We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.. it's at ibrahimpasa, a quiet area outside of the main touristy areas of goreme and uchisar. We checked in easily, and we were immediately impressed by the rooms we booked (the deluxe cave suite with jacuzzi). We stayed in Room 404.
After the first night, we informed the reception that our jacuzzi wasn't working, and they upgraded our room to the imperial cave suite with jacuzzi and fireplace. It was lovely and we appreciated the kind gesture. They also helped us with luggage as we moved rooms (to Room 401), and it was all a seamless experience despite the mild inconvenience.
The rooms we stayed in were always warm even in winter, and we never found anything to be lacking. Just a note for light sleepers, Room 401 is along the stairs/walkway down to the lower levels, so if there guests who come back late at night and are loud, you will most definitely hear it!
Breakfast selection was simple but sufficient, with an espresso coffee machine I really appreciated after drinking Turkish coffee for a week!
A small note that the bathrooms often smelled a little bad, perhaps it's the sewage system. Not a big problem tho. It's barely noticeable.
We rented a car and drove, so getting in and out of town was never a problem. Parking is available at the hotel, and is free, if you drive!
The roads leading in to the hotel are a little narrow, so definitely not for non-confident drivers, but we found it ok.
I don't really have photos of the room to share but rest assured the photos provided by the hotel are real and accurate.
Seriously, this is an outstanding hotel. It took me a while to choose this place, and while the price was on the higher side, it was absolutely worth every penny. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room environment was beautiful. The observation deck offers breathtaking views. It's located on a hill in Uchisar, a town that's delightfully removed from the hustle and bustle of Goreme. You can reach Uchisar Castle, the highest point in Cappadocia, with just a five-minute walk.
The hotel breakfast was quite good, but the real highlight was enjoying it with such a magnificent view. The hotel can also help you book various local services. We booked a Turkish Night with dinner, as well as a taxi. Both were fantastic experiences – the Turkish Night was 2000 Lira per person, and the round-trip taxi was 850 Lira.
It's a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. A spacious room with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. The breakfast was delicious! We highly recommend this hotel!
The travel support was excellent, and they even provided airport transfers. They also arranged our Red Tour and horseback riding, and the hot air balloon tour was fantastic with free cancellation! Breakfast was absolutely delicious too!!
Not up to Mariott standard.
Room is quite new, clean, and spacious.
However there were several problems with the room during our stays.
1) Room temp was too hot (around 24C) which is not comfortable to sleep during the night. The first night, technician came to fix but still need to wait for almost 4 hours (until midnight) then the tem was down too 22C. The next morning, we asked trip.com agent to tell the hotel to fix this by turn on the A/C in advance so that when we back around 6pm the temp will be 21-22C. But nothing was done accoridng to our request. We came back to hotel and need to wait for the temperature until midnight again. The next day we asked the hotel directly to turn on the A/C the whole day wthout turn it off. Then this was the only night that when we came back the room temp was ready at 21-22C. This A/C problem happened to 2 rooms (709 and 1105)
2) The amenity in the rooms were not well prepared. The tissue in the room was finished. The shower gel and hair shampoo also finished. We has to ask for it by ourselves.
3) At the first night, hot water in room 1105 had problem. Technician had to come fix it.
So we wasted so much of our time at the hotel with fixing the room problem which was very disappointing and frustating.
By the way, we asked for the “ICE”, the hotel said that we have to pay for it, which was quite strange because we could ask for the it during breakfast. Minor thing, but just thought that it would be great if it was free for hotel guest.
As a Platinum member of several international hotel brands, this stay exceeded my expectations in terms of service quality, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality.
The hotel is ideally located near Sunset Point and within a five-minute walk of the center of Göreme, offering both convenience and a peaceful setting. The reception team was professional and proactive, providing comprehensive local information with a hand-drawn map highlighting dining, shopping, sightseeing, and outdoor activities. Special recognition goes to Rose for her outstanding support and thoughtful itinerary planning.
The hotel welcomes guests from around the world, and the staff demonstrates a strong capability in international service standards. Their English proficiency is excellent, and they show genuine cultural awareness and patience toward guests who do not speak English, ensuring a comfortable and inclusive experience for visitors of all backgrounds.
The cave-style room was comfortable and well designed, with efficient underfloor heating. Staff members kindly assisted with luggage, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere made it easy to relax and fully enjoy the stay.
The restaurant offers a daily changing menu with consistently high-quality food. The rooftop bar is a separate venue, featuring three distinct terraces. One terrace is enclosed with a transparent cover, allowing guests to enjoy the space comfortably even during the winter months. Thanks to the hotel’s elevated position, the rooftop bar provides stunning nighttime views over Göreme, while Sunset Point is also within easy walking distance.
The hotel’s Turkish bath and spa facilities are elegant and well maintained, with professional and attentive staff delivering a relaxing experience.
When an issue arose with a pre-booked horseback riding activity, the hotel team promptly assisted in reorganizing our plans. Rose redesigned a walking route covering the Göreme Open-Air Museum, Rose Valley, and Sword Valley, transforming a potential disappointment into a memorable highlight of our trip.
On the day of departure for Istanbul, the hotel staff personally came out to see us off, a thoughtful gesture that left a lasting impression.
Highly recommended, and I would be pleased to stay here again

Pleasantly surprised at all aspects of our stay. Convenient location on main road with parking. Easy check in and check out. Small but beautiful room with ceiling fan, fridge, soap, shower gel, towels. Unlike many hotels, wifi actually works through whole building. Table service rooftop delicious breakfast included in what we paid. Staff were kind. Multiple grocery shops a stone's throw away.
Each room is different. We booked a room with a small balcony which was great. Room number 110. Able to see hot air balloons from the bed in the morning. Since it’s on a hill, the view is good. A few common sitting area with very traditional Turkish feel. Staff are friendly. Breakfast simple and nice. Definitely will recommend to friends who are coming.

GGuest UserWonderful hotel!
The moment we stepped into the room, we just thought 'Wow.'
It's an excellent starting point for excursions. We rented a car to be more independent. It's a shame our stay was only two days, but we will definitely be back—also because the breakfast was the best we've ever had in a hotel so far. Thank you, thank you so much!
GGuest UserThis was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.
The rooms were spacious and clean, and the views from the rooms were amazing!
The breakfast was lavish and I looked forward to it every morning. The staff were very kind and always polite.
The mascot cat, Kuroneko, was also cute.
Uchisar is at a higher altitude than Goreme, so the views are generally beautiful and I personally recommend it. (It's not too far from the hot air balloon spot either.)
I'd love to stay here again if I come to Cappadocia!
BBerniecelleHere’s the updated version with your additional message included:
The owner is so kind, and everything about this place was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious, and the bed was very comfortable. Most of all, the staff made sure that everything was perfect during our stay. They even granted my request for fried eggs, which I truly appreciated.
They also arranged our photoshoot, our car, and our food everything was perfectly organized and stress-free.
We loved everything about this place because it truly made us feel at home. Special thanks to Enz for the warm hospitality and excellent service. We will definitely come back!

This cave hotel is a hidden gem in Goreme and one of the newest cave hotels. We had booked the Superior Cave Queen Room with jacuzzi that was very clean, and easily fit 3 of us.! It was such a lovely experience in the cave and has to be one of my favourite places that l have ever stayed.
We had breakfast included which had a spectacular view of Gerome as well as the hot air balloons. The lovely girls at breakfast were very kind and always cooked us lovely eggs in the morning.
Perfect location which was walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. Our favourite place was Quick China which was a short walk. There were stunning carpet shops and we ended up buying a pretty carpet from Dowry Carpets.
The staff have a lot of experience and knowledge of the area and have a variety of tours and experiences to explore. We booked the hot air balloon with the hotel which I would recommend to all. It was an unforgettable experience and was our highlight of the trip. Truly magical!
Finally I would like to extend a huge thank you to the amazing staff - Mehmet, Mehmet (Junior), Mehdi and Noor.
Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating to all our needs. They always ensured we were comfortable and messaged throughout the day to see if we needed anything.
Mehmet made a huge effort for my sister's birthday and it was a lovely surprise.
I would definitely recommend this cave hotel to whoever wants to have a memorable experience in Cappadocia. Oh and the most cutest cat of Hira Hotel - Duman. We miss him!
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Caverna Premium. The hotel is incredibly elegant, and the local-style decor is absolutely beautiful and authentic.
Special thanks to Mirac and Burac for their warm hospitality. The Red Tour and airport transfers they arranged were perfectly punctual, making our trip completely stress-free.
Also, the Center Coffee Shop, which shares the same owner, is a great bonus—they even offer a special discount for hotel guests! Highly recommended.
RRuan BeukesThis hotel is excellent! We do not have a single bad thing to say about it. The staff really make this place from the moment we arrived it was 5 star service! The hotel tour was exactly how I feel every establishment should be. Breakfast was unbelievable and the service always with a smile!

QQieerxihahahaCappadocia kistar cave hotel recommended
In Uchissar, near Pigeon Valley and Uchissar Castle.
It is the best hotel in the room in Turkey. Super big. There is already a big terrace.
The family-run boss and the family are very good. They smiled and gave a small gift when they left.
Less than 1,000 yuan during May 1st, much cheaper than the hotel in Goreme
Ctrip chose 2 big and 1 small when placing the order, but the hotel received the 2 big, but the bed is big enough for us to stay smoothly.
GGuest UserWe had a really lovely stay at Aza Cave Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well located in Cappadocia. The cave rooms are comfortable and unique, and everything was well maintained.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was good with a nice selection, and the views from the hotel especially in the morning were amazing.
It was a calm and relaxing place to stay, and we would happily recommend Aza Cave Hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia.
