It's a really nice place next to the lake. Everything is clean, especially the breakfast is very good. It has its own parking lot, including the underground parking lot, so it is also very good for rental car trips.

Novotel is always a guarantee for the services offered. Its proximity to Malpensa airport is excellent, with a shuttle service available for €5 per person. The buffet breakfast is good and varied, offering both sweet and savory options, and the coffee blend is not bad, even from an automatic machine. Room cleanliness isn't impeccable, but the beds are comfortable and large. The interior of the hotel is beautiful and modern, though the exterior could use some maintenance. There's free outdoor parking, and paid underground covered parking for €12 per day. A swimming pool is available for all guests free of charge until 8 PM; it's not large, but a pleasant surprise with sunbeds, umbrellas for hot summer days, and towels provided by the lifeguard on-site. Special mention goes to the receptionist Giovanni, who welcomed us with extreme kindness and professionalism, explaining everything in detail and making us feel comfortable right away.

As many have said, don't expect to walk there. After being scammed by another guesthouse, I booked this hotel nearby. It was very clean and the room was spacious, though the surroundings were a bit desolate. The front desk attendant looked like Sylvester Stallone, even had a tattoo on his arm, but wasn't very enthusiastic. The food downstairs was good quality, but not cheap; it cost us 84 euros for three people. The server there was very friendly. We booked an early morning airport transfer, which was perfectly on time and cost 5 euros per person. Overall, aside from the price, everything else was pretty good.

There is NO service at this luxury hotel. First of all, WiFi didn’t work for the whole day. Secondly, at breakfast the staff challenged us whether we stayed at the hotel due to their system error. Facilities are really poor. When we go to the pool, the pool closes at 6pm. And staff just wanted to kick us out and got off work. Except for the pool, there is nothing else you can do at the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at Conrad Hotel. We stayed for only one night, but it was a very convenient choice for an airport stopover. The location is excellent. We timed the journey from the airport and it took only about 7 minutes by taxi. During the day, a taxi ride usually costs around €15–20 depending on negotiation and traffic. At night, traffic can be heavier; we paid €30, while another driver quoted €40. The room was small but comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything necessary for a short stay. The only thing we missed was disposable slippers. Fortunately, we had our own. In general, we noticed that many European hotels do not provide them, but for a hotel of this level it would be a nice addition. Breakfast was good. There was not a huge variety of food, but enough to enjoy a satisfying meal. The selection of cheeses and cold cuts was nice. We would suggest adding freshly cooked hot items such as fried eggs or omelettes. One small detail we did not like was the size of the coffee and tea cups, which were very small. Larger cups would make the breakfast experience more enjoyable. A pleasant bonus is the garden area around the hotel, where guests can relax, take a walk, enjoy some fresh air, or simply unwind after a flight. Overall, a very good hotel for travelers looking for comfort and quick access to the airport.

This is a fantastic hotel in an excellent location. It's about a 20-minute walk to the main shopping area, and there are many great restaurants and small shops nearby. The neighborhood feels very residential and safe, with no concerns about security. I really have to commend the hotel's front desk staff. I was out shopping all day near the Duomo, carrying three bags, and took an Uber back to the hotel. When I got out, I somehow left one bag behind – it had my newly purchased jewelry and a handbag inside, worth over 50,000 RMB! I only realized it after I got back to my room. I immediately rushed down to the front desk. The staff quickly checked the CCTV footage for me, confirming that I had indeed left a bag in the Uber, and it wasn't something I left at the hotel. At the same time, because Uber doesn't have a direct contact feature for drivers, and I hadn't gotten any response after reporting it to Uber's platform, the front desk attendant proactively helped me look through the limited information available on the Uber app. Eventually, he found the phone number for the Uber driver's registered company and immediately called them on my behalf. After several verifications, they finally got in touch with the driver, who confirmed he had my missing shopping bag and would return it within an hour. I'm incredibly grateful for the prompt and proactive help from the hotel front desk throughout this whole ordeal; I can't imagine what would have happened otherwise.

Nothing particularly noteworthy. It's a bit out of the way, an apartment building that functions half as student dorms and half as a hotel. It's good if you're driving, as parking is available, and then you can take public transport into the city center.

Our stay at Grand Visconti Palace in Milan was truly wonderful from beginning to end. The service was excellent — the staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were impressive and very well maintained. The rooms were clean, spacious, and elegantly designed, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day exploring the city. The spa and common areas were also beautifully organised and added great value to the overall experience. We were very pleased with the food as well. The breakfast offered a wide and high-quality selection, and everything was fresh and delicious. Dining at the hotel was an enjoyable experience, both in terms of taste and service. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our stay. Grand Visconti Palace exceeded our expectations, and we would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Milan. We would definitely love to return in the future.

The room size was quite spacious for European standards. Although the decor wasn't entirely to my taste, the room itself was clean, comfortable, and bright. The airport shuttle to the outlet mall is conveniently located near the hotel, as is the metro station. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from Milan Cathedral, which was incredibly convenient. Breakfast was surprisingly varied and plentiful for Europe, with some items available for order from the staff. I got the distinct impression that all the hotel staff were enthusiastic and genuinely keen to provide excellent service. Many thanks to the hotel team for making my trip so enjoyable.

Absolutely great hotel, staff was friendly, breakfast with wide range of different food, beverages, fruits, etc. Fantastic swimming pool and restaurant in the yard, quiet and clean area. We felt ourselves very comfortable during our 5 days stay.
