficult to leave. The bed was a highlight, offering a heavenly night's sleep with its luxurious linens and a selection of pillows that catered to personal preferences.
The hotel's amenities were equally impressive. The fitness center boasted state-of-the-art equipment, and the spa provided a rejuvenating escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun.
Dining was a culinary delight. The on-site restaurant showcased a diverse menu featuring both local and international cuisine. The chefs' commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients was evident in every dish. The breakfast buffet was a standout, offering a wide array of options to suit every palate.
The service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Requests were handled promptly and with a genuine smile, adding a personal touch that made me feel like a valued guest.
The location of the hotel was also ideal, situated in close proximity to popular attractions, dining options, and shopping districts. Whether I was exploring the city or simply strolling through the nearby parks, everything was conveniently within reach.
In conclusion, my stay at [Hotel Name] was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of luxurious accommodations, top-notch amenities, and outstanding service created a truly memorable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a refined and indulgent getaway. I look forward to returning to [Hotel Name] in the future for another unforgettable stay.
GGuest UserI stayed at MITC Hotel for two days and one night. Its location is strategic, conveniently close to commercial centers and government offices. The room was clean and comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The price offered good value for the quality provided. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay here.
AAzuan ZainiFamily if 5 with 2A 3K. The hotel previously known as Puteri Resort. Smooth check in. Room are with 2 single bed (small size). Although the hotel name are Amverton, I've know it was Puteri Resort because used to give lecture here.
Rating: smooth check-in & check-out
Lobby - nice. Huge.
Rooms: Ok standard. But will know its a kind of an old hotel
Brakfast: quite OK with few variety of Malaysian food & western.
*been charged for two additional waterpark ticket which I feel, hotel shouldn't charge fee for it. ( 2 are already included with room). Its just feel like normal pool with kids slide. Thats all.
