The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful from the front desk, enquiry desk and restaurant staff to the operator. Special thanks to Ms Jiang Li, she helps us a lot and make our stay enjoyable. The room is clean and spacious, bed comfortable and variety of fruits over 3 nights. We feel the warmth when we return to our room every night. Breakfast selection was great. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

The hotel is only a few hundred yards from the Zigong High Speed Train Station. Although it is far from the downtown of Zigong City, the Zigong High Speed Train Station has buses to the city and many attractions. I walked to the Zigong High Speed Train Station for a few minutes, the Xianshi Old Town for about 20 minutes and the Zigong Lantern and Light World for about an hour. People can get a taxi at the hotel easily. The hotel provides free pickup and drop off services for the Zigong High Speed Train Station for free . The hotel workers are friendly and helpful. Ms. Peng is helpful. She helped me contacting my next hotel, and following up to confirm the pickup service of the next hotel. The hotel email was also responsive and prompt. The hotel and rooms are clean. The hotel provides a free afternoon tea with a little treat. For improvement, it will be helpful if the hotel can provide printed information of public transportation. Since I do not have a Chinese cell phone, the hotel workers helped me to lock on WiFi, which can be improved. All other hotels I stayed in China, people can get WiFi by using the room number and last name. This hotel requires a local mobile phone, for which I don’t have as an international visitor . Overall , I highly recommend this hotel.

The Shangri-La Chengdu Taikoo Li is absolutely amazing! It's right in the heart of Taikoo Li, and you can walk to Chunxi Road, making transportation super convenient. Upon check-in, the bellhop proactively helped with our luggage, and the front desk processed everything efficiently. The breakfast selection was extensive, with authentic Sichuan dishes like Dandan noodles and Zhong dumplings. The restaurant staff were warm and attentive, always serving with a smile. From the lobby to the guest rooms, every detail showed great care. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu! Especially Ms. Sandy, she thoughtfully introduced local delicacies and popular photo spots, and even gave us a small gift when we checked out. Her service was incredibly thoughtful!

1. I hesitated between Wanda and this hotel. After checking in, I felt that this hotel was the first choice for Neijiang. It was relatively quiet. Wanda was close to the business district and felt a bit noisy. This room can see the night view of Tuojiang River. There is a pier downstairs to take a boat to Dongmen Old Street on the other side, although I didn't go there. 2. The swimming pool is open. There is an orange-shirted security guard in the swimming pool, which is good. 3. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic. Xiaohai is very enthusiastic in service. Thank you. 4. The lobby is on the first floor, the room is also okay, and the price did not increase wildly during the 5.1 period. The breakfast egg rolls are delicious😋 5. This side may be Sanba Street? There is a picture on the Internet. The towering green H of the hotel is at the end of the long staircase of the mottled old buildings on both sides. The sunset glow, the old and the new complement each other, and pedestrians walk and stop.

As soon as you enter the hotel lobby, you will be surprised by the tall space, which is magnificent and classic. The room is decorated in European style, which is particularly warm and elegant, and there are welcome fruits in the room. The front desk service and security service are enthusiastic. The key is that the price is moderate and the cost performance is extremely high. It is a very satisfactory experience.

A truly satisfying stay! The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station. The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in efficient. The room was clean and cozy, with comfortable bedding and good soundproofing. Breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted great. Overall, the experience exceeded expectations and provided excellent value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The environment and hygiene are excellent. Especially noteworthy is their soft service, which is truly outstanding; the staff are incredibly attentive and thoughtful. When checking out today, the courtyard was quite large, and getting from the room to the front desk meant going through several small alleys. I didn't want to make the trip to the front desk just to store my luggage, so I asked if I could just leave my bags and room card in the room. The staff proactively came to collect them, which was incredibly convenient and hassle-free. Even the drinking water was thoughtfully prepared: bottled water was kept in a warmer at a constant temperature of about 40 degrees Celsius, making it perfectly warm to drink whenever you picked it up. The attention to detail was superb, making for a fantastic experience!

Service: Trip.com is definitely my top choice for booking hotels. I've booked this Club Med through various channels before, including directly with them, but none compared to the experience I had with Trip.com. The butler contacted me a day in advance, and even though the hotel was fully booked for Qingming Festival, I was able to check in at 1 PM (official check-in is 3 PM). All services were promptly attended to, and I want to give a special shout-out to Irene. Room: There's absolutely no lingering smell anymore. After staying at InterContinental, Club Med rooms actually look much better to me now. If you love the water park, I recommend choosing Building 2. It's right downstairs, and odd-numbered rooms in Building 2 offer a direct view of where they set off fireworks (though they didn't have any this time 😭 my only regret). Environment: The hygiene is excellent, and the environment is fantastic – a natural oxygen bar. Just a heads-up, there are still a lot of small insects, so make sure to bring insect repellent. Family-friendly: The water park can keep kids entertained for an entire afternoon. Although the indoor kids' club is relatively small, children can still spend a few hours there. They also recently added an outdoor non-powered play area. The outdoor pool isn't open yet, but it's sure to be even more fun once it is. While I'm not trying to be critical, among the hotels in Heilongtan, other than the InterContinental's pool being slightly better in the summer, I would always choose Club Med at any other time.

For travelers catching a train, the hotel's location is excellent. Picture 1 was taken directly from the hotel entrance, and Chengdu East Railway Station is right across the street. The front desk even proactively informed me that the route from the underground exit to the hotel is one-way, but to get to the entrance of Chengdu East Station from the hotel, you have to use the main hotel entrance above ground. As for the room, it's very spacious, and the different sections of the room are well-designed. There are plenty of power outlets by the bed. The shower water was comfortably stable, with no sudden hot or cold fluctuations, and the huge rainfall showerhead felt like a tropical rainforest. Now for areas that could be improved: the elevator is quite noisy. Late at night, when everything else is quiet, you can still hear vibrations from the elevator in the room. If this bothers you, you should definitely tell the front desk to request a room far from the elevator. I stayed on a high floor and didn't hear any train noise, but the elevator disturbance was still present. Overall, given the excellent location and the hotel's amenities and services, it's a fantastic value for the price.

This hotel was an absolute delight! I usually struggle with sleep and was prepared to switch rooms if it wasn't quiet enough, but after just one night, I found the room to be incredibly peaceful and I slept wonderfully. The service at Yangqing is also excellent. They arranged a car to pick us up upon arrival in Jiuzhaigou and provided a complimentary drop-off at the scenic area in the morning. It's also super close to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, which is incredibly convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious, with great natural light and views. The breakfast spread offers a wide variety, and the service is warm and attentive. It's truly great value for money. Highly recommend!
