This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly. The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

During my stay, I especially want to thank Danna, a hotel staff member, for her thoughtful service and professional demeanor. From check-in to check-out, she was consistently patient, meticulous, warm, and attentive. She promptly responded to inquiries and needs, handling them appropriately. She was diligent, responsible, and communicated with politeness and grace. She not only focused on service efficiency but also fully considered guests' feelings and privacy, making us feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The entire stay was made even smoother and more enjoyable by her dedicated service. Her professionalism and service awareness were truly outstanding. She was a wonderfully comforting presence that significantly enhanced this trip. Highly recommended, and I look forward to seeing her again next time.

This hotel/retreat is an incredibly special place, and I feel so grateful to have come across it in my travels, as it will hold a special place in my memory! I have a strong feeling that I will be back (possibly many times!) in the future. I cannot say enough good things about it, whether it be the beautiful architectural design of the buildings and landscaping of the property, the gorgeous cafe, the zen-like room aesthetic, the calm and nourishing atmosphere of the whole place, the incredibly kind staff, and the nourishing and delicious food (which is made with great attention and care paid to the ingredients (most of which are grown on the farm), and their healing principles according to the elements and Chinese medicine nutrition)). There are free evening healing offerings too, including sound healing, card reading, and other thing, which bring guests together to experience collectively as well, in a beautiful retreat center room. The cafe/lobby building is such a pretty and welcoming space, one could easily spend hours enjoying a conversation or reading a book, or petting one of the many adorable cats that roam the property. Even walking along the meandering path to the hotel from the main road is a beautiful experience, winding through tea fields in this magical valley at the base of steep mountains surrounding it. I have stayed at a number of hotels in China during my travels, but this place is by far my favorite of all of them, for its authentic feel and heartfelt warmth. It truly is a uniquely powerful place for healing and restoration, nestled in such a picturesque, quiet hillside of Wudang mountain!!

The room was a bit small, probably because the hotel is older, but it was fully equipped with everything you need. The Horizon Club offers made-to-order options for breakfast, which tasted great, though it was indeed quite crowded during the holiday. The location is super convenient—very close to the metro station, and right next to The MixC mall with plenty of dining and shopping options. Overall, a nice experience.

The hotel has a great location with a wonderful river view, overlooking the Yellow Crane Tower, the Yangtze River Bridge, and the鹦鹉洲 (Parrot Island) Yangtze River Bridge. The room facilities are good and meet Hilton standards. They even did a simple setup for our anniversary stay. The service is also excellent; deliveries are handled by a robot and brought up very quickly.

Traveling with kids during the summer vacation, everything was great except for the location being a bit far from the city center. The hotel offers good value for money, and there's a metro station within a 10-minute walk, but it was really hot outside, and I was sweating after just a short walk. The breakfast was plentiful and reasonably priced. Our room was proactively upgraded, featuring a 100-inch projector screen, and the room size was just right, clean, and tidy. The hotel service was very responsive, offering free laundry and drying, complimentary fruit, free shuttle service to the station, 24-hour butler service, early check-in, and late check-out. Very satisfied!

Staying at the Westin again because I had to catch a high-speed train from the East Station the next day, and it's only a 10-minute taxi ride away. For over 700 RMB a night during the National Day holiday, it was incredibly good value for money. The facilities are new and clean, and stepping outside immediately offers beautiful scenery. A walk along the river on a sunny day was very pleasant, and there weren't many people around. Everything else was perfect, except for one minor issue: We arrived past 5 PM, only to be told that our room wasn't ready and we'd have to wait for about another hour. Having stayed in many five-star hotels, this was by far the latest check-in time I've ever experienced. After two discussions, another staff member at the front desk finally managed to get us a room, which was quite a struggle. We also tried the hotel's buffet dinner this time. The variety wasn't extensive, but the price was reasonable for the food offered. We were given a card to redeem for hairy crabs, but after waiting from 6 PM until 8 PM, we were told they were out and were given some oysters instead.

這次入住整體感覺挺不錯的，到店辦理入住效率很高，前台態度温和有禮貌。基礎設施都齊全，房間打掃得很乾凈，沒有異味，床品柔軟睡着很舒服。周邊出行比較方便，晚上房間也挺安靜。，熱水出水穩定。小細節上還有提升空間，但綜合性價比挺好，短期出差或者過來暫住還是很合適的。

This Sheraton Wuhan Hankou is the best Marriott hotel I have ever stayed at. The hotel lobby is very unique, featuring a Hankou culture corridor in collaboration with the Wuhan Museum. The historical photos showcase a century of the river city's history, creating an incredible atmosphere. The hotel is very close to the metro station, making both taking a taxi and using the subway extremely convenient. The guest rooms are spacious, bright, and well-maintained. Arriving late at night during the National Day holiday, the staff thoughtfully helped us arrange a room upgrade. The executive lounge experience was fantastic, and we were even allowed a late check-out until 4 PM, which is particularly friendly for late-night flight travelers. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and attention to detail was evident everywhere in the hotel. Highly recommended, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Wuhan!

This was my second Ritz-Carlton stay, after Sanya. Before my arrival, the concierge proactively reached out via WeChat, providing detailed information about the hotel and its surroundings. Upon arrival, staff immediately helped with my luggage and even offered to deliver it to my room. During check-in, they kindly asked if I needed a late checkout and extended it until 3 PM, which was absolutely fantastic! 👍 The high-rise lobby offers breathtaking views, with the city skyline and river stretching as far as the eye can see. Although it's a newly opened hotel, there were no strange odors in the room. The decor and lighting directly opposite the entrance immediately caught my eye. The bedding was very comfortable, and the amenities were from Diptyque, ensuring quality. Welcome fruits were provided, and turndown service included a thoughtful local cultural refrigerator magnet. For in-room dining, I ordered a burger and beef noodles, both of which were delicious. The most memorable part of breakfast was the cold brew – truly refreshing on a summer day. Upon checkout, they generously let me keep the room key card as a souvenir. If I ever have the chance to bring my family to Wuhan again, I'll definitely stay here.
