The complimentary tea and relaxing foot soak was the perfect way to end the day when having an early night. Want to have a more exciting evening? The hotel is just across the bridge from the Lan Kwai Fong Chengdu clubbing district with bars and clubs at your disposal. Perfect way to usher in 2026.

During the New Year's Day holiday, I took the high-speed train to Chengdu after a long absence and stayed at the Cayman Penthouse Hotel Apartment near Daci Temple. I'd like to highlight three things: 1. **Great Location**: It's just a stone's throw from Taikoo Li, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. 2. **Excellent View**: Being on a high floor, the scenery is fantastic; the view from the living room alone is worth the price of the room. 3. **Warm Butler Service**: The butler's enthusiastic service made us feel right at home.

This hotel is located right inside the Changping Valley Scenic Area, directly facing the Siguniang Peak. You can see the 'Golden Mountain bathed in sunlight' right from your room, and the rooftop offers even more stunning panoramic views perfect for photos. After confirming your booking, the hotel concierge will contact you via WeChat, send you the parking location, and arrange for a pick-up. The room was very warm with excellent heating, and came equipped with a capsule coffee machine, Chinese tea, mineral water, a mini-fridge stocked with drinks, a speaker, an oxygen concentrator, and a humidifier. Breakfast was good, and the service was warm and responsive, quickly addressing any guest needs. They also offer ******* costume photo shoots, but I didn't get around to doing it.

I had a wonderful stay at Louis Hotel Chengdu. What really stood out was the excellent service and attention to detail from the hotel staff. Every day, the housekeeping team kindly provided complimentary coffee, which was a very thoughtful and pleasant touch. The daily laundry service was also extremely convenient and well handled, making my stay even more comfortable. I also truly appreciated the early check-in. I arrived very early in the morning at around 9 AM due to my flight schedule, and the hotel was kind enough to arrange an early check-in for me, which was a huge relief after a long journey. Overall, the service was warm, helpful, and professional. I would definitely recommend Louis Hotel Chengdu and would be happy to stay here again.

Overall great but the lighting abit dark. Probably next time I will try other room type. Not that suitable for elderly as have staircase in room. I would say the location is great. Is just very near to taikooli and chunxi road. I often come down for coffee.

My 5-day, 4-night stay at Lynn International Hotel, Taikooli (Chengdu) was wonderful. The hotel’s central location just steps from Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li made exploring, dining, and shopping incredibly easy. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with large windows and modern amenities. Daily laundry service, free afternoon tea, and generous breakfast were standout touches, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. I appreciated the thoughtful details like robot food delivery and complimentary services. Overall, it offered excellent value, convenience, and comfort—a highly recommendable choice for a Chengdu city stay. 

We had an amazing stay at ISEYA and would absolutely stay here again. The location is simply unbeatable — right next to Taikoo Li and IFS, with countless restaurants downstairs, a shopping mall attached, and the subway literally at the doorstep. It was incredibly convenient to get anywhere in Chengdu, especially traveling with kids. The hotel is in excellent condition, and the loft-style room design is a real highlight. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, the space is well laid out, and our kids absolutely loved staying here. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. What truly made our stay special was the service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. Even when small issues came up, the team was always proactive and did their very best to find solutions quickly. On our first day, there were a few hairs left in the shower from the previous guest, and at times the sound insulation wasn’t perfect — occasionally we could hear people in the corridor. That said, these were largely due to other guests being noisy rather than a hotel issue, and the staff handled everything professionally whenever needed. Overall, this was a fantastic stay with an unbeatable location, extremely comfortable rooms, and outstanding service. A true 5-star experience — highly recommended, especially for families.

ISEYA service is just amazing! I can't praise them enough. They go above and beyond to solve any problems for you, and even came directly to our room to help us order something urgent on ******* when we were having trouble! Their 24 hour butler service is impeccable. Hotel location is great. It's only one stop away on the metro to Chunxi Road, and it's right next to Tianfu Square, which has lots of shops and food places around. It's also very easy to be picked up and dropped off with Didi right at the building entrance. The lobby is also connected to a mall through a supermarket/store. If you want to order food delivery, the hotel staff will bring it up directly to your room. They also offer free laundry services (limited to 10 pieces per day). Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only thing is that they're a little dark because of the black decor, and there's no voice assistant, but otherwise still very comfy! If you want to feel looked after, definitely stay here!

They even proactively asked if I needed extra pillows or blankets. These thoughtful details instantly made a great impression. The guest room was an even bigger surprise. Upon entering, the room was impeccably clean and tidy, with no strange odors. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly; lying down felt like sinking into a cloud, guaranteeing a wonderful night's sleep until morning. Outside the window, I had a view of quiet city streets or lush greenery, and drawing the curtains in the morning revealed a refreshing scene that instantly lifted my spirits. The bathroom's wet and dry areas were well-designed and spacious. The toiletries had a subtle woody scent, produced fine lather, and rinsed off easily, their quality on par with boutique brands. Even the hairdryer's power and water temperature control were perfect – a detail-oriented person like me was truly impressed. What left the deepest impression was the hotel's incredibly responsive service. One evening, I noticed a minor issue with the air conditioner's fan speed control. After calling the front desk, a maintenance person arrived in less than 5 minutes, quickly fixed the problem, and even checked other facilities to ensure they were working correctly. Before leaving, they specifically reminded me to contact them anytime if I needed anything. This efficient and attentive service made me feel completely at ease. Furthermore, the hotel's location is excellent. It's just a 3-minute walk to the subway station, and within 500 meters, there's a 24-hour convenience store, chain noodle shops, and local specialty snack bars. This was incredibly convenient whether I needed a late-night snack or wanted to find food during the day, completely making up for the slight regret of no breakfast. Upon check-out, the staff proactively asked about my stay, helped me call a taxi, and kindly reminded me to check for any forgotten items in my luggage. This thoughtful gesture added an extra layer of warmth to my entire trip. If I ever visit this city again, I will undoubtedly choose this hotel without hesitation. It not only provides a comfortable accommodation environment but also uses its ubiquitous details and genuine service to make every guest feel the warmth of 'home.' Such a hotel truly deserves all the praise!

I originally booked a standard room without a window, but the front desk upgraded me to a suite for free. The hygiene was excellent, and there are plenty of food and drink options downstairs. It's also very close to Chunxi Road. I highly recommend it to everyone! The room and bathroom were both very spacious, with a great wet/dry separation.
