RRie DezThis is my second time staying here and it was just as lovely as the first time. I had to book this last minute since the Airbnb I had booked did not work out as needed. The staff was friendly upon arrival and listened to my requests. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. I will always come back to this hotel whenever I come back to visit Montreal.

GGuest UserThe toilet was clogged. Our key cards kept malfunctioning, and we had to get them reset several times to access our room. The facilities felt a bit worn. On a positive note, we were able to keep the same room. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the included breakfast was comprehensive, and the air conditioning worked very well.

BBL LondonGreat location. Close to old Montreal. Rooms were big, comfortable bed, good working shower but a tad tatty. Although very clean, the rooms and hotel need a major refurbishment. It was like stepping back into the 1980s. However, this has to be balanced by the location and great service from the team at reception.

Hhigh moverTwo traffic lights away from the train station, and it's all downhill from there. The area is packed with all sorts of hotels. This one is located in a new skyscraper business building, so the facilities are brand new. The shower room is spacious (finally, no bathtub!), and the design is young and trendy. Service is great, though it's mostly self-service, of course.

GGuest UserEverything was great. My husband and I spent 2 nights during their slow season. Hotel was clean, room was great, and staff was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs.
At the time of our visit, the outdoor fire pit was under construction and the off site gondolas were closed for repairs, but the staff encouraged us to explore the village on hikes and gave of recommendations for other activities nearby.
I also lost a necklace and although I never found it, the hotel staff was empathetic and made every effort to locate it and communicated effectively with me.

BBee_❤️We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tremblant by IHG and genuinely couldn’t have picked a better spot. It sits right in the middle of the village pedestrian area, so everything is walkable — restaurants, activities, the gondola, all of it. No shuttle buses, no planning required. Just walk out the door and you’re in it.
The hotel itself was great. Rooms are a good size, comfortable, nothing to complain about. There’s underground parking which you pay for daily, so just keep that in mind. But the real highlights? The outdoor pool, sauna, and jacuzzi — perfect after a full day on your feet. And the breakfast. I’m not being dramatic when I say it was exceptional. Unlimited hot food, coffee, tea, juice — the kind of spread that makes you linger way longer than you planned.
The gondola up the mountain had no queues whatsoever — we just walked on. Interesting quirk: you can only buy a return ticket or a one-way going down. You can’t buy a one-way going up. Still not sure why, but it didn’t matter. The views from the top were stunning — lake and forest in every direction. And at the summit, there’s a restaurant called Le Grand Manitou. In ski season I imagine it’s packed. We had it almost entirely to ourselves. We sat by the window, had a meal, and just looked out at the mountains. One of those simple moments that sticks with you.
The village has plenty of restaurants too — Italian, Japanese, noodles — and lots of activities for adults and kids alike. Everything is incredibly clean and easy to get around.

GGuest UserThe facilities were clean and the room was more spacious than I expected, making for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was pretty much the same selection every day, but it was nice that coffee and hot water were always available in the lobby. It's quite a distance from Old Quebec, so transportation costs for round trips added up. Overall, it's clean and the staff are friendly, so I recommend it! ^^~~~

GGuest UserThis hotel has a nice aquatic area featuring both a slides in a hot tub which unfortunately arrived a little bit too late to use but looked a lot of fun and there were quite a few families making use of. The breakfast was a little bit lacking but it was still a reasonable breakfast. Generally cereals yogurt, egg and some breads. The room was Spartan and clean and did not seem powerfully scented but was lightly scented even though I had asked for no scents. It seemed a little bit soft but I still slept well. To its credit, the rooms did seem comparatively spacious and we're well appointed with both a fridge and a microwave within. I thought it was relatively easy to navigate to and from and the area despite being close to the airport was actually not very noisy. Very calm and you can get a very good rest here.

This time, I brought my child to experience a train ride, and the hotel is only 200 meters from the station, a mere 3-minute walk at a slow pace. The hotel is well-connected and located on the 10th floor. The pool is heated, and they even provide armbands and life jackets for the little ones. There's ice water by the pool and a spin dryer, which was a real lifesaver! The front desk has a free coffee machine, but no milk. My kids didn't want to leave after several days, it's a truly great value for money hotel. However, Ctrip was quite a bit more expensive than other websites, so it's always worth comparing prices.
