Breakfast is a typical local spread, with various cheeses, omelets, and carbs. All the staff were warm and friendly. Ismail was our main point of contact and provided us with a lot of useful information. My only complaint was the hotel bathroom; the sliding door had issues, and the handle had come off and needed repair. Also, the floor was slippery, so I recommend not wearing slippers in the shower to avoid falling.

What truly enhanced our stay was the enjoyable conversations with the host. Thanks to the guidance of this geology and history professor, our Turkish itinerary underwent significant revisions. Overall, it was an unforgettable accommodation experience!

It would be nonsense to come to Safranbolu and stay in a normal hotel. They restored the old mansions and turned them into hotels. There is such a hotel in Yorgancıoğlu Mansions, the rooms have been restored with woodworking, originality intact, the staff are completely family employees, they are all friendly.

The location is within walking distance to touristic places. There is no food service other than breakfast. The family who runs it is very kind and helpful. Their breakfast was good. The TV did not work. We could not enjoy the view very much because the windows were small. It is a very suitable place for those who want to stay in a historical mansion and remember the feeling of a village house. You can easily choose it.
