The park is free, just next to the Qingzhou Museum. There is also a former residence of Li Qingzhao in the park. When I went there, the former residence was being renovated and not open to the outside world. The park has small bridges, flowing water, flower groups, and various elements of the hall and pavilion, which is worth a visit.
