We recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Durrës and overall had a lovely experience. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself was very clean and modern, and our room was spacious with a large bathroom and a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. Waking up to that sea view each morning was definitely a highlight. One feature we really enjoyed was the smart room controls. The room has touch consoles on the walls that control certain features, including the curtains. It was such a nice touch to wake up, press a button, and watch the curtains open to reveal the sea view. As the hotel is still very new, we appreciated that there may be a few snags to work through. During our stay, the lights came on by themselves early in the morning on two consecutive days, the fire alarm went off unexpectedly once, and the shower flooded part of the bathroom. None of these issues ruined our stay, and we didn’t really want to complain as it’s clear the hotel is still settling in and refining things. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and can see this becoming an excellent hotel once the initial teething problems are ironed out. The location, views, staff, and modern rooms made it a memorable visit.

Hotel is good - it is on the coast, there is a pool with lying and music, issuing a towel. Its exit to the sea and a piece of beach, also with lying. Choose a room with sea view - really there was a balcony and a wonderful view on the sea. There is nothing in the bathroom from cosmetic ingredients, it is necessary to ask for a respiratory. Disappointed food - these breakfasts are just the worst thing to imagine. There are cucumbers, tomatoes, a couple of cheeses and sausages. Very strange eggs. Friends. One day there were pancakes, the second day some biscuits and the third day there was cookies. Coffee is cooked, but there are no big cups. Escape at 10 a.m., although Tripcom is indicated in 11.00. To the city center is far away, walking not to get, buses don't go, just taxi. Around many restaurants, supermarkets and exchange of currencies there are. Long embankment. For beach recreation the hotel liked, but food is just a nightmare

The entire team was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms were modern, very clean, and well-maintained. We were particularly impressed with the spa area, which included a sauna, steam room, and a pleasant wellness ambiance. Fresh towels and water were always available, ensuring we felt completely comfortable. The massages offered were also very reasonably priced and a wonderful addition to the wellness facilities. The breakfast was outstanding – with a wide selection of fresh, high-quality products. It was the perfect start to our day. Special praise goes to the staff, who gave us many helpful tips for Durrës. Thanks to their recommendations, we discovered great restaurants and got to know the city much better. We also found the taxi service organized by the hotel to be very convenient. Communication was effortless via WhatsApp, and the costs could be easily settled on our hotel bill at the end. This made our entire trip planning much more relaxed. Overall, the Grand Duka Hotel & Spa offers a successful combination of comfort, wellness, hospitality, and excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return anytime.

Amazing place kind staff and very great amenities, free shuttle to airport pick up and drop off, with a great restaurant. Just that there was a weird picture in the room, we didn't like we requested it to be removed but apparently it was too heavy so it was declined. Picture as below. But just overall amazing place.

Absolutely lovely hotel and great location quiet enough but close enough to all the great spots. The staff such as Mario, Teira (sure I am spelling it wrong) were all so wonderful. Slightly disappointed on the beach area considering its a premium hotel and was surprised at no access to room service. Could not even get ice as the in-room fridge is more like a wine cooler with not much cooling.

The hotel staff were very warm and friendly from the first moment I arrived at the hotel. They gave me a free upgrade and made sure to show me to my room. The hotel itself is lovely, and the comfort level is just amazing. The breakfast was so good, it even has an omelet station. I highly recommend this hotel what you are looking for a relaxing stay by the Albanian seashore.

Great hotel. Just as gorgeous as the photos and it's very quiet when the windows are shut. It could do with a little better customer service and better cleaning standards. All in all, very pleased and would highly recommend it to anyone. The pools and saunas were the highlight of our stay. Our skin feels so fresh and rejuvenated.

We had a 1 night stay in the hotel. We arrived very late, actually in the early morning of the following day. I wanted to make sure the hotel kept my room, so I sent an email. To my surprise, they emailed me back instantly, and told me all is fine.

The room was clean and tidy, and the most important point was that the hotel staff was very warm and thoughtful!
