The hotel is high-end and has a beautiful environment. The front desk was enthusiastic and the service attitude was very good. Every staff member was very polite. The children's breakfast was free, and the room was upgraded for free. The room was clean, tidy and hygienic, and red bean soup was delivered in the evening. The breakfast was really delicious, with many varieties, and it is highly recommended!

Absolutely love this hotel. Originally I was booked in elsewhere but quickly found out it was unsuitable. So a quick check online here soon resolved it. Best choice I’ve made. Staff is friendly, it’s clean. The beds are so comfortable. The room very modern. Lots of amenities within the hotel. I will definitely book here again

Excellent value! We booked a Club Executive King Suite for two nights. We didn't even need to leave the hotel for meals during our entire three-day stay, as buffet breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner were all included. We're already planning our next stay! The hotel's second floor connects directly to Xingguanghui Shopping Mall, which is a huge plus, especially during the hot summer! Plus, International Trade City Zone 1 East is conveniently located just diagonally opposite the Starbucks on the ground floor – incredibly handy! The lovely lady at the front desk even added me on WeChat to provide 'butler-style' service, which was incredibly thoughtful. They also offered a late check-out – fantastic! All my planning for this trip certainly paid off!

A major highlight is the observation deck on the 25th floor, which offers breathtaking panoramic views of Taihu Lake. Xiaomei Mountain is clearly visible in the distance, and the harmonious blend of mountains and water creates an exceptionally captivating and immersive landscape.
The hotel's service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. From check-in to check-out, we felt genuinely cared for, which added a wonderful warmth to our entire stay.

I recommend this hotel for sure, many Positives from entrance till the rooms the staff are so helpful and all of them, The rooms are so wide and clean and very well designed from the door entrance of the room you feel the luxury especially ,Bathrooms also so wide and very well equipped, a simple point need to be edited :
There is no comfortable place toput the luggage while arriving to the room the luggage holder is directly beyond the wardrobe hangers, other things the place is worth, Thank you

A Serene Escape at West Lake! Perfectly located within the West Lake Scenic Area, this hotel blends tranquility with accessibility. The peaceful surroundings and fresh air instantly relaxed us. Our room was great, offering a cozy retreat after exploring the city. Morning/evening lakeside walks were pure bliss, a true antidote to urban stress. Breakfast delighted with diverse options from local favorites to global classics, all freshly made. Though the dinner buffet isn’t extensive, every dish shines with fresh, high quality ingredients.
Standout service made our stay exceptional. A special shout-out to Ms. Zhu Mengyao (朱梦瑶）at the front desk, whose warmth and efficiency during check-in/check-out made us feel genuinely welcomed. The electric cart drivers also deserve praise, always cheerful, prompt, and eager to assist with luggage or sightseeing tips. We really enjoyed the stay and will be back!

GGuest UserOur party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024. We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting. We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in. I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops. Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us. Not a soul was in sight. Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed. From there on, however, things only got better and better. So, yes, this was a quiet property. There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about. But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected. And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient. During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out. The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand. Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance. The layout was a bit of a labyrinth. There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display. Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake. The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards. Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?). They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night. There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater. Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds. Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace. Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel. Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular. We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip). We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality. Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable. In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area. In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort. We were very comfortable during our short stay. We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff. We would love to return. It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions. Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

GGuest UserRecommended by locals, it is said to be ranked first in Pujiang. Bring your children here to play during the May Day holiday. The room is clean and tidy, mainly European style. The customer service brother also provided good service and sent the children's toiletries. The shower 🚿water temperature is a bit hot and cold, and it is difficult to adjust. The swimming pool is good, and the outdoor hot spring is a bit low. Many pools are not open, and I didn't go to soak, which was a waste

This room type wasn't entirely as depicted in the booking photos. Overall, it was decent. The positives include a convenient central location for easy access, L'Occitane toiletries (a nice touch, typical of a boutique hotel), and both the room and bathroom were quite spacious. The set-menu breakfast was also quite refined. As for drawbacks, the small window offered poor ventilation, the bed was immediately visible upon entering the room, and there were quite a few mosquitoes on the ground floor. Overall, it offers good value for money compared to similarly priced rooms within Wuzhen.

It's directly adjacent to the large shopping complex 'Yintai 77in', offering a plethora of dining and shopping options for ultimate convenience. The West Lake Music Fountain, lush greenery, boat docks, and the lake touring bus stops are all just steps away and within easy reach.
The hotel lobby isn't exceptionally large, yet it exudes an undeniable sense of luxury. The swimming pool, located on the second floor, features clear water and a delightful tropical vibe. Overall, the hotel feels opulent, and the service is excellent.
The hotel is low-rise, with its C-shape directly facing West Lake, and boasts good soundproofing. Rooms are equipped with both a bathtub and a separate shower, and the facilities are quite modern. The windows cannot be opened, which resulted in a slight musty smell upon entering the room; however, an air purifier is thoughtfully provided.

All questions were answered, at the reception there are lovely young ladies who speak excellent English. Fresh, tasty buffet breakfast, fragrant coffee. We were very satisfied with our stay at the hotel. We sincerely thank the hotel administration.

Something that bothered me a lot was the fact, that we booked rooms with lake view. However our rooms were on the opposite site of the lake and we could see only a tiny fragment of it and not actually the real view over the lake. Under that definition, every room could count as lake view, but that isn't quite the understanding I have of it.

Unfortunately, it was cloudy and rainy during our stay, so we missed out on the sunset. The butler service was incredibly attentive, and they responded to messages promptly. Internal transportation within the hotel grounds was solely via shuttle. However, these weren't particularly quick; we typically waited 10-15 minutes after calling for a ride. Aside from admiring the scenery, there wasn't much else to do at the hotel. Our only activities were exploring the castle and the small garden downstairs. The castle, unfortunately, was almost entirely taken over by professional travel photographers.

The hot spring is very comfortable, and there is no limit on the number of times you can enter and exit if you stay
The public rest area of the hot spring provides free drinks, snacks, ice cream, and fresh-cut fruits (tell the service desk what fruits you want and they will cut them for you). The night we went there, someone played the piano live until 8 pm
When checking in, we were upgraded to a courtyard room. It was a very beautiful courtyard, and the private hot spring in the guest room was separated into a small courtyard. It was very comfortable to lie on the sofa in the courtyard and blow the wind in this season
You can make sachets in the lobby (choose your own spices and put them in), and write wish wooden signs
There is a bonfire and lotus activity at night, which is quite interesting. If you are willing to take pictures, it is very good
The breakfast set has nine fixed side dishes. In addition, you can choose the staple food and drinks yourself, including porridge, steamed buns, wontons, noodles, dumplings, pastries, etc., which can be continued
The unsatisfactory part is that when I just checked in in the afternoon, there was a smell of wood or something else in the room, which smelled uncomfortable. Later, I turned on the fresh air and air conditioning until the evening and it was much better after taking a bath.

GGuest UserWords can’t describe how beautiful our stay was at Naked Stables resort in Moganshan. Aside from the beautiful location with the lush greenery and amazing wildlife, the hotel and room architecture was very beautiful. The range of activities was never ending with enough activities for everyone. We did the resort trail horse ride and the complimentary land rover experience and they were unforgettable. The stables are very clean and the trainers and staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. We stayed during the Dragon Boat Festival national holiday and although the hotel was fully booked the staff was very attentive and all our needs were met. There is a daily activities schedule which is updated every day and the dining options are diverse and very tasty. I would recommend checking the weather in advance to fully enjoy the activities but we will definitely be visiting this beautiful resort again in the future.

BBa WooI always stayed at Mariott but it was my first time to stay at Sanding. 95% is same. Even the room layout and furniture. Breakfast is better than Mariott as they have more variety. The only thing I didn't like was they have too many paid options or advertising everywhere
