Huajue Lane, the Great Mosque Review

The first time I visited the mosque temple, I felt similar to the Han Temple building. The architectural style I imagined was different and different. The innermost part was a huge worship room. The building was relatively simple and the inside was very quiet.

Huajue Lane Mosque is now called Xi'an Mosque. It has been opened to welcome guests, and the ticket is 15 yuan. The mosque was built in the Tang Dynasty, and the ancient buildings with a history of 1300 years are better preserved and worth seeing.

The famous mosque of Islam in China, formerly known as Qingxiu Temple, is named after it is located in Huajue Lane, Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province. The temple was built in the early days, and according to the temple stone and "Xi'an Fuzhi", it was mostly the Ming Hongwu years (1368 ～ 1398). It was rebuilt in Chenghua two years (1466). The 18th year of Chenghua (1482), please change the temple name to "Yuanci Qingxiu Temple". After the first year of Jiajing (1522), Wanli 34 years (1606) and Qing Qianlong 30 years (1765), it has been renovated and expanded to become the scale of today. There was a university of scriptures in the temple, and the talents of scriptures have been out since the Qing Dynasty, and it is the center of the "Shaanxi School" of Jingtang Education.

Husband Street is an old Muslim neighborhood with a history of hundreds of years, and it is full of Muslim culture. There are many mosques in the neighborhood with different ages, such as Huajue Lane Grand Mosque, Guangji Street Mosque, Daxue Lane Mosque. There are about 20,000 Hui people living in the temple, maintaining the original religious tradition and living habits. Huajue Lane Grand Mosque is also a rare quiet. Please respect the customs of Muslims when playing, such as: do not enter the halal restaurant with meat sandwich (pork stuffing), do not wear shorts and short skirts when going to the mosque.

I fell in love with this mosque the 1st time I stepped my barefoot on it. So beautifully crafted and erected using timber. The vibe just perfect for my soul.....
