Really loved the hotel's decor and ambiance; took tons of photos! The room was spacious, and it was super easy to get around. The front desk staff were great, very welcoming, and you could even chat with them on WeChat. We were early risers and headed to the restaurant before breakfast officially started, but the staff were very polite. The breakfast was delicious, especially the Chinese-style scrambled eggs. We stayed for two nights, and on our last day, we had an early flight, so we asked the hotel to pack breakfast for us. They thoughtfully prepared a burger, sandwich, fruit, and eggs – it was clear they put a lot of care into it.

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the views from the rooms were amazing! The breakfast was lavish and I looked forward to it every morning. The staff were very kind and always polite. The mascot cat, Kuroneko, was also cute. Uchisar is at a higher altitude than Goreme, so the views are generally beautiful and I personally recommend it. (It's not too far from the hot air balloon spot either.) I'd love to stay here again if I come to Cappadocia!

Hands down, a five-star review! The biggest surprise of this trip was meeting such a thoughtful owner. Seriously, the best hotel owner in the world!!! We arrived in Cappadocia at 5 AM, and the temperature difference was significant. The owner, worried we'd be cold, let us check in a full 8 hours early. That was incredibly heartwarming and considerate!!! The owner was warm and polite, making conversations comfortable and easy. Any questions we had were answered meticulously. The room was spotlessly clean, the environment was quiet and comfortable, and all the amenities were well-stocked. From reception to check-in, the entire experience was fantastic, and the attention to detail truly won us over. Excellent value for money, absolutely smashed it!

We booked 2 nights at the Hira Cave Hotel. Omar and Mehdi took care of all our requests during our stay! The property is beautiful, rooms are well maintained and the location is at the perfect vantage point to experience beautiful views (from their rooftop). 📱 They reached out to us before checking in to give us information about the hot air balloon booking, various other tours and helped us arrange an airport shuttle - this was all via whatsapp. They even helped us organise a taxi late at night to go into town / as well as back to the hotel. 🛜 WiFi is good here! There were also no issues with connectivity with 4G/5G ✅ 🚪 Initially we had booked the ‘Arch Room’(which has windows), but upon arrival in the evening, we were given the Deluxe Cave room (smaller & no windows). I believe it was an honest mistake, and once we pointed it out, Mehdi took us to see the other available rooms and we ended up choosing the Queen Room w/Jacuzzi. I really appreciate that he did this, and the problem was solved on the spot! 🛁 The Queen room is beautiful and spacious, and the bathroom is massive! It has a Jacuzzi that fits 2 people! Water pressure in the shower is great, and basic amenities were provided in the bathroom. 🌬️ There is aircon in the room, however it wasn’t as cooling as we had hoped. There was also a glitch where it kept switching off after about 30 min and then showed us an error. So we had to keep turning it back on - which was a bit inconvenient 🤷🏻♀️. The issue was brought up during checkout, and they said they will be looking into it. 👍🏼 🍽️ They have a breakfast terrace that is covered yet has a STUNNING panoramic view of the whole town of Göreme. They had a delicious spread of food which was freshly made, clean & healthy! They were also able to make scrambled eggs on request. Overall, our experience here was great. We felt taken care of, and it’s safe to say we made a good choice staying here! 🫰🏼✨ Special thanks to Omar and Mehdi for their kind hospitality! We would highly recommend this place to everyone, as each room is unique and will appeal to people of varied tastes. 📝 Notes for improvement: - Include an ironing board in the room/ cupboard - Include a full length mirror in the room. The only thing i would say about this establishment is: ACCOMODATING. Abdulrachman is very helpful during our stay in from room arrangement to book and plan our trip in Cappadocia. Many hotels in Cappadocia claim to be 'cave hotels,' and I've stayed at two. However, most simply mimic the cave structure, with very few rooms actually carved out of real rock. That's because it's nearly impossible to excavate large spaces within rock, and it's quite challenging. This hotel has two rooms on the top floor that can be considered genuine cave rooms. My bathroom was entirely carved out of the rock, and while the main bedroom ceiling was renovated to create a balcony for the cave room above, the four walls of my room were undeniably the natural rock face of the mountain. So, I finally experienced staying in a true cave! The balcony outside the room is spacious with great views, and the breakfast restaurant also offers excellent scenery. Breakfast is rich and delightful, and the hotel's central location in town makes getting around easy. Parking is also available.

A heavenly place with soul and stunning views ✨ We stayed at Divan Cave House in Göreme and didn't regret it for a second. It's a true fairytale amidst the stony streets of Cappadocia. The hotel captivates with its cozy terraces offering amazing views. It's like a postcard in front of you: hot air balloons, rocks, and valleys. A truly soulful place where you want to linger with a cup of tea. Special thanks to the staff. The guys are incredibly responsive. But the main gems of the hotel are the ladies – both at the front desk and in the restaurant 😍 Such a combination of beauty and humor is rare to find! It was easy and fun to chat with them; they radiated positivity from the first minute and created a homey atmosphere. Thank you for your smiles and jokes – you are the true stars of Divan Cave House! The rooms deserve a separate description. Everything is perfectly clean. The linen is fresh, the bathroom sparkles, yet the authentic charm is preserved. No dampness or dust, which is surprising for rooms carved into rocks. In short, if you want to experience Cappadocia with comfort and a smile, and not just 'sleep over' – this is the place for you. We will definitely be back! 🔥

Location wise is very close (5min casual stroll) to Urguk town center. Rooms and hotel grouds were very well kept and clean. Service from the check in was great. The rest of the crew were just normal, no where near as warm, acknowledging and attentive compared to other similar resorts/chains/properties possibly due to the staffs culture and language limitations. Nevertheless this is nitpicking and overall experience was still good. Next to the pool, hamam, cafe there is not much to do in the property and to be fair that is expected given the size and exclusivity of low density property hence plan half a day there and the rest, go for a tour around town. The ala carte traditional breakfast deserves an outstanding rating. This is not your typical hotel buffet spread but I give it a very high rating for the quality, presentation and spread. They have put in the effort and executed this menu well. Room was as expected and the lit up fireplace (upon request) was very cozy on a cold winter night. Overall great stay & worth another stay in another room.

The suites are very spacious. We had four rooms, and each had a different layout. Only one room was around 60 square meters, while the others were all over 80 square meters. The bathtubs are also super big. After our hot air balloon ride in the morning, taking a hot bath back in the room was incredibly relaxing. From the hotel terrace, you can see the hot air balloons in the distance. The owner and staff are very enthusiastic. On the second morning, when we asked if there were noodles, they made unseasoned instant noodles right away. Regardless of the taste, it's great that they try their best to meet guest requests. It's just a few minutes' drive from Goreme town. I highly recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.. it's at ibrahimpasa, a quiet area outside of the main touristy areas of goreme and uchisar. We checked in easily, and we were immediately impressed by the rooms we booked (the deluxe cave suite with jacuzzi). We stayed in Room 404. After the first night, we informed the reception that our jacuzzi wasn't working, and they upgraded our room to the imperial cave suite with jacuzzi and fireplace. It was lovely and we appreciated the kind gesture. They also helped us with luggage as we moved rooms (to Room 401), and it was all a seamless experience despite the mild inconvenience. The rooms we stayed in were always warm even in winter, and we never found anything to be lacking. Just a note for light sleepers, Room 401 is along the stairs/walkway down to the lower levels, so if there guests who come back late at night and are loud, you will most definitely hear it! Breakfast selection was simple but sufficient, with an espresso coffee machine I really appreciated after drinking Turkish coffee for a week! A small note that the bathrooms often smelled a little bad, perhaps it's the sewage system. Not a big problem tho. It's barely noticeable. We rented a car and drove, so getting in and out of town was never a problem. Parking is available at the hotel, and is free, if you drive! The roads leading in to the hotel are a little narrow, so definitely not for non-confident drivers, but we found it ok. I don't really have photos of the room to share but rest assured the photos provided by the hotel are real and accurate.
