Hyde Park is very large. It is a free and open public green space in the center of the new market, which is divided into two parts, north and south. There is a big Obelisk facing the shopping mall in the south, which imitates the design of the Obelisk in Egypt. In fact, it is the ventilation port of the underground station. To the south, there is a memorial hall of the Australian and New Zealand Legion, especially a large pond of thought, beside which is a huge stone sculpture. It takes 25 minutes to walk around the south. There are many people gathering here, or there are elementary schools. For a picnic, there is an Australian museum near the outside. You can visit it when you have time. If you go to the giant sculpture in the north, it will take about 20 minutes.
