Hotels With Pools in Brandenburg, Germany

Ich habe mir jetzt sehr viele Kommentare durchgelesen und kann nicht verstehen, wie man dieses Hotel auch nur ansatzweise mit weniger als 4 Sternen bewerten kann ! Das Hotel ist klasse ! Sowohl die einzelnen Apartments in den außenstehenden Häusern ( welches wir gegen ein Zimmer im Haus problemlos tauschen konnten) als auch die gesamte Anlage, das Hotel, einfach alles! Hier hat sie der Inhaber so große Mühe gegeben und ein wirklich tolles Konzept bzw. eine tolle Anlage, auf die Beine gestellt ! Das Personal im gesamten Haus ist unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend ! Das Frühstück hat alles was man braucht und ist durchgängig frisch und vielfältig ! Egal ob Wellnesbereich , Außenanlage oder Zimmer, alles ist sauber und modern , man fühlt sich sehr wohl ! Wir reisen sehr viel durch die Welt und dieses Hotel hat ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Ps. Bei der Grösse der Anlage, kann es schon mal vorkommen, dass man kurz warten muss oder der Frühstücksraum etwas voller ist, so etwas als „schlecht“ zu bewerten, ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Personal und den Inhaber, für das schöne Wochenende!

Wir haben 2 Tage mit unseren Enkeln verbracht. Das Hotel ist für Kinder sehr geeignet. Das Spieleland,das Bastelzimmer und die Schwimmhalle haben uns gut gefallen. Der Außenspielplatz könnte noch etwas attraktiver werden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als ganz besonderes Angebot schätzen wir die Großzügigkeit vom Hotel, dass man auch am Abreisetag noch alle Bereiche des Hotels nutzen darf und nur die Zimmer geräumt werden müssen. Das haben wir bisher noch nie in einem deutschen Hotel erlebt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Dieses Hotel ist wundervoll! In einer tollen Landschaft mit vielen Optionen für Außenaktivitäten bitet es eine wundervollle Saunalsndschaft! Das Essen ist hervorragend (tolles Frühstücksbüffet und Abendessen und auch der Italiener ist spitze!

Wonderful! My last stay has been for 5 years, but you don't see the hotel. Specially, the friendly, careful, but unimpersive staff is to mention. You realize that everyone here is in the heart that you feel well, relaxed and willing to come back. After the current stay I wonder why it took so long that I was back there, although I enjoyed many weekends in hotels with spa just in winter. There is something to improve? Some saunas are a little small depending on the number of visitors and there may be more showers. But important is that everything worked and there was no maintenance bust. I'd like to come back, even soon.

Unfortunately, the receptionist gave us the keys to a room already rented, which led not only to surprise, but also to loss of time. We couldn't take the ”Excuse Drink”, because it was only valid from 12.00-19.00h. The beautiful indoor and outdoor basins are unusable, because the inner area is not heated and there is no lighting in the pool. Outdoor you can't swim, unfortunately blocked and also cold.

The service was in a effort at check-in, but because of poor German knowledge it was insufficient. It is very bad if you get a yes to a question as a answer, but it is not exactly the fact. Unfortunately, we did not receive any clarifying answer from the German staff on a further request. And 35,- € or even 30,- € with discount are inappropriate for the evening buffet, as some foods have very poor quality.

Despite the 10mins long walk on main road to the hotel (they do provide sign to guide you), I really enjoyed my stay that is away from the city. The front desk staffs are very friendly in helping me in renting a bicycle and using their sauna. A great place to unwind and relax with long cycling path. The breakfast is acceptable and filled with choices. The front desk staffs also informed me that they do sell pizza when I come back late one night as everywhere nearby was closed

We originally planned to stay for only three nights, but our kids loved the water park so much that we added an extra night. They played until exhausted every day, swimming until closing time and refusing to return to their rooms. The hotel is a one-stop shop, with a wristband that allows you to eat, drink, and play, which is very convenient. The only problem is that the hotel towels aren't changed daily. Fresh towels were only provided on the first day of check-in, and you had to rent them from the sauna for the next few days, which required a deposit. Overall, our five-day stay was a wonderful experience, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. We were reluctant to leave and look forward to our next visit.

The location of the hotel is convenient and near a lake. The restaurant, as well as the rooms were very well visited during the Christmas holiday. However, the servers were all very much struggling to the satisfaction of the guests. Our room was clean and nothing missed. The spa area was also well visited at our time, yet you could relax and enjoy the sauna area. The pool area is clean and maintained. The same applies to the outside area of the hotel. We enjoy our Christmas season every year there. Very happy we come back and give us the common holidays over the holidays.
