What truly made this stay special was a staff member named Mr. AbdiRahman. He was, without exaggeration, the nicest person I met during my entire time in Tunis. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and taken care of, and his warmth and attentiveness turned a good stay into an amazing one. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely kind and dedicated to their guests.
I’d highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Tunis — and if you’re lucky enough to cross paths with Mr. AbdiRahman during your stay, you’re in great hands.

高高The hotel is set at 3 stars at best, but safety is the first priority. Breakfast is average. The environment and food in Islamic countries cannot be complimented. It only costs 20 dinars from Tunisia airport to this hotel, but the airport rental is too bad and charges 50 dinars You, especially the hotel’s parking taxi drivers, must take pictures and keep them in order to avoid complaints when they are cheated. I have issued a taxi license number for a liar. Don’t take this liar’s car.

RRabebI have been going to this hotel for 2 years. The staff is not only very pleasant, but to listen to its customers. The cleanness is impeccable. We feel very safe and this remains well because the airport is next door.

YYesim SertI had a frustrating experience at the hotel. The staff at the reception pretended to speak English, but when I asked a question I got vague answers. For example, when I asked for tea, they said ”Someone will bring it to your room”, but it never came. There was no phone in my room and the air conditioning didn't work. The first room they gave me didn't have a TV and there was a problem with the tap. They gave me a room with a sea view, but it was too far from the entrance and I still had problems with the air conditioning and the phone. All these problems were only resolved the day before I checked out.
Also, my charger didn't fit into the socket and when I asked about it, I got the same vague answer with no follow up. I even left my phone at the reception to charge, but it never did, which was incredibly frustrating.
As for breakfast, you have to go to a restaurant or balcony area where a lady with an angry expression on her face takes care of you, but you are forced to eat whatever she brings to your table, there is no choice. Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing and not at all what I expected.

775 CountriesMövenpick Hotel Gammarth is a fantastic place for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere is peaceful, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and the private beach is absolutely stunning—perfect for spending the day by the sea.
The hotel truly delivers a five-star experience, especially when it comes to food. The breakfast buffet offers an excellent variety of fresh and high-quality options, and the dining venues throughout the hotel are equally impressive.
The location is another big advantage. It's easy to reach Sidi Bou Said for a walk through its charming blue-and-white streets, and several shopping malls are just a short drive away, making it convenient for both sightseeing and shopping.
The only downside during our stay was the indoor pool policy, as children were only allowed to use it until midday, which limited the time families could enjoy the facility together.
Overall, the combination of a beautiful beachfront setting, outstanding food, and a relaxing atmosphere makes this hotel an excellent choice. I would happily stay here again on a future visit to Tunisia.

GGuest UserIt's close to Lake Tunis, and it's very pleasant to walk. There are also many restaurants nearby. It's perfect. It's suitable for business trips and tourism. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fruits.

Cleanliness for a 5* hotel not at all up to par.
I loved the garden and the swimming pool, the rooms etc.
Only it lacks maintenance, they say they are going to close for a major renovation, in this case... this is where I will stay every time I am in Tunis.

SScorpionmadeIt was a great choice, I was landing at night, so I decided to stay a night at a hotel close by the airport. My sister and her kids checked in earlier and they had a blast. Great service and an amazing diverse and delicious breakfast we enjoyed the next morning together. I have to say, there was only one bit of detail worth mentioning, the frond desk lady helped me call the cab, but she did not mention using Bolt, which is a more expansive taxi service and forgot to mention that she also obviously chose the Comfort option which cost me more at least a 60% extra charge than the normal price. which was displayed on the meter when we arrived but the cab driver asked for more money than that.
Overall, we had a nice short stay and enjoyed a late checkout to chill and recover from my trip.
