The hotel facilities are complete, and the staff provide excellent service. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the front desk processed my check-in very quickly. The location is also incredibly convenient, with a subway station right downstairs, making it close to all the major attractions. There's even an open-air bar on the top floor. Plus, the front desk offers free rentals of DJI Pocket 3 cameras, which is a great touch! I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Changsha.

The hotel's location is fantastic, directly across from the Tianmen Mountain cable car station. You can even see it from your room, and it's just a short walk across the road. It's also very close to Hehua Airport, only a 15-minute drive away. The hotel service is excellent. They called ahead to confirm our details, and knowing we were traveling with seniors and children and requested three adjacent rooms, they arranged for rooms that were perfectly next to each other. The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices spread across three different stations, and it was delicious. There are many restaurants near the hotel, all around it, and they're all local specialty chain restaurants. I highly recommend Zhaizi Li Bo Bo Cai and Fuzhengyi Sanshangguo, especially the Zhaizi Li Bo Bo Cai right next door – every dish there was tasty.

Seriously, you guys won't believe how amazing this B&B is! It's truly the biggest surprise of my recent trip ✨ The location is fantastic, with tons of great food spots nearby and super convenient transportation 🚇 The room itself is so cozy and uniquely decorated, and everything is spotlessly clean and new. The owner is incredibly warm and welcoming, not only helping us plan our itinerary but also sharing so many hidden local gems for us to discover 🥰 The value for money is outstanding, I'm definitely staying here again next time!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's right in the city center, and best of all, it's less than a ten-minute walk from Xiangjiang Middle Road Metro Station (Line 2) after exiting the subway and crossing a crosswalk. Even with a large suitcase, there's no hassle at all. You can get directly to Orange Island, Yuelu Mountain, and the high-speed rail station all on one line, which is really too convenient! They also have non-smoking floors and offer free luggage storage. The room we were given even had a night view. Highly recommended!

Great location! Downstairs, you're right on Pozi Street and Taiping Old Street. It's also super close to Hisense Plaza and Orange Isle. You can easily get to all the sights by subway. We stayed for two nights, and a cleaning lady came every day. We were even able to store our luggage after check-out.

Facilities: The hotel has been open for some years, so the facilities aren't super new, but the room was quite spacious and had pretty much everything you'd need. There's no minibar in the room. The swimming pool is open from 3 PM to just past 9 PM. The hotel is surrounded by schools, so there are plenty of small eateries and restaurants nearby. The soundproofing in the rooms could use some improvement... Cleanliness: Clean. Environment: The hotel is quite close to the highway exit, which is convenient. Service: The bellboy in the lobby was very polite. When we were leaving, he proactively and warmly greeted us, helped with our luggage, and even brought it to the car. I forgot his name, I don't think I saw a name tag on his uniform. The hotel breakfast was all very clean, and the variety was quite rich.

We were traveling as a couple, and it rained on our second day, but we hadn't brought an umbrella. The hotel kindly provided umbrellas for us for free, which was a thoughtful little touch. They also have a laundry room where you can wash and dry clothes, which made our trip much more convenient. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel environment was great too; we didn't find any issues with cleanliness. We left later on our second day and requested room cleaning in advance, and we noticed that the cleaning staff did a very thorough job.

For my trip to Changsha, I chose to stay at the Shiye Hotel. The thoughtful service from our housekeeper, Ah Xiu, added so many wonderful memories to our visit. The hotel offers 24-hour butler service, which was great for things like laundry and picking up food deliveries. They've also added a fantastic new Storm Spa area – it was an amazing experience! If you want to try it, just tell Ah Xiu and she'll immediately arrange a suitable time slot for you. We brought our child along, and they even thoughtfully provided a children's bathrobe. We really enjoyed our stay!

Had a very comfortable stay! Facilities: Clean and hygienic. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the room also has two bathrobes, which is very convenient. The hotel has a free laundry room and gym. Cleanliness: Very clean, even details like mirrors were well-maintained. The bathtub was also disinfected beforehand. Service: I forgot to bring some toiletries when I checked in, and the front desk immediately sent them up via robot, which was incredibly thoughtful, and all free of charge. There's afternoon tea, and a comforting late-night congee. When checking out, they even proactively asked if we needed luggage storage or a transfer service to the airport or high-speed rail station.

This hotel seriously exceeded all my expectations, and I have to rave about it! First off, the service truly surprised me! The staff were incredibly pleasant, polite, and gentle, striking the perfect balance. Without even asking, they upgraded my room for free upon check-in, which was so genuinely thoughtful. Throughout my stay, they never over-interfered, making for a wonderfully peaceful experience. Before I left, they even proactively asked if I needed drinking water or if I was driving, showing such warm attention to small details – it really made a fantastic impression. What surprised me most was the soundproofing! My room was very close to the elevator, and I was initially worried about noise from people coming and going, but my concerns were completely unfounded. Once the door was closed, it was incredibly quiet; I barely heard any noise from the hallway or elevator. I slept so soundly, it's perfect for anyone who needs a peaceful rest. The room environment was also superb. As soon as I entered, there was no strange odor at all – just clean, fresh, and incredibly relaxing to stay in. All the daily necessities and facilities were fully equipped. I'm not sure of the hotel's star rating, but my overall stay felt completely like a 4-star comfort experience, with quality very much present. I also have to praise their booking model! I'm not a morning person, so I never need breakfast. The fact that this place allows you to book a room without breakfast is incredibly thoughtful! I didn't have to be forced into a breakfast package or spend extra unnecessarily. This really adds to the value and perfectly suits my travel needs. Overall, my experience was a perfect 10; everything was to my liking, and the value for money was exceptional. The experience was far better than I anticipated. I've already saved it, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town. I genuinely recommend it to everyone!
