Excellent hotel with great spa and fantastic location for ski slopes. We had some disappointment when the Skoda car conference arrived as they had a party till 4am and our room was really loud as it was above the party. We were told no other rooms available.

Amazing experience, good cost quality relation

A modern hotel near the center. We couldn't sleep because of the noisy air conditioning, and it dried out our airways; it's impossible to regulate the airflow. I think the hotel spa should be included for guests, but you have to pay for it, and the spa lady is very rude and unprofessional. They say at reception that it closes at 10:00 PM, and at the spa that it closes at 9:30 PM. The lady started gathering candles and turning on the lights at 9:15 PM, practically kicking out guests!! Terrible!!! Terrible attitude... The bar staff at the reception were very good, friendly, and professional! Since parking is paid, it should at least be covered or underground.

The hotel has a first-class environment, the old house renovation and decoration are very careful, the front and back yards of the English park, the room facilities are also added to the quaint style of the house, the macaron snacks are prepared in the room as a welcome gift.
