Very friendly staff. Super breakfast. Great and nice rooms. Great beds. Great bathroom with windows. refrigerator. flat screen TV. Very quiet. Sauna landscape quiet and relaxed. Directly at the park. Parking at the hotel at a price.

Very good. I could check in even at 11 in the morning, instead at 2 pm. The room was small, but perfect for solo traveller. Plenty of the SPA facilities, friendly staff, speak multiple languages. Nice breakfast ( except water melon, at some point, in the beginning it was empty, but not refilled during the service) I really loved the tea room with the amazing choice of different teas. I would definitely stay there again during my next visit to Karlovy Vary.

It was again super, you can park the car on the big parking lot for 50 krones per day or directly at the hotel costs a little more. Car you can stand to the city drive directly a bus costs only 18 krones per person.

Simply beautiful a dream large room from the finest and a wonderful rich breakfast and very nice staff from breakfast to reception simply for the comfort and several times a little small but still uses the swimming pool there Can you relax and it's okay we can come back guaranteed.

It's a very beautiful town. The newly opened hotel is great – beautifully designed, with warm service and delicious food. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I had the chance to come back.

This hotel is a five-star hotel, luxurious decoration, elegant, restaurant breakfast is more abundant, the waiter is very good, it is commendable, the hotel is not far from the hot spring promenade, about ten minutes walk, still very like.

The staff speaks in emotions. Looks frustrated all the time, plus speak German, gossiping customers in front of it. Unexpectedly, we listened to German very bad, the receptionist. Well, the hotel has enormous potential... Problems at check-in and check-out made the stay less than enjoyable overall. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and everything is of high quality. The location itself is a matter of taste; what's disappointing is the street opposite, which is very busy and noisy. The air conditioning in the room didn't work at all; we had 26°C at night with an outside temperature of 15°C. The service has a lot of room for improvement; it seems like the staff only started running the hotel a few days ago. We decided to have dinner at the hotel on our first evening. The quality was okay, but they couldn't manage to get the wine we ordered and a second one in 45 minutes. We were almost finished eating when we were brought two glasses of Chianti, which were of subpar quality. We were really looking forward to having breakfast on the terrace due to the nice weather, but this wasn't permitted. Thirty minutes later, however, other guests were allowed to do so. The staff is trying hard, no question, but they're completely overwhelmed by the workload at this sophisticated hotel. We certainly have high standards, but given the prices, they're justified. Unfortunately, this three-day short break was significantly marred by the things described above. If the service matches the quality of the building, this would definitely be a recommendation, but currently, it's not for us at all. A shame!
