The location, facilities, and cleanliness are excellent for the price. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of delicious food options available around the hotel. Clean towels were also provided. As for amenities, soap and shampoo were available in a dispenser in the bathroom. Toothbrushes, however, were not in the room upon check-in, but they were promptly provided upon request. At night, there was no traffic noise, as the hotel isn't directly on a main road. Overall, it's perfect for a good rest.
food choice is Limited. There's almost no vegetable for the breakfast, latte or cappuccino is extra charge. The good thing is that the mini bar in the room is free and refilled .Location of this hotel is okay, but due to traffic jam you need at least 40 to 50 minutes to go to the city center. around the hotel there is almost nothing. The hotel has sauna, gym is good. They provide free yoga courses for in house guests that is highly appreciated.
I unfortunately booked an executive suite. Firstly, its location was inconveniently far from the elevator, and it seems all executive suites across all floors are situated in the same corner spot. The suite was definitely overpriced for its small size, and the layout was poorly designed. Furthermore, the amenities were neglected; the Jacuzzi was dirty, broken, emitted a foul odor when operated, and even expelled debris. I reported this to the front desk, and they moved me to another suite, but it had the exact same problems. I absolutely do not recommend anyone choose an executive suite; it's a complete waste of money.
My ratings:
Executive Suite Design & Location: 2/10
Overall Cleanliness: 8/10 (though they could improve by changing towels more frequently)
Breakfast: 1/10 (Too focused on Asian food, despite most guests being Arabs, especially Saudis)
Pricing (Value for Money): 5/10 (Overpriced)
View & Hotel Location: 5/10
I suggest they lower their prices and encourage guests to choose a standard room with a river view. They should also pay more attention to offering Eastern, Arabic, and Western food options. Finally, some staff members were notably unwelcoming towards Arab guests and made no effort to provide better service.
The hotel is really great, I loved the location and the view. It would be even better if:
- There was a phone in the room to order food, etc.
- The TV's internet connection quality could be improved.
Bedroom was oke, i doubt if the twin bed is 120cm, i guess its just 100cm, not sure 🤔 didnt bring any ruler.
Breakfast was good, i like their croissant.
Swimming pool : their small pool (the round one, prv was jacuzzi i think) has warm water.
Staff was friendly,
Surprisingly they have ‘mini market kejujuran’ (honesty mini market) the price was so cheap considering inside 4star hotel,
and they have UMKM CANTEEN which was cheap too i dont know about the taste as i didnt try.
Walking distance to braga street,
I had attend mass in the morning, next to this hotel is Cathedral, the mass on Sunday is at 6am, 11am & 5pm.
I walked to Bandung Indah Plaza it was still walking distance for me 😁 (1km) and i can borrowed their umbrella incase its rain, they write my room number & return the umbrella after im done.
Parking lot for cars is in the basement, staff was really helpful.
Overall was a good stay.
It's a great hotel to stay with the family. The room is quiet, clean, and really cool. The hotel employees are also friendly and helpful with the information that you need about the route to the Great Asia Africa, Farm house etc. My kids are happy to swim till late even though the swimming pool is already closed. I will definitely visit this hotel on the next trip of adventure.
It was pretty decent, but because it's new, the service isn't quite up to par yet. I got a room at the very end of the hall, and there was still construction going on, so it was noisy with the workers. Also, the bathroom door in my room was hard to close, so I had to call maintenance and waited 1.5 hours for them to fix the door. There was no offer to move me to another room, so a lot of our time was wasted. Other than that, it was okay. The staff was so-so, not very proactive. The bellboy wouldn't grab our luggage unless we asked. Maybe it's because it's new, hopefully, they can improve.

Very Good
AAnonymous UserIts a very nice and tranquil hotel. The rooms and buildings are rather old (built in the 80s), but they were maintained properly. The fixtures in the room, however, could use an upgrade to more modern ones, auch as rhe toilet bowl, cabinets, shower tiles, night stands, tables and chair. I stayed at a room with hot tub, and the hot tub is big and beautiful, but looks rather old and need to be renovated. It was a big room so it makes the rate that I paid was very worth it.
The self parking was not covered. I arrived when it was raining hard. I soaked my clothes as there no umbrella I can borrow nor anybody there to help with umbrella. I reported to receptionist with my soaking wet clohtes, they just apologized and nothing to be done, not even offer towel to dry my clothes. This was big disappointment as it was a novotel, hospitality attention should be paid.
The hotel was kind of a javanese old colonial model, so open style and you can enjoy fresh air. When the weather is hot, however, it could be really hot and steamy.
Over all, it was a value for money hotel. Check in was very pleasant and fast.
Since it was a secluded area which brings tranquility and fresh ait, it is located in rather secluded housing compound.
So u have to go through rather small street to get here and no other restaurant except in the hotel.
However, it is next to bogor raya golf course and they provide bicycle for excursion, also other activities.
Keep it up, I will definitely come back to stay when I golf around the area or short staycation with family.
NNarimasaThe reception staff's service was just okay.
However, their grooming was excellent.
As someone in the same service industry, I respect that.
The room was nice, but the lack of body soap was a demerit. The location was good, and best of all, it was quiet enough to make you forget the hustle and bustle of Jakarta.
The only drawbacks were that the food wasn't very good, and while the security staff were friendly, I didn't really notice the reception staff.
I would recommend this hotel for people who are looking for a place to stay near nothing else. The restaurants were also just average.
That's one of Jakarta's strengths.
SShofaOverall okay, tapi oh tapi gada sinyal + wifi lemah. Sad betttt. Kayanya better kalo kesini jangan pas holiday seasons yaa biar bisa hikmat healingnyaa wkwkw🫶🏻
NNetktThere are a lot of lizards anyway.
Other than that it's great. It's close to the sea, so you can go surfing.
Great location. There is also a restaurant next door, so you can have a relaxing holiday.
