The photo was not well taken, and it was a bit of a slag image. But the ingredients are still good, M4-5 beef shoulder, and the other two beef in Shouxi pot, plus special seasoning juice 700ml, rot bamboo, shrimp balls... etc. are very rich and taste very good!

I ordered Kansai-style beef pot (that is, Shouxi roast, with sauce is eggs) and yak beef (with sauce is dumpling vinegar, a little more sour than the general store, more greasy), a set meal is three pieces of meat, I thought it would not be full, but in fact, it is added vegetables and wine (eat Shouxi roast of course with Japanese wine! ) Finally, there are rice or miscellaneous rice (a bit like domestic egg and vegetable rice) that are full. It’s fatter than cattle, I love it, but many friends will feel greasy or even nauseous after eating. The per capita tax of 750 yuan is quite worth it.

Kaiseki cuisine is a meal originally served in Japanese tea ceremony, and the owner invites guests to taste. But it is not limited to tea ceremony, and it has become a common high-end dish in Japan. "Kaiseki" means that the saint is browned. It is in the form of "one juice three dishes" (there are also one juice two dishes).
