The hotel's design aesthetic is truly impressive. The lobby breaks away from the conventional, rigid hotel feel, using a sophisticated color palette, fluid lines, and perfectly balanced lighting to create an upscale yet welcoming atmosphere. The subtle, pleasant scent in the air immediately helped to soothe away my travel fatigue. The guest room was an absolute highlight – the layout was well-thought-out, and attention to detail shone through everywhere. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The smart lighting control system was convenient and easy to adjust to my preferences. The overall cleanliness was impeccable; all fixtures looked brand new, reflecting a high standard of maintenance. The soundproofing was excellent, guaranteeing a peaceful interior, a rare find when balancing tranquility with a central location.

A large local hotel! I heard it's not star-rated, an older hotel. But the service is incredibly thoughtful! The front desk is very enthusiastic! The lobby manager upgraded our room and even gave us a complimentary fruit platter! Breakfast was also quite good! It's very beautiful, conveniently located, and the rooms are very well-maintained!

The hotel is indeed close to Tianshan Tianchi, which is a plus. There are also the following problems. The facilities are a bit old and need to be renovated. The hot spring water quality is not good, it is very dirty, and the bath towels are hung everywhere. The hotel breakfast does not match the hotel grade. The only thing that tastes good is boiled ramen. The most important thing is the service. It can be said that the hotel basically has no service. Maybe it is too busy and the service staff are a little emotional, or maybe it is the only hot spring hotel in the surrounding area, but every customer is innocent, and there will always be competitors. I hope the hotel management will pay attention to this issue.

We stayed at Korla Marriott for seeing the populus tree. Marriott made our trip and stay so convenient and easy. As we entered the front door to the hotel, we really liked the soft ambient music and the fragrance. We want to highly commend the exceptional service of Kyle at the front desk, he helped us with making our stay wonderful! The breakfast is a must. We ordered the breakfast buffet for both days, and it was delicious - fresh fruit , yoghurts , salads , meats. It’s full of Korla flavours! Theres a great view to the courtyard from the dining hall. We liked the small touches of detail in our room, a stoneware vase, some paintings and clean bedding and bathroom. All in all an outstanding hotel, with friendly staff , new facilities and great food.

My stay at the R&F Wanda Vista Hotel in Urumqi was truly exceptional! The Western-style decor immediately caught my eye upon entering the lobby. The Tianshan tapestries and snow lotus lanterns were stunning, instantly elevating the atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming, greeting me immediately and making me feel incredibly attentive. I have to praise Sara, the hotel's housekeeper. After adding her on WeChat, she quickly addressed any requests I had. She was incredibly thoughtful! She also thoughtfully took care of any issues I had with my reservation. The room I was given was the perfect size, spotlessly clean, and odorless. It was a comfortable stay, and I had a great rest. Upon check-out, they even gave the children a small gift. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Urumqi!

The architecture and layout are very unique, making for stunning photos. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the old street and the ancient Kucha Ferry. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, and the Wangfu Temple is not far away. The room was well-equipped, the furniture was high-quality, and the hotel even has a laundry room. It's a shame I only stayed for one night.

Environment: The hotel is located on the riverfront, and the views from higher floors are fantastic. The area around Binhe Road is relatively open, so while not busy, it's quiet and comfortable. Park your car at the hotel and call a taxi wherever you go, which is very affordable. You don't have to find your way around or worry about parking. The hotel parking lot is clean, bright, and has plenty of space! There are also some parking spaces on the grounds. Cleanliness: The public areas and rooms are spotlessly clean, and the beds are comfortable, large, and comfortable. Facilities: The amenities are comprehensive, and the housekeeper is always happy to help with anything you need. Service: The service is thoughtful and attentive, down to the last detail. Check-in and check-out are super fast, and the housekeeper even contacts you in advance! One thing I have to say is that the air conditioning could be better. Breakfast offers a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, including Chinese congee, freshly cooked noodles, Western bread, local naan, and milk tea. The ingredients are fresh, especially the freshly made wontons with three soup bases to choose from. Excellent! I have always liked InterContinental and have stayed in hotels under the same group. I was very satisfied with them all. The quality and appearance are all online. The design of the hotel in Yining this time was very thoughtful, high-end, and stylish. I checked one by one and found out that it was designed by a Hong Kong team. I liked it very much. The experience was great!

We arrived Urumqi early in the morning, but we got a surprise coming at the hotel. All the staffs were superx3 nice and helpful. For check-in, a staff not just gave us a super early checkin, but she also got us an upgrade. Another staff was so patient with us to figure out how to help us for the airport transfer the next day, that she offered us an alarm call and help to call taxi to the airport. For the room, it is spacious, clean and warmly-looked. The settings is nice and comfortable. Toilet is spacious too, convenient for 2 to use at the same time, which I think good and smart. And finally, the special view to the park in autumn was so peaceful. For location, the hotel is near several attractions and you can take a taxi to Grand Bazzard with reasonable cost. Definitely and strongly recommended to anybody who come to Urumqi.

Although it's an established hotel, it has a great location, very close to the Grand Bazaar and within walking distance of nearby restaurants. The front desk lady, Ms. Aiman, is beautiful and friendly! 🌹I love her so much! 🌹She upgraded me to a junior suite, which was quiet, safe, and comfortable. It was amazing! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The housekeeper was a senior employee and a beautiful young woman, equally attentive and enthusiastic. This made my stay feel safe and secure during this trip, and it was a very pleasant stay! The hotel has a very high occupancy rate, and it would be even better if the breakfast menu featured more Xinjiang specialties. Overall, it's very good! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Newly opened, and with many promotional coupons available this year, it was quite cost-effective. New hotels have been opening frequently in Xinjiang recently, with InterContinental brands being the most active. The Yiheng in Yining is quite interesting, with a sports theme. Each room has a yoga mat, yoga blocks, and a yoga ball, and there's even a bike charging station in the lobby lounge. It's right next to the InterContinental, with shared public areas. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. Breakfast was at the InterContinental Riverside Restaurant, featuring naan (a type of steamed bun) and freshly baked buns. The pilaf and stewed pork are also highly recommended! Other dishes were plentiful, meeting InterContinental standards, and catering to diverse tastes according to group standards, such as the kimchi soup… The front desk service was very warm and attentive, a very good level of service in Xinjiang. The hotel's surrounding environment is also very nice, with a beautiful courtyard. The gym and laundry room are self-service; I finally got to wash my dirty clothes after a trip around Altay. I highly recommend the Yiheng – newer hotels are better than older ones. Also, the aromatherapy in the lobby and rooms smelled wonderful.

GGuest UserEnvironment: I booked this hotel specifically for the snow mountain view, and during the off-season, the Conrad Urumqi offers excellent value for money! Unfortunately, the weather on the day I stayed wasn't great, with poor visibility, so the snow mountains weren't very clear. The hotel had a fantastic festive atmosphere before Christmas, with beautiful Christmas trees and decorations. Facilities: I didn't visit the gym but did use the pool. The water temperature, environment, and everything else felt very comfortable. However, some people were taking photos (of people in the pool, not just the surroundings), and the staff didn't intervene. The room facilities were impeccable in all aspects; the executive room was spacious enough, and the layout was well-designed. Service: The staff were very enthusiastic. The handsome Uyghur guys and beautiful ladies were truly a sight to behold, unique in all of China. The front desk lady also proactively shared information about local delicacies and communicated promptly. It would have been even better if they had noticed my birthday more promptly! When checking out, the bellboy, Allen, kindly helped me with my luggage and loaded it into the car. Many thanks. Additionally, the breakfast at Conrad is definitely a bonus! There's an incredibly wide variety: ethnic dishes, Chinese, Western – everything you could wish for! And the taste is absolutely fantastic! The Conrad's milk tea is hands down the richest I've had in Xinjiang during my more than a week-long stay! The baked samsas were so delicious I devoured two; and the Baursak were much thinner and crispier than those I've had elsewhere, and served warm! There was also 'Ganzi Rou' (pot meat); my portion had lamb ribs, which were super tender and incredibly tasty. And breakfast even included steak! Who eats steak for breakfast, you might ask, but honestly, it was really good! I simply didn't have space for the wontons and beef noodles, nor for the dazzling array of Western breakfast options. This is definitely a hotel breakfast I'll miss, and it's perfect for experiencing Xinjiang flavors alone (since outside portions are usually too large, here you can try a bit of everything, and it's all delicious). You absolutely must try breakfast if you stay at the Conrad! The only minor imperfection might be the service: firstly, no one greeted me or led me to a table when I entered, nor did anyone ask what I wanted to drink; it was mostly self-service. Later, I noticed that not everyone was unattended; some guests were seated. It wasn't busy when I went, so I'm not sure what the situation was. Secondly, I wanted a soft-boiled egg, and the chef told me to come back in two minutes, but it wasn't soft-boiled at all, just a regular hard-boiled egg. Lastly, there was a mix-up with orders; I'm not sure how the staff remembered who ordered what, as I was served 'Ganzi Rou' twice, and three plates of steak were brought to me at one point 😅 Meanwhile, the table next to me had been waiting ages for their steak and eventually left impatient… These are some nitpicky details, but they don't overshadow the overall excellent experience, as the food itself was truly faultless. Location: There's a large shopping mall right next door, making shopping very convenient. If you walk through the mall, you'll reach the museum, so it's very convenient to stay here if you want to visit the museum. The staff on the ground floor are also very helpful with directions, telling you the quickest way to get around.

NNingning mumThe room is big enough, the living room has plenty of room for an extra bed, and the view from the upper floors is good. The elevators are well arranged, and there is no long waiting time on the upper floors. The overall service is good, and robots deliver takeaways when ordered. The Chinese restaurant is OK, especially the green leafy vegetables are better than those fried in other restaurants. When checking out, I asked for a half-hour extension, which was readily agreed.

GGuest UserAfter dinner, I took a taxi back and accidentally saw some people in uniforms welcoming me at the door. I looked carefully and found that it was the designated reception point. The whole building feels like a comprehensive mall, and accommodation is only part of it. There is a sales point for Nanda Dairy on the first floor, which is open from 8 am to 10 pm, which is very convenient for guests. There is a huge wall of luggage lockers on the first floor, which is shocking. Unfortunately, I felt that they were not staffed enough at the front desk several times, and the waiting time was relatively long, but it was not easy to maintain a good service attitude. To be fair, the hotel hardware and supplies are really good. The decoration is a more old-fashioned hotel, with wooden cabinets, a little smell, and the facilities may not be particularly new, but the overall feeling is OK. The shampoo and shower gel are not a very expensive brand, but they are comfortable to use. The shower gel seems to be from pmpm, and the hair dryer is also a new basic model. The slippers are particularly thick and of good quality, surpassing many high-priced hotels. I will consider staying here next time I come to Kashgar. I stayed in an expensive hotel next to the ancient city for one night and felt that I didn’t win many points except for the geographical location.

GGuest UserSimply great place! Excellent value for money, the place is full of beautiful vineyards of grapes, the place looks like in a fairy tale. There is a shuttle that comes quickly and efficiently. The room in the shape of a wine barrel is great and clean, the staff is very nice and efficient, they helped us quite a bit. The breakfast is great and varied and there are also vegetarian options. There is a possibility of free laundry, and the reception is really available 24/7. The winery tour was beautiful and the long canal is very impressive. The shuttle from the train to the hotel and from the hotel to the train worked great. To improve - the pool was dirty throughout our stay, other than that it is just an amazing place! We will be back again in the future

BBengbengdetudouThis was hands down the best hotel of our Xinjiang trip! The design and decor are absolutely fantastic. It offers incredible value for money! The hotel also provides sand therapy and even has some lovely small animals to visit. It's kept impeccably clean, completely free of any unpleasant odors! The overall hygiene is excellent, and the mattress is super comfortable – neither too soft nor too hard. I woke up feeling completely refreshed the next morning! The breakfast spread was also incredibly rich and varied! The only minor downside was that the projector screen in the room was broken. Turpan is absolutely an underrated gem of a city! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit; it's truly fantastic!
