Hualian Railway Cultural Park Review

铁道部花莲港出张所于1909年成立，现有建筑为1932年改建。1988年，台湾铁路管理局花莲管理处裁撤。2002年9月23日起周边馆舍相继登录为花莲县；历史建筑，为今日的花莲铁道文化园区。

铁道文化馆在台湾各地都有，比如嘉义和高雄。这处铁道文化馆规模很小，但是纪录了1982年才结束的台湾东部窄轨铁路的历史。园区有2个部分分别在一条道路的两端，这里应该是窄轨时期花莲的火车站。园区保留了原来的车站设施和窄轨的机车、车厢和部分铁轨。

花莲铁道文化园区是多元化的休闲园区，以铁路为主题，古色古香的风格，很多丰富的建筑史料都可以看到，特别是对于文化的积淀很有好处，本身的格局也是十分不错的，文物展示的也很到位
