GGuest UserOne of the most amazing places in dead sea. Beautiful hotel, beautiful views, fantastic service, friendly staff, amazing food, great pool and access to sea. Did I mention the service staff are so friendly and helpful?
A big shout out to Mariah at front desk who was very friendly and helped me out with a great room, local travel and whatever queries I had. Her friendliness and service made our stay very pleasant.

NNuannuandemaiziSecurity checks are required for both vehicles and luggage upon check-in. There's also a 100 JOD (approximately 1000 RMB) credit card deposit that's only refunded 10 days after check-out. They don't provide any email confirmation or proof of a successful room inspection after check-out; everything relies on their word. Guests are completely passive in this process.
On the upside, you can watch the Dead Sea sunset from the hotel and also float in it.
The breakfast buffet is just so-so. For a five-star hotel, this stay felt incredibly stifling.
The overall experience was quite poor.

GGuest UserOverall, a great hotel with a strong resort feel.
Pros: The resort is huge, with lush greenery and a unique Arabian old city style. There are also tons of swimming pools.
Cons: The rooms themselves aren't great. The decor is old-fashioned and lacks quality. The air conditioning makes strange noises, and the bathtub looks so old I didn't dare to use it. The sea-view rooms also have obstructions and are a bit far from the Dead Sea.
In summary, as good as the outside is, that's how bad the inside of the rooms are. It's a hotel with very distinct pros and cons! We also went to the Marriott, and if you only look at the public areas, I prefer this one because it's larger and more distinctive.
Additionally, the hotel offers belly dancing and live band performances in the evening, which are worth checking out.
