Facilities: Excellent. The hotel comprises three buildings, each featuring its own onsen bath. Cleanliness: Excellent. Ambiance: Very good. Service: Very good. The front desk staff were incredibly patient and thoughtful, taking the time to explain the hotel's layout and facilities to us. The hotel boasts a prime location in Gero, a renowned onsen town, just a few minutes' walk (a few hundred meters) from the station. There are three onsen baths in total: one on the 9th floor, one on the 3rd, and one on the 1st. The 9th-floor onsen is open 24 hours, while the other two are accessible from 5 AM to midnight. The water quality of the onsen is superb, truly living up to the reputation of such a famous hot spring destination. A soak there makes you want to linger! The hotel breakfast was generous and diverse, a Japanese-style buffet offering a wide selection of drinks that were always promptly replenished. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I would absolutely consider staying here again if I visit Gero in the future.

The hotel is extremely well-maintained. It boasts a classic 'old money' design which, while showing its age a little, is kept spotlessly clean with not even a hint of mustiness. The hotel service was also excellent, and they certainly didn't relegate foreigners to undesirable corner rooms. For our family of three, including a child, I booked two rooms. The hotel thoughtfully connected them, creating a spacious suite of over 70 square meters. Absolutely superb value for money!

There will be pick-up and drop-off services, and guests will be treated courteously. Special elevator, surprising outdoor hot spring on the eighth floor, and free beer. The dinner was rich and after that the bed was ready. Very heartwarming. The sound insulation is very good, it was a very comfortable trip. Like 👍🏻

It's a big hotel, but the front desk staff is also kind and will speak to you immediately. I was able to eat smoothly. I wonder if the young waiter is a part-time job. There were some delicate tricks, but I was able to spend a delicious and fun time. Please do your best. I will change it to support. The surroundings are very beautiful, and there is a private bath in the room. The room is relatively large, but the bathroom is too small. The breakfast is very good, and the beef dinner is very good. Sleeping on the floor is an experience. The boss is very polite. It was raining when we left, and the boss helped us carry our luggage and waited for the bus with us. I was very touched. The hotel is very easy to find.
