I had a truly wonderful stay at Hampton by Hilton, Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Lucky from the breakfast team deserves special mention. She is warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. The breakfast itself was delicious, with a great variety of sumptuous options to start the day right. My room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, offering the perfect place to relax after exploring the area. What stood out most was the remarkable staff, who consistently went out of their way to make sure my friends and I had an unforgettable experience. Their thoughtfulness and genuine hospitality made our stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. It’s a place where you feel genuinely cared for, and I look forward to returning.

Our room was on the second floor, accessible only by stairs. As a mom traveling with a baby, this was quite challenging as I had to carry luggage up first, then go back down for my child. The trash bags provided in the room were of very poor quality; they kept slipping down into the bin every time I put trash in, which was quite annoying. The projector was also problematic; the image was always crooked when turned on, and I had to manually adjust it every time. Both the projector and the Wi-Fi router were positioned directly above the bed. At night, the Wi-Fi's indicator light was constantly flashing above my head, which really disturbed my sleep. I hope the hotel can address these issues in the future. The view from the room was exactly as shown in the picture, and it was quite beautiful, especially at sunset 🌇 in the evening.

The staff, especially the lady, was incredibly kind and welcoming, always going above and beyond to help with anything. Although located right above a bustling food street, the room was surprisingly quiet at night, allowing for a peaceful sleep. The room itself was very clean and well-equipped, and parking was also affordable. Definitely an excellent value-for-money choice. Highly recommended!

The hotel's decor has a very unique style that immediately made me remember the 'Huanzhi' brand logo with the doll whose face has an X on it. The room decoration is lively with contrasting colors, which is visually pleasing. The front desk looks like a bar counter, and the lobby feels like it's decorated in a KTV style. As a cinema hotel, the room has a large projector screen with good projection quality, so watching movies in the room has been great during these rainy days.

The hotel's location is excellent, right by the subway exit, making it very convenient for getting around. There are plenty of dining options downstairs, and it's surprisingly quiet despite that. The hygiene is good, clean, and tidy, and the service is great!

It's just a ten-minute walk to Orange Isle, three metro stops from Yuelu Mountain, and within walking distance to Huangxing Pedestrian Street, Pozi Street, and Wuyi Square. Transportation is incredibly convenient. I booked a standard room, but the front desk kindly upgraded me to a river-view king room for free. The views are expansive, offering an unobstructed panorama of Orange Isle's night scenery from a high floor – a truly unique, prime river view. The room itself is very spacious, equipped with a bathtub, refrigerator, and a separate shower, perfect for admiring the Xiangjiang River from afar. Many attractions are also within walking distance, making getting around very easy. They even included complimentary smelly tofu from Huogongdian and a 50% discount coupon for Didi (ride-sharing), which is an amazing deal. The room was very clean and had a cozy layout, and the hallway always smelled lovely. There's a laundry room on the first floor where you can wash your clothes, and the front desk staff will help dry and fold them for you. The lobby is spacious and beautifully decorated. There's also a very pretty breakfast area on the first floor. The environment is great, and the location is excellent, very close to the subway station. It's super convenient for getting around, and taxis are easily accessible too. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Choosing the right hotel for a trip to Changsha is so important! The Days Inn by Wyndham Yuelu is super close to Wuyi Square, directly accessible by subway, making it incredibly convenient for shopping at IFS and trying local delicacies without any detours. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the bathroom with its wet/dry separation was a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and even recommended authentic local snacks. The fitness center and laundry room were super practical. It offers excellent value for money; I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The location is super convenient, right in the Shimao Global Financial Center. Our room was on the 70th floor, and the view was absolutely stunning. There's a Cha Yan Yue Se (tea shop) right on the first floor – I went there three times in one day and didn't even have to queue! Breakfast was delivered directly to our room. When we checked in, the room wasn't quite ready, so we dropped off our luggage and went out to explore before coming back. The butler service was pretty good, and they were very receptive to our suggestions for minor improvements. Hope they continue to get even better! My kid really loved the souvenir gift.
