Hygiene: Clean and sanitary. Facilities: Very well-equipped and thoughtfully prepared. Environment: Loved the room with a balcony! The 14th-floor view was fantastic, and I even saw the sunrise during breakfast. Service: Attentive and with a great attitude.

I've been to Chengdu many times, and usually stay in hotels. But this time, traveling with family, we chose this apartment... I didn't expect it to be so good! It offered us a fantastic view, and we could even see the 3D screen at Taikoo Li, which I especially loved. **Amenities**: As soon as we walked in, wow, it was beautiful! There were 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living room was particularly spacious, bright, comfortable, and clean. We all absolutely loved it! 🥰 **Service**: The service was impeccable, from before check-in all the way to check-out. The concierges were excellent, polite, and friendly, making the entire communication process very smooth. Parking is free; just let the concierge know in advance to register your car, which is super convenient. The instructions from the concierge were very clear. Most importantly, they even deliver your takeout right to your door – that's amazing! Overall, I highly recommend you stay here; we'll definitely be back!

The service was excellent. The hotel is very beautiful, and all the staff provided outstanding service. They always asked about our needs and were ready to help with everything. I really wanted to stay for two more nights, but we had to move on to another place. I loved it so much. This hotel has a modern touch and the bath tub is amazing after a long day of strolling and shopping at Chengdu! They also provide FREE laundry services (except for undergarments). They also changed the towels daily! Not to mention the toilet had a bidet and a warm toilet seat (a plus point in this cold weather). The neighbourhood is safe and there’s shops and eateries nearby as well.

The hotel has independent lift to its lobby. Very new design in room. No Tv but has digital projector to screen for paid TV and movie etc. the curtain is electric and all the switches for lighting and curtain are at hand at the boards next to bed. There are free bread, biscuits and coffee for breakfast and afternoon tea. Just 5 mins walk to Taikoo Li and 10 mins to Chunxi Road and metro. Very handy location.

This hotel is incredibly accommodating. I booked the wrong dates, and they were still able to help me adjust them, which was really thoughtful. The front desk staff provided excellent service, and my stay was fantastic. The room was spacious and bright, with all the necessary amenities. It was also quite quiet, not noisy at all. The hotel even offers free laundry service, which is very convenient. Located in the city center, it's easy to get around by subway or taxi to reach any destination quickly. Overall, it's a hotel with high value for money.

This is a very good location hotel if you intend to visit Tai Gu Li, Chin Xi Street. A leisure 5min walk will bring you to these 2 locations. It is also a stone throw away from the MRT station line 2 which is their major line to most of the attractions. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. There's 2 toilets, 2 projectors, an island for our ******* meals. We love this hotel. The hotel staffs are very nice and attentive to our requests via wechat platform. I had a very pleasant stay at ISEYA Chengdu. The staff were spectacular - polite, helpful, and very responsive! They helped collect parcels that were delivered to the hotel and even brought my food delivery directly to my room, which I appreciated. The room itself was spacious. I liked that the bathroom & toilet were separated into their own spaces. The hotel slippers were of good quality, hairdryer works well. A couple of things to note: the interior design leans heavily toward black tones, which made the room feel a dim for my preference. The hotel is located inside an office building, so the entrance may not immediately be obvious. Even so, the service and overall experience were good, and I was satisfied with my stay. 我的入住体验非常愉快。酒店员工一直都很礼貌、乐于助人，而且反应非常迅速！他们帮我代收寄到酒店的包裹，甚至把我点的外卖送到房间里，我真的很感激。 房间本身非常宽敞。我也很喜欢浴室和厕所是分开的设计。酒店提供的拖鞋质量不错，吹风机也很好用。 有几点可以注意：房间的整体设计以黑色为主，对我来说有点偏暗。另外，酒店位于办公楼内部，入口不是特别显眼。 总体来说，服务和住宿体验都非常好，我对这次入住非常满意。

Pros Very good location. Few mins walk to metro. Lots of food options nearby. Spacious room Cons Very thin walls. During my 2nd stay at this apartment, I had to endure 2 nights of very noisy neighbours until almost 6 am. Hosts tried their best to help but to no avail.

The location is great, right on Chunxi Road. It's on one floor of a 20-story building, sharing it with other hostels. The elevator is outside the lobby and doesn't require a room key, so delivery drivers can go up freely, which is a bit concerning for safety. The room itself is cramped, with no table, so you have to eat on the TV stand. It feels more like those 50-yuan guesthouses near the airport, not the quality you'd expect from a chain hotel. However, considering the excellent location, it's just okay, neither good nor bad. It's probably best for single travelers; you'd likely get into an argument if you brought a girlfriend here.
