Excellent hotel for a stay in Fenghuang ! It is possible to profit from all attractions of the town while not being too strongly exposed to the noises of bars (relatively), in addition it is stylish and even tea is offered so you can make it on the terrace. We liked the experience.

This hotel is pretty good! Its location near IFC (International Finance Centre) is super convenient for getting around. The hotel itself has a really stylish design, and the views are absolutely stunning. Just a heads up, since it's on a high floor, you'll need to switch elevators to get to your room. The in-room amenities are all quite good, and the staff and butler service were exceptionally warm and polite! However, I booked a 'Starlight Room' expecting a star-lit ceiling, only to find out it's just a starry sky projection lamp, haha! That felt a bit underwhelming. The complimentary light show was beautiful and great for photos, though it was a bit repetitive. The 'rainstorm' experience was quite interesting and well-designed! All in all, I'm satisfied with the overall experience and would recommend it!

I don’t really have much pictures, but the hotel was very clean, the air con and everything else was working perfectly fine. The best thing about this hotel was how kind and extremely helpful the staff were, held my luggage, came back to tell them I’ll take a little longer and eating nearby. They gave me a portable charger. And they planned a full itinerary to enable me to complete Grand Canyon Park, Tienmanshan, and the National Forest park in 2 days. Only thing to note, is that the rooms usually have 2 beds minimum so it’s perfect for groups.

My overall stay exceeded expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The lobby is clean and elegant, and the public areas are very well maintained. The guest rooms are meticulously cleaned, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom facilities are complete and work perfectly, leading to a high quality of rest. The breakfast buffet offers fresh ingredients and a wide variety of choices, all of which taste great. The staff, including front desk and housekeeping, are friendly and respond to requests promptly and efficiently. They handle all sorts of details thoughtfully and thoroughly. The value for money is excellent, and I will definitely prioritize this hotel for my next trip.

Fantastic hotel! Around 11 AM, just before I left, I received a call asking for my arrival time so they could arrange a pick-up. I told them I was driving from Sichuan and wouldn't arrive until after 7 PM. They also informed me that my booked room faced the street, with a construction site across the road building until 10 PM. However, the soundproofing was actually quite good, so it didn't really bother me. When checking in, I asked if I could get a little extra time for parking, and they immediately gave me two days, even though I was only staying one night. Next time I'm in the area, this will be my first choice!

Exceptional Stay! Beautiful, Spotless Hotel and Unmatched Hospitality Our stay at the Sulv Lianhua Hotel was absolutely perfect, largely thanks to the incredible hospitality we received. A special, heartfelt thank you to Qing Qing, who went above and beyond to make our trip memorable! She greeted us with a wonderful room upgrade to an incredibly beautiful, traditionally styled room that we fell in love with instantly. As someone who is very sensitive to odors, I was incredibly impressed by how clean the room was—there was absolutely no smell at all. Many hotels, especially in historic areas, struggle with a sewage smell, but this hotel was perfectly fresh and spotless. Throughout our stay, Qing Qing was exceptionally responsive to every single question we had. She even helped us arrange a free ride to the station and kindly granted us a late check-out, which made our departure entirely stress-free. Fenghuang itself is magical—the town is so vibrant, and the views at night are absolutely stunning. We cannot thank Qing Qing and the hotel enough. Highly, highly recommend!

This hotel was truly excellent, and probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in with regard to the quality of the rooms, and especially the quality of the service provided. The building: reception, interior, balcony, and rooms themselves, are all extremely modern, well maintained, and have lots of technology such as automatic curtains, voice control (in Chinese only), large televisions, big windows, EXCELLENT air conditioning, robot food delivery, in-room alarms, electronic light controls, modern electric toilets, and even more that I won't list here. The hotel also has on-site free laundry service (self-service but the detergent is provided), gym, and a very good breakfast. The location of the hotel is very good, and we found it convenient for everything we wanted to do, including being only a short walk (or Didi) from the city centre, and only 10 minutes walk from the Tianmen Mountain cable car. However, the true stand out of our stay was the service. It was my birthday during the stay, and the hotel decorated the room with balloons, provided a cake, happy birthday lettering in Chinese, and made sure that the surprise was kept from me until my partner arrived to be there with me to receive it. I would like to especially thank Xiao Li for helping to arrange everything during our stay, and all of the staff that were involved in our care. The service was truly outstanding and far beyond what I have received at five star hotels in the past. They were quick to reply to any WeChat message and no request was inconvenient for them. We really felt looked after. We booked the mini-suite and this room was incredible. Extremely spacious, with two toilets, a living room, a bedroom, a hallway, a LARGE amount of storage space and cupboards, two televisions, a bath, a shower, a fridge, and three sinks for washing. This was the best hotel room I have ever stayed in and we were so sad to leave. There was no smell of smoke in the hotel at any point. Thank you to all of the staff for making our stay so special.

Excellent, excellent! My parents were very happy with their stay. It's super close to the scenic area, only about 400 meters to the entrance. The owner even offers pick-up and drop-off service to the station. The room was spacious, and breakfast was a nice 'nine-grid' selection.

This is a really nice, tidy, and clean hotel. The rooms are stylish, well-maintained, very clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is especially convenient for families, as taxis can drive directly to the hotel, so there is no need to carry luggage through the ancient city. The area is also quiet and peaceful, making it ideal for a good night’s sleep, unlike some parts of the ancient city, which can be quite noisy. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to other travelers.

One of our most memorable stays. We have been traveling for multiple days by the time we reached the hotel. We were incredibly tired, with piles of laundry and slightly delirious from trying to manage our itinerary, bookings, places to eat and didis. This hotel - while on slightly higher price point than others in the area - value proposition is unbeatable. The hotel provides an advisor who speaks English and he will coordinate EVERYTHING for you. From building your plan with you for Zhangjiajie tours, our laundry which we literally had no time to do, escorted us to the place to eat, helped us order food to our hotel, adviced on places to see, helped to get tickets for them. It was refreshing and helped us to have some free mental space which was deeply needed at that stage. If we ever go back I’m staying at this hotel 😅✨plus they make great cocktails at the bar for good price - in the area where finding cocktails is almost impossible!:)
