The hotel is nice from the reception, but the rooms are a bit stuffy. The hotel is crowded and the service is not good.

Functional and good business hotel with good location and good staff and food

Just a bit outside of the centralized Riyadh, but the staff were very friendly. The room was clean. The hotel seemed a little older with two separate buildings which was just slightly confusing on which building you are booked at.

Very nice. A simple note: the bathrooms have a slope that isn't right; the water doesn't flow directly into the drains, it only flows in the area. But the rest is, to be honest, very nice.

Overall, the hotel was okay. The location is convenient, very close to the metro, which made getting around easy. On the downside, the room was missing some basic amenities: there were no bathrobes at all, towels were provided only for one person, and the dental kit was also for one person, even though the room was booked for two guests. In addition, the reception staff could have been more welcoming. On the positive side, the breakfast was quite good, and the chef preparing omelets and waffles was very kind and friendly, which made the morning experience more pleasant

The room was spacious and well-equipped. The toiletries were also of good quality. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to King's Centre, making it very convenient for shopping and visiting the Sky Bridge. Breakfast was delicious too. The staff were very enthusiastic. They quickly helped me find scissors when I unexpectedly needed them. Highly recommended! (P.S. I booked last-minute and received confirmation within 20 minutes.) For booking hotels overseas, Trip.com is reliable! A genuine compliment from someone who's been ripped off before!

The only downside: The only thing to be aware of is that there aren’t many shops or convenience stores within immediate walking distance of the hotel entrance. If you need snacks, pharmacy items, or a quick retail fix, you’ll likely need to take a short Uber or drive to one of the nearby malls or commercial strips. Verdict: Despite the lack of immediate shops nearby, the quality of the hotel and the service make it a 5-star stay for me. I would definitely stay here again, just with a little more preparation for my personal supplies!

Very beautiful and clean, and the rooms are tidy. There's also parking available. However, I couldn't find the pool, and the location is very crowded.

Moved here from the Novotel next door. The breakfast is basic Western fare, not a huge selection. For a suite with two rooms, the price is similar to two rooms at the Novotel, so it felt like a real steal. It has a single living room and three bathrooms. Being on a high floor, I have no reason not to stay here again.
