Excellent location and service! Generally the room is clean, just that there were certain areas (e.g. basin) that were not cleaned thoroughly as compared to our previous stay. Spacious room and nice seaview! Breakfast was also worth the value!

Well, first of all, they didn’t give the Jonker area a proper name. It’s not a walk or a street it’s a whole district. If you’re a visitor to Malacca, you definitely want to be spending most of your time here. And that’s why this hotel is perfectly located. But more importantly, it completely vibes the spirit of Malacca. Good breakfast as well with a good combination of local and standard continental breakfast. Their listing says no parking available because although they do have parking, they can’t promise a lot for everyone. But we had no trouble parking there with our rental vehicle.

As suggestion why not u guys put some basic cuttleries macam mangkuk pinggan sudu garfu ke. Yang lain okay selesa harga pun berpatutan, parking pun senang cuma mahal lah flat rate Rm15. Cuma make sure u guys double check regarding facities ya so that ur customers boleh guna kemudahan hotel and tak kena sound dengan staff hotel lagi. Tq

The environment is very clean, and having drinking water provided right inside the room is truly a first for me. The bathroom actually features a wet and dry separation, and the best part is the double vanities, so families or couples won't get in each other's way. The bed is also super comfortable and cozy. The only minor drawback is that the pillows are a bit too soft; it would be even better if they offered more support. There are plenty of facilities, making it super ideal for a relaxing extended stay, and the breakfast is also hearty with a great variety of options 👍🏻

I had a very pleasant stay at Birkin International Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the facilities were good. The two king-size beds were especially convenient for my family. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was very satisfying. The location was also convenient, and I really appreciated the breakfast provided. Everything was well organised and made our stay comfortable. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended!

I've stayed at The Majestic in both Malacca and Kuala Lumpur. The one in Malacca isn't huge, but the common areas and rooms are very nice. My window overlooked the Malacca River. The gym, though small, had a good range of equipment, and the swimming pool was on the smaller side. The breakfast restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere, and breakfast was à la carte with unlimited orders. However, I felt it was one of the more average breakfasts I had during this trip; perhaps it just didn't suit my taste. The service was good too. It's definitely worth experiencing if you're visiting Malacca.

The resort offers an excellent environment for a relaxing vacation away from the city, with a wonderfully cool atmosphere in the forest. To improve the guest experience, I highly recommend upgrading the indoor gym, enhancing room service, and providing transportation services. The remote location poses a challenge for elderly guests or those with health conditions. Additionally, while most staff are friendly, front desk service needs improvement. The reception team should be more knowledgeable and prepared to thoroughly brief first-time guests regarding hotel amenities and local activities.

The interior design is beautiful. Living room is spacious. This unit has sea view at a distance. The condo is a service apartment. Hence, there is traffic jam at the lobby area during check in and check out time due to self collect and return access card at the postal box. There are 4 lifts. During check in and check out time, this is another choke point. Very long wait, 3 rounds of lift all full to the max.

The swimming pool is also quite large. 4. **Good Service:** The hotel staff provides good service and is friendly towards Chinese guests. **Overall:** Considering the price point of 300-500 yuan, this hotel offers excellent value for money. The stay experience was very good, and I personally recommend it.
