Really convenient location, good breakfast on their incredible rooftop overlooking the city!! The beds are really really comfortable and the staff is kind and available. Outstanding experience overall!

The room was very clean and had a free coffee machine which was very thoughtful. It was about 800 meters away from the train station and subway station, which was very convenient.

The location is right in the heart of Porto, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was extensive, with local specialties available to try. Plus, they offered complimentary lemonade and fruit in the lobby, which was a really nice touch!

Beautiful view and perfect location!!!!!! Great security and very kind crews. I want to visit this hotel again. Thank you for everything. But even though I booked rooms 2 months ago, Same day reservations were much cheaper. I was not feeling well.

I would not recommend this hotel, as the basic amenities like providing water, coffee or just a water heater in the room were missing and they have very limited options for breakfast, it’s not worth paying €12.50 for just omelette and bread, and something they call cappuccino but there is no milk in it(they should have checked if their coffee machine is working fine). Not worth it, very disappointed.

The description of the room indicated that there was a parking - in fact it is not and there is no parking near the hotel. It is proposed to put the car on a paid parking in the Ibis hotel - about 10 minutes walk and with suitcases is not very convenient There is a kitchen and dishes on the territory of the hotel (hostels) where you can heat and cook food At the entrance of the hotel very large staircase

Good hotel and good room. We were attended to by a girl who was there on the afternoon of 08/03 but unfortunately I don't know what Her name. A great receptionist, we were very well looked after and in a great room (309).

Generally, it is a good hotel for living but you may need to climb a little bit to get to there from the metro station. Anyway, it is close to the city centre with a fair price. Besides, we have faced the issue with our room card for several times, but the good thing is the staff is friendly and helped us for fixing the problem.

As night falls, lying on this comfortable bed, the fatigue of the day seems to melt away instantly, and with the soft bedding, I drift off to sweet dreams.
