I stayed at this apartment for five nights in Dalian and was unexpectedly satisfied. It's incredibly convenient for airport transfers, with direct access via Metro Line 2. Located in Donggang, the sea views are stunning and within walking distance. Public transport, including buses and the metro, makes it easy to reach various attractions and commercial areas. With your room card, the fourth-floor elevator provides direct access to Kaidan Plaza, which offers a fantastic and affordable selection of dining options. There's also a Better You supermarket on the mall's basement level. Seafood stalls offer free cooking services for purchases over 80 yuan, and you get a 2% discount when paying with your Fraser Place room card. The room was clean and well-maintained, with excellent amenities, even laundry detergent, which was a very thoughtful touch. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and responded quickly. Overall, it was a perfect stay. I highly recommend Fraser Place if you're visiting Dalian.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the Anshan Holiday Inn. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, which made me feel at home. I also really appreciated the convenient location and the quality of the breakfast. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again.

This hotel is almost perfect! The room was impeccably clean, not a speck of dust anywhere. The location is great, with direct access to K11. A lady from the front desk provided excellent service – she was beautiful and kind, truly radiant. They even surprised my child with a little gift for their birthday, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was fantastic and offered views of the Grand Theater. The buffet lunch is also highly recommended. All in all, everything was just wonderful! 👍

I chose this hotel for a last-minute trip, and honestly, I didn't have high expectations, but my entire experience was surprisingly excellent, offering incredible value for money. I just have to rave about it!
First and foremost, I have to give a huge shout-out to Vision at the front desk! I was exhausted from traveling all day, lugging heavy bags, and just generally feeling wiped out. Vision was incredibly gentle and patient. He processed my check-in super fast, not making me wait an extra second. He also proactively and meticulously told me about breakfast times, the locations of the pool and gym, and clearly explained parking instructions. Later, I was a bit careless and accidentally lost my room key. I rushed to the front desk to get a replacement, and Vision was still incredibly patient, smiling the whole time, showing no hint of impatience. His service was truly heartwarming and instantly made me feel at ease.
Overall, the hotel's attention to detail is superb – definitely not cutting corners. They even gave me a lovely little souvenir, which I really liked; the steam eye masks inside are fantastic! For someone driving, parking is always a concern, but the hotel's parking lot had plenty of spacious spots, easy to get in and out of, making parking totally stress-free. The lobby entrance was spotless and bright, with no strange odors, which immediately felt welcoming.
I really need to praise the room's cleanliness! It was meticulously cleaned. The sheets and duvet covers were fresh and tidy, the bathroom had no water stains or smudges, and even the corners and crevices were perfectly maintained. The in-room amenities were complete and sufficient, and of good quality. The whole-house Wi-Fi was very stable – no buffering when watching shows, browsing on my phone, or working, it really didn't slow me down at all.
The breakfast the next morning was exactly to my taste. The variety wasn't flashy but very substantial, with meat, vegetables, porridges, pastries, and drinks. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were homely, making for a very comfortable meal.
In my free time, I checked out the gym and pool. To my surprise, the facilities were all very new, with equipment neatly arranged and spotlessly clean. The pool water was crystal clear and well-maintained. A simple workout and relaxation session there was incredibly pleasant.
Overall, I'm really satisfied with my stay! From the service and cleanliness to all the facilities, everything was thoughtfully done, and there were no disappointments. If I come back to this area, I'll definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to my friends!

Service was excellent and operator could communicate in both English and Chinese. Service desk was responsive during working hours.
The locally sourced breakfasts were varied and delicious. It introduced me local eateries I wouldn't have known about.
The room was clean and tidy; facilities were as advertised, and housekeeping is confirmed each day via WeChat.
One of the best operators I've come across on this platform!

Every year when I come back to Shenyang, I always book this hotel without a doubt. Each time, I choose a three-bedroom apartment, which is convenient for my husband and me, and our son and daughter to have their own space. Most of the time, I book through the official website and with Ms. Liu from sales, though occasionally I've booked on Ctrip. Regardless of the platform, I always receive excellent service.
This time, I arrived at the hotel close to 11 PM. It was comforting to see the familiar smiling face of the front desk staff. After recognizing my member status, she even upgraded my room to an executive suite. There have been several times I considered booking hotels on Youth Street, but while they may seem luxurious, they're not as practical for a family like ours staying for a few days, especially with all the laundry. At Ascott Shenyang, I can wash and dry clothes every day, and the kitchen is very convenient with a refrigerator to store groceries. When I've stayed for longer periods, I've even ordered delivery from Sam's Club and cooked my own meals. I've even spent Chinese New Year here and cooked our reunion dinner myself.
If I had to point out a drawback, I'd say some of the facilities could use an upgrade. For example, the speakers next to the TV are still from the DVD era; they could easily be replaced with modern, affordable, and functional Bluetooth speakers. The hotel kitchen is fully equipped with tableware and cookware, and there's a Xin Tiandi supermarket nearby to buy seasonings, plus a convenient Lawson downstairs. The only sad thing is the decline of Taiyuan Street; it was so bustling when I first came to Shenyang over 20 years ago, but now many shops have closed.
While the breakfast selection isn't huge, it's sufficient, offering both Chinese and Western options. The staff in the breakfast area are all very warm and polite.
Parking downstairs costs 40 yuan per day. What's more convenient now is that after registering your license plate when checking in, you don't need parking vouchers every time you leave. You just settle the total parking fee when you check out.
I'm always grateful for an incident during Christmas two years ago. I fell ill when I was alone in the room, and struggled to order medicine for delivery. It was the gentleman downstairs who brought it up to me, and I started to feel better after taking it. By the time my husband and child returned, I was already much improved. I've seen him still working near the front desk during my current stay. I'll be back this summer for another long stay. See you again, Ascott, in the summer!

I got together with my friends and chose Hilton Huiting in Xingcheng. I was really surprised. First of all, the location is not far from the train station. It seems that it takes ten minutes to get there by car. The entrance lobby is full of warmth. The front desk staff warmly received, especially praise cuckoo, Very enthusiastic and patient to answer our questions, let us have a feeling of home, and recommended a delicious restaurant, after we went, we felt that we didn't step on thunder at all, the breakfast was rich, and there was coffee to drink, it was really at home, and I sent a souvenir before leaving. Thank you so much.

The room was fairly well-equipped. The only downside was the cleanliness... The landlord explained that the fabric attracted hair, but the thought of how many people's hair it contained still bothered me... Also, it was a bit unbearable in the summer for those who hate heat. Only the master bedroom had an air conditioner, which wasn't enough to keep both floors warm. It was hot downstairs, and the smaller bedroom had a slight cool breeze. Setting the master bedroom to 17 degrees Celsius was freezing all night.

The location is fantastic, right on a bustling commercial street, making it easy to get anywhere. The facilities are convenient, but perhaps because it's a new hotel, there are quite a few small issues. The air conditioning didn't cool, the smart toilet seat wouldn't heat up, the iron rack was falling off, and the bathroom mirror shelf was covered in dust. Most of the staff were enthusiastic and very good. However, the male staff member at checkout when I went to retrieve my luggage was the worst. He clearly knew about the issues I reported during checkout and promised an explanation when I picked up my bags, but he didn't offer one after I collected them. Very dissatisfied with that.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in Building 7 of Platinum Sea. The sea is just across the road. It has a first-line sea view room. The store has very good service, warm and thoughtful. The room is clean and tidy, and the room layout is also very warm. Next time I have a chance, I will choose this store again.
GGuest UserI went with my family and it felt very good. There was a slide trampoline for children in the yard. The beautiful proprietress also provided us with camping venues and equipment. There were umbrellas, tables and chairs, and you could bring your own ingredients. The proprietress is very good, gathering with family, couples are very suitable for travel, the scenery is beautiful, the homestay is also very beautiful. Very good experience
EElena V SVery convenient location next to the Shenyang railway station. My room was upgraded to a bigger one with no extra charge for the 2nd night even tho I had just booked the evening of when I was staying. Luggage storage available.
GGuest UserBooked tents but there are cabins on site Add money to upgrade to cabins.
The weather on May 1st is still strong. There are mountains and waters around. It is very pleasant. The boss said that the maple leaves in autumn are better-looking. You can consider coming again in October.
The cabin has a complete range of indoor appliances. Water heaters, smart toilets, geothermal air conditioning, hand-made coffee and tea in the stove are very pleasant. Of course, outdoor camping inevitably has some emergencies, such as small bugs, bad nets, or broken electric curtains 😂 Normal heart ~ Since you choose camping, you can feel another life!
The only uncomfortable thing is from breakfast. The breakfast is delivered by the eldest sister. It is very good. Each breakfast is heavy and full. But the two of us can't eat too much. We asked for a bowl of porridge, two steamed buns and some pickles. The eldest sister said that there are salted duck eggs. I said yes, the eldest sister asked a few and I said if I could come two. When the eldest sister was going to get it for me, a fat little brother next to her pulled his face and said no, he could give one. At that time, I was particularly defeated. Our accommodation, the electric curtains are broken, the net is broken, and there are small bugs. We all endured it because a salted duck egg depends on the face of people. Please standardize your breakfast, okay! If you can have one and a half salted duck eggs, please print them out and stick them in a clear position instead of asking us on the spot. Finally, say you can give one.
If the boss wants to do service for a long time, he has to keep up. It is fun to spend money. It is not to see other people's faces!
GGuest UserThe view room is located by the sea. The room is clean and tidy, the chef cooks delicious food, and the boss and his wife are very enthusiastic.
DDjed SpenceI had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The check-in process was quick and effortless.
The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable — especially the bed, which made it hard to get up in the morning! The amenities were top-notch: strong Wi-Fi, great air conditioning, and everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
The location was perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and transport, yet still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning.
What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the staff’s genuine care for guests. They truly made me feel at home. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area — and I’ll definitely be coming back!
QQumingzishigehenxinkudechashiEvery time I visit Dalian, I stay here. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The location is very convenient, with plenty of amenities nearby, making it easy to get around to all the attractions. Overnight parking is only 10 yuan at this location, which is a great deal. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe lady at the front desk was very nice. We originally booked a large bed, but the room seemed to have been freshly painted that day and had a bit of a smell. My girlfriend is more sensitive. The lady at the front desk upgraded us to a room with a large bathtub for free, and we can use it for free at the front. We took the room after checking out the next day, and the sister also brought us masks. The service was really attentive, and the photos taken by my girlfriend were very nice. It was close to Zhongjie and the manicure I did in the afternoon was posted directly. It’s worth giving 5 points. It’s more recommended for couples to check in and stay.
