Unfortunately, my experience at DoubleTree by Hilton was disappointing. The receptionist lacked the necessary skills to interact professionally with guests, which negatively impacted the first impression of the hotel. Additionally, there was a noticeable shortage of staff in valet parking and luggage handling services, causing unexpected delays and inconvenience. Overall, the services did not reflect the standards of a five-star hotel. I hope the management takes steps to improve service quality and provide a guest experience that aligns with the hotel’s rating.
The stay was excellent. Location was nice and good view to both sides, open view and there is no blockage of view by building.
We booked for the peak time and there were rush for check-in, however the Manager assisted in between to help the check-in staff and he took initiative to add more supporting staff to control the rush. Unfortunately, I couldn't get his name.
The breakfast restaurant was good and nice food.
They had pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and gym
The staff are good; only we found the cleaning team missed to clear the trash, which i reminded them and they did. Might be because of busy schedule due to full occupancy of the hotel.
The hotel is connected to Fujairah mall, and is easy to access the outlets. Also, they have valet parking and also underground free parking.
Totally we were impressed with the stay.

I love everything here! This is my second time staying here. I love the view of snoopy Island tho the mountain view is good also. They’re both relaxing! The massage is great. Pool is great too they’re having pool activities. They are very accommodating especially the reception and house keeping team. Helpful and fast for any request. The breakfast buffet is nice and fresh mostly. Our room is nice and its very spacious!! Outside the hotel there is a cellar shop around 30m away from main entrance. Maybe the only thing I would like to address is the spa area. It can be more clean and neat, more scented spa vibe and the actual temperature for jacuzzi next time will be perfect 🙏🏼
A resort-style hotel with a great location. You can swim directly to Snoopy Island. You can see all kinds of fish, turtles, and maybe sharks while snorkeling. The hotel's own water club can provide equipment such as paddle boards and hand skis. The scenery is great and endless. The swimming pool and the bar by the pool are great for a drink after diving. The room is old and damp. You need to turn on the dehumidifier all the time. In terms of cost performance and vacation experience, I highly recommend it.

One thing which hotel need to pay attention are the carpets in the rooms which might need deep cleaning or replacement.
Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the amenities were excellent. I especially loved the tennis court — such a great way to relax and stay active during my trip. Highly recommend!
Overall wasn't as expected, you don't get the feeling of a 5 stars hotel with a 5 stars service. My wife ordered extra 2 bottles of water from housekeeping (as it is summer and they only placing 1 bottle of water), the gentleman came with only one, when I said that we ordered 2, he said if we want more to order room service!!! It was just ridiculous, probably he is getting instructions from his superior so guest can order from Room service. Anyway my wife called them again and a second bottle was sent.
Most of the guests were not wearing masks at the elevators.
Anyway was the first and last time, I wouldn't recommend it.
There are a lot of people in the hotel on weekends, there is a queue to check in, the hardware facilities of the InterContinental Hotel itself are nothing to say, the room is big enough, the only thing is that the room service is too slow and too slow, the hotel has a lot of scenic spots to take pictures, mountain and sea, breakfast The coffee is good, the others are quite satisfactory. The white porridge is not made from our foreign rice. It is incomparable with the breakfast of a five-star hotel in China.

В номере все продумано для комфортного проживания: кофе машина, холодильник пустой, большой чайный-кофейный сервиз, удобный ортопедический матрац, современные зарядки для телефонов и другой техники. Питьевая вода в бутылках без отграничения. Пляж собственный, удобные лежаки, хорошие большие полотенца без карточек в нужном количестве. Можно пользоваться кремом до и после загара. В течения дня возле бассейна предлагают термальную воду для лица, мороженное, фрукты на шпажке. Питание в ресторане вкусное, но не сильно разнообразное.
