Easily reached from linate airport, walking distance 5-10 minutes, nice and clean, decent breakfast, Metro line to centre of Milan, would definitely consider staying here again if flying out of Linate airport

It's a really nice place next to the lake. Everything is clean, especially the breakfast is very good. It has its own parking lot, including the underground parking lot, so it is also very good for rental car trips.

This is a fantastic hotel in an excellent location. It's about a 20-minute walk to the main shopping area, and there are many great restaurants and small shops nearby. The neighborhood feels very residential and safe, with no concerns about security. I really have to commend the hotel's front desk staff. I was out shopping all day near the Duomo, carrying three bags, and took an Uber back to the hotel. When I got out, I somehow left one bag behind – it had my newly purchased jewelry and a handbag inside, worth over 50,000 RMB! I only realized it after I got back to my room. I immediately rushed down to the front desk. The staff quickly checked the CCTV footage for me, confirming that I had indeed left a bag in the Uber, and it wasn't something I left at the hotel. At the same time, because Uber doesn't have a direct contact feature for drivers, and I hadn't gotten any response after reporting it to Uber's platform, the front desk attendant proactively helped me look through the limited information available on the Uber app. Eventually, he found the phone number for the Uber driver's registered company and immediately called them on my behalf. After several verifications, they finally got in touch with the driver, who confirmed he had my missing shopping bag and would return it within an hour. I'm incredibly grateful for the prompt and proactive help from the hotel front desk throughout this whole ordeal; I can't imagine what would have happened otherwise.

Novotel is always a guarantee for the services offered. Its proximity to Malpensa airport is excellent, with a shuttle service available for €5 per person. The buffet breakfast is good and varied, offering both sweet and savory options, and the coffee blend is not bad, even from an automatic machine. Room cleanliness isn't impeccable, but the beds are comfortable and large. The interior of the hotel is beautiful and modern, though the exterior could use some maintenance. There's free outdoor parking, and paid underground covered parking for €12 per day. A swimming pool is available for all guests free of charge until 8 PM; it's not large, but a pleasant surprise with sunbeds, umbrellas for hot summer days, and towels provided by the lifeguard on-site. Special mention goes to the receptionist Giovanni, who welcomed us with extreme kindness and professionalism, explaining everything in detail and making us feel comfortable right away.

As many have said, don't expect to walk there. After being scammed by another guesthouse, I booked this hotel nearby. It was very clean and the room was spacious, though the surroundings were a bit desolate. The front desk attendant looked like Sylvester Stallone, even had a tattoo on his arm, but wasn't very enthusiastic. The food downstairs was good quality, but not cheap; it cost us 84 euros for three people. The server there was very friendly. We booked an early morning airport transfer, which was perfectly on time and cost 5 euros per person. Overall, aside from the price, everything else was pretty good.

There is NO service at this luxury hotel. First of all, WiFi didn’t work for the whole day. Secondly, at breakfast the staff challenged us whether we stayed at the hotel due to their system error. Facilities are really poor. When we go to the pool, the pool closes at 6pm. And staff just wanted to kick us out and got off work. Except for the pool, there is nothing else you can do at the hotel. I booked this hotel because I had an early morning connecting flight the next day. The front desk staff were very friendly and humorous. The tiramisu in the restaurant was delicious. The hotel design is quite modern and stylish, it doesn't look like a building from the 90s at all. The garden was beautiful, and I enjoyed exploring it.

The hygiene was acceptable. However, the amenities could use an upgrade; the toothbrush was awful, and the bath towel shed lint everywhere. The towel rack was poorly placed, making it easy for towels to fall into the bidet. Opening the window at night let in small bugs. Some of the front desk staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. Getting to the S1 and S3 lines takes about a ten-minute walk, and that station is quite run-down. A shuttle bus is only available in the afternoon and evening.

Our stay at Grand Visconti Palace in Milan was truly wonderful from beginning to end. The service was excellent — the staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were impressive and very well maintained. The rooms were clean, spacious, and elegantly designed, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day exploring the city. The spa and common areas were also beautifully organised and added great value to the overall experience. We were very pleased with the food as well. The breakfast offered a wide and high-quality selection, and everything was fresh and delicious. Dining at the hotel was an enjoyable experience, both in terms of taste and service. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our stay. Grand Visconti Palace exceeded our expectations, and we would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Milan. We would definitely love to return in the future.

The hotel's location is superb, right opposite Milan Central Station Square, making travel and transfers by train or metro incredibly convenient. The hotel building seamlessly blends modern design with a vintage, historical feel, giving it a distinctive exterior. Our group booked three rooms, each of which was exceptionally spacious and very comfortable. The check-in process at the front desk was simple and efficient, with almost no waiting time. The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to and from the Duomo, which is very convenient for exploring the city center. Compared to most hotels in Europe, the breakfast here is particularly diverse, offering a wide array of hot and cold dishes, desserts, and fruits. The overall service quality was excellent. I'd especially like to commend Ms. Zheng from the breakfast restaurant. She was always smiling and proactively attended to every table, providing thoughtful and meticulous service that brightened our mornings every day.
