The hotel is very well located, the staff is really nice and welcome, the room is spacious and it's super quiet despite the world in the hotel. The small plus is the small weelness center but personally it is not very hot, it is not resting and the hammam and the back heat was out of service. For the sauna, you must be in a hurry and ask the hospital to warm it a big half hour before. The fine room is medium. But good hotel is a nice quality/price ratio.
I've spent a good stay
It's a beautiful hotel, right in the city center. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is very exquisite, too close to Kortrijik Railway Station, you can see the hotel when you leave the station, very convenient! The hotel's breakfast is also very rich, there is also a rice master Chinese restaurant nearby, very good!
The room was nice, and the bed was comfortable. However, there was a communication gap between the hotel front desk and the restaurant. They said breakfast wasn't included on the first and second days. To avoid the same situation on the third day, we contacted the hotel front desk, and breakfast wasn't included on the third day.
The hotel is centrally located and the rooms are spacious and airy. In this respect, the stay was quite comfortable. The breakfast was also quite good. However, when evaluated in terms of price-performance ratio, it's debatable whether it's really worth the price difference compared to other hotels.
Regarding the staff, we had a mixed experience. Some of the reception staff were very polite and helpful, but some were unnecessarily rude. The bartenders, in particular, left a negative impression. The fact that the same person was in charge of both reception and the bar in the evenings also somewhat lowered the quality of service.
Although we were told we could use the garden, it was unpleasant that they made a fuss when we wanted to sit there in the evening. Also, the fact that the same ashtray remained on the table in the garden for 3 days without being emptied created a poor image in terms of cleanliness. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the overall cleanliness either.
Hotel is part of the Van der valk hotel chain in the Netherlands. This is one of the better branch I’ve visited. Stylish modern hotel. Big rooms. Excellent facilities. Welness and fitness available. Excellent choice for people travelling by car. Free parking.
Outside Bruges centre. Thats the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.

Great
GGilles1995Very nice hotel, varied and good breakfast.
Friendly staff.
Easily accessible by parking your car in the T Zand parking lot.
The only downside was the almost complete lack of cell service and no Wi-Fi in the room, but hey, you're not on vacation to be using Wi-Fi.

GGuest Usergreat location! rooms were modern and well kept. swimming pool was a love it or hate it situation since if u are swimming alone, it might be a bit gloomy but if u are with friends, could be fun with the cave feel. would definitely recommend it. it's so close to the main square! they have parking space too.

CcarlottaThe location is 5 minutes walk to city eating & shopping centre. The room and bathroom are super clean and tidy. A lovely green garden with a reasonable size outdoor swimming pool Great home-made healthy breakfast and coffee. Very relax experience.
GGuest UserGreat central location between Dunkerque and Bruges. The family room was perfect for a family of four - double bed and a bunk bed for the kids. Breakfast was good, service excellent
