Hotels With Pools in Santa Cruz Department, Bolivia

I booked this hotel for my mother as she was traveling along. She told me the service was impeccable… they waited for her until she arrived which she arrived very late. They even had the kitchen open in case she was hungry and hungry she was …. They picked her up and dropped her off to the airport and took care of everything’s. She is elderly and truly she depended on the staff. Great service and the room was big and spacious for what she told me. There is a park next to the hotel with many restaurants n is near the airport.

Stayed here for one night during a long layover. The hotel is a great value. The bathroom in the room was spacious and the rain shower head was very nice. The room had everything necessary and the pool and sauna were well-maintained. I also ate at the restaurant. This was a little bit pricey for the serving size, but the food was good. The hotel itself is a bit far from anything to do in Santa Cruz, but for me it was the perfect spot for just one night.

The environment and breakfast are good, but some charges are puzzling. Sometimes purified water is free, sometimes a bottle of water costs 20 bolivars, sometimes printing at the front desk is free, sometimes you have to pay. It feels like the staff charges based on their mood.

good hotel for a very decent price. However, the pool was freezing cold, and the breakfast had nothing special. But given the political situation, we were almost the only guests there, so can't complain

This hotel is not connected with Trip so I had to pay again on site and I’m still waiting for the refund. Hard to get around the hotel with no Spanish.

This is a pretty good hotel by local standards. However, be aware that they don't provide slippers or toothbrushes, and the quality of the toiletries is just so-so. For fellow travelers from China, remember to bring your own!

The location was good and I thought the cospa was very good. The corridor of the hotel is automatic lighting, so it is dim and a little uncomfortable when you leave the elevator. Also, it was a pity that there were few amenities the next day. However, considering the price and the size of the room, I am very satisfied.

Hotel is good but they make many tricks , when I check out they charge me 200 bolivariano, because they said I was using their coffee and water , in fact instant coffee is not shown the price on table , at least nobody know that’s not free ! And water on the table they didn’t tell me that’s cost extra money ! This is very bad tricks ! Not good way to charge service cost !

Good location, friendly and enthusiastic service staff!
