For someone experiencing severe altitude sickness, this can be quite unsettling. It would be better if the oxygen facilities were improved, as many hotels now offer diffused oxygen systems. I felt much more at ease knowing there's a medical room on the third floor of the hotel. (It would be even better if the hotel waived the small fees (10-20 CNY) for basic checks like blood oxygen, blood pressure, and heart rate. Oxygen therapy and medication were charged normally.) After all, the medical room is a selling point for the hotel. My butler for this stay was Luodan from concierge. His service was exceptional. He'd provide daily weather updates, temperature forecasts, and remind me to bring an umbrella. He even brought my takeout directly to my room, making me feel truly at home. He helped me arrange a private car and driver, recommending the most cost-effective options. When I checked out, he carefully loaded my luggage into the car and knew exactly which car was picking me up. He was incredibly thoughtful, treating me like a friend. Overall, my stay was very pleasant.

During my stay at the Shangri-La Hotel in Lhasa, I met a true guardian who brightened my trip with his sincerity and professionalism – our butler, Robert Xiang Hongwei. With every proactive greeting and meticulous action, he transformed the phrase “feeling at home” into a heartwarming reality. The best service is when guests forget they are being “served.” With Robert, I witnessed the pinnacle of hotel service: not making guests feel deliberately “cared for,” but rather, through natural kindness, having every need met silently. His every initiative, every “Okay, I’ll arrange it for you right away,” conveyed the same message: Here, you don't have to be a “guest,” just be “yourself.” The Shangri-La Hotel shines because of employees like him, and the industry is warmed by professionals like him. May this subtle light illuminate the journeys of more people, making every arrival a reunion worth looking forward to. I will definitely choose Shangri-La Hotel again for my next stay!

Come to Nyingchi to stay at Yixuan Hotel, the experience exceeds expectations, the front desk service is very good, the hotel has its own quiet and elegant book bar, scattered bookshelves are placed with various books, you can sit down and turn over the book in your spare time; The lobby honor cabinet displays the awards won by the hotel, and you can feel the confidence of the store's heart. The bathroom design of the room is simple and high-end, the gray rock tiles are clean and refreshing, the round mirror has lights, and there is a retractable makeup mirror. The toiletries are complete, the hygiene is in place, and there is no smell. The overall decoration is modern and atmospheric, the details are attentive, the environment is quiet and comfortable, it is very suitable to travel here, recommend friends who come to Nyingchi to choose!

There is a large free parking lot, the facilities in the room are very good, and the hygiene is clean. There is an oxygen machine from 8pm to 8am, and the bathroom has 24-hour hot water. Although the shower water flow is a little small, it is generally good. The service attitude is particularly good and patient. The late check-out was not rushed. It was a very comfortable hotel experience.

Honestly, I expected a Hilton to cost at least several hundred, but the price I booked was much lower than I anticipated, even more cost-effective than some private rooms in hostels. The room was clean and spacious, with oxygen supply and a humidifier, ensuring a really sound sleep at night. While breakfast wasn't a lavish buffet, it offered plenty of tsampa, butter tea, and boiled eggs, enough to keep me full until the afternoon, saving me lunch money. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and getting to the Potala Palace or Jokhang Temple costs just one yuan, making transportation costs almost negligible. After this stay, I feel like I hit the jackpot. Not just because it was affordable, but because of the unreserved kindness from the ******* people. Next time I visit Tibet, I won't hesitate – I'm definitely staying here again! 🙏🎒

Hampton by Hilton Shannan is a new hotel that will open at the end of 2024. The hotel's facilities are very complete, all of which are intelligent voice controlled. The mattress is very comfortable and clean. The room is large, and the toilet in the bathroom is a smart toilet, which is more advanced than the one in my home and can be controlled by remote control. The remote-controlled smart toilet is very suitable for me because it is difficult for me to use the toilet on an ordinary toilet. When we arrived at the hotel, we were given a free room upgrade and welcome fruit. The Coke, 7-Up, soda and mineral water in the hotel minibar were all free. The breakfast had a wide variety of dishes and tasted great. The price was well worth it. One thing worth praising is that the lobby manager also helped me book 5 rooms at Hilton Garden Inn Lhasa, the price was 80 yuan cheaper per room than on Ctrip. This service can only be praised. Next time I travel to Shannan, I will stay here again.

In terms of service: The two female staff members were warm and helpful, enthusiastically showing you different room types, assisting with luggage, coordinating parking and charging, and explaining how to get discounted rates. Highly commendable! Overall: This hotel is highly recommended.

The towels and bath towels are plastic-sealed after disinfection, which is quite clean. It would be better if the details are strengthened a little more. Environment: The environment is okay. It is difficult to park at the door. You can park in the back yard. There are many places to eat and shop around. Service: The staff are very enthusiastic and take the initiative to help carry luggage. Although the power was cut off for an hour at night, the staff brought oxygen cylinders, which was very good.

The breakfast tastes good, the noodles are delicious, the room is OK, there is a free massage chair, and the manager helps with the luggage. Very good, I will come again next time! There is also a river at the door, very private, and you can also use the hot spring. The altitude of 2600 is no problem at all.
