Guest UserFacilities: Very comprehensive, they even had an iron, which I didn't need but appreciated. There was air conditioning too, which was a relief after staying in hotels elsewhere the previous few nights that didn't even have it.
Cleanliness: Spotless and impeccable.

The room was fantastic, and the complimentary snacks were a thoughtful touch. The bed was soft and very comfortable. Its location near the airport makes it perfect for those catching a flight the next day.
However, I had a terrible experience with the airport shuttle. The website stated there was a free shuttle, and I even double-checked the timetable. I waited at the designated area (A9–A13), but no bus ever showed up! I saw shuttles from other hotels coming and going constantly, yet I waited for over an hour with no sign of ours. I’m not sure if a pre-booking was required, but I strongly advise everyone to call and confirm with the hotel beforehand
Additionally, the shampoo dispenser in my bathroom was broken and wouldn't pump. 🥲

I like this shop very much. The location is good and the waiters are courteous. But the room is a bit small and two luggages can't be accommodated. The place to put towels in the toilet is not convenient. You can add more. You have to bend down to take them out every time. If The price is even better!

Guest UserThe first impression of the hotel is quite favorable: it's a modern high-rise building, check-in is very quick, the rooms are decorated in the currently fashionable ”industrial” style, and the views from the window are beautiful. However, after a while, you notice some drawbacks. First and foremost: the hotel takes a hefty 150-euro deposit upon check-in. It's understandable that the hotel is concerned about the safety of the rooms, but for that kind of money, you'd expect luxurious furnishings. What you end up with are ”basic amenities.” There are no slippers, no robes, no conditioner for washing hair, not even proper ceramic cups for hot drinks. The overall impression is that the hotel isn't a 4-star (as advertised). It's a ”good 3-star.”

Guest UserThis is a landmark building, and many people were taking photos outside the hotel. The room was quite small, and the sink drained slowly. When I called the front desk, someone came to fix it. The shower pressure was very weak; I thought it was just low water pressure and didn't bother calling the hotel again, which made for a terrible experience. It wasn't until the 3rd night that I discovered a hidden switch underneath that, once pressed and turned, provided normal water flow. The room had two windows, but they felt small and not very comfortable. I much preferred the hotel I stayed at a few days prior, closer to the city center, with large windows. The upside is that it's very close to the train station, and there's a big supermarket on the pedestrian street outside, making it convenient for shopping.

Julie Zhao ZHOUI booked this hotel near Amsterdam at the last minute for my flight, and I couldn't believe it when I saw the price was just over 200 (currency not specified), so I booked it immediately. The room was good, and the bar downstairs (which is also the breakfast area) was lively with an event, but I was too tired to join. Breakfast was excellent with a great atmosphere, and I also rented a hotel bike to cycle around.

MumumkkThis hotel is housed in a renowned historical and cultural building in Amsterdam. It's been modernly renovated and is fully equipped. The location is absolutely fantastic – just a two-minute walk from Central Station and a five-minute stroll to Dam Square. The canal-side bar street is also right around the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for mid-to-high-end business or leisure travelers.

My son and I were warmly welcomed by the staff and got a beautiful large room, and my son received a nice tulip keychain. Afterwards, we went for a swim. There were quite a few towels on the floor, and it felt a bit like there might be a staff shortage for cleaning. Also, there was an opened bottle of water in the mini-fridge. We reported this, and they responded kindly right away, but when we returned to the room, no new one had been brought. Which isn't a big deal, as the tap water is perfectly fine to drink. For the price, you really get an excellent stay and super nice people working there.

Stayed at W Amsterdam and honestly couldn’t fault it. Perfect location right in the middle of everything, easy to get around and ideal if you want the city on your doorstep. Rooms were clean, stylish and had that luxury feel you expect. Staff were sharp, welcoming and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Atmosphere in the hotel was top tier, especially if you like somewhere with a bit of energy. Overall a quality stay and I’d definitely be back.
