The location is excellent, directly opposite the east side of District 1 of the International Trade City. The hotel's second floor is also connected to the adjacent Xingguanghui, which makes shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Given how massive the Trade City is, it's extremely comfortable to be able to pop back to the hotel for a rest around lunchtime. The in-room television, however, was quite old and bulky. The service was great; we received complimentary breakfast and a late checkout.

After the Canton Fair, I rushed to Yiwu without stopping, and the Global Hotel was still my must-go place. It is such a pleasant thing to have a cup of hot tea brewed in the room, slowly savoring the fragrance of the tea, and letting the body and mind relax for a moment in the busy schedule. When his wife saw the makeup mirror, she was full of surprise in her eyes. For women who love beauty, a good makeup mirror is an essential tool for makeup. It is really touching that the hotel can consider this and prepare such thoughtful items for the guests. There are also pink princess bedding and plush toys that the daughter likes, and when she saw them, she jumped with excitement. Her happy smile made me deeply appreciate the hotel's attention to detail. It is not just providing a place to stay, but also trying to create a warm and comfortable home atmosphere. The hotel is incredibly photogenic and truly beautiful. The corridors, with their excellent lighting, are perfect for capturing photos that evoke a Mediterranean cruise. Our room offered views of the Qiantang River, and the hotel is only half an hour from West Lake. It definitely offers excellent value for money. The only slight drawback was that the carpets and bathrooms in the room weren't as clean as they could be. However, the spacious rooms are a definite plus. Service was just acceptable. Overall, though, I was very satisfied. I don't expect perfection when I travel, and for a Virgo like me, the hotel was more than satisfactory. On another note, their Longjing tea is superb. Even at 98 per cup, and served simply with the leaves steeped in the mug, it's worth it. West Lake Longjing and Hupao Spring are renowned as the 'Two Wonders of West Lake,' and this hotel's Longjing tea is truly outstanding. It's a world of difference compared to the Longjing tea served with the set menu at Liuyingli Hotel. That said, I wouldn't call Liuyingli's tea house bad; their ambiance is undeniably top-notch, and truly, each establishment has its own unique charm.

The front desk service was proactive and incredibly welcoming! They even proactively offered an upgrade to a non-smoking floor room. The hotel boasts an excellent location, thoughtfully providing a free shuttle service to Yiwu International Trade City, and late check-out is also available. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly amazing; even though it's free, it's definitely four-star quality! Even China Southern Airlines flight crews choose to stay here. Due to the exceptional service, we decided to extend our stay and enjoy another day in Yiwu. If you're coming to Yiwu, I highly recommend staying here!

Location is perfect! Infront of the hotel is metro. Room was clean. So surprise with the towel steriliser inside the room! Everything is good! Plus plenty of water bottle infront of the lift for every floor. Will come back! And was also surprise the room has fridge 🥰

Olive and Jennifer at the front desk were always smiling and handled our check-in quickly and efficiently. Frank Su proactively upgraded our room and even provided complimentary welcome fruit. When we checked out, they helped us call a taxi and assisted with loading our luggage into the car. We absolutely have to give the front desk team a five-star rating! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Their service was warm and thorough, with attention to detail evident everywhere, making our entire trip feel exceptionally comfortable and welcoming. Next time we're in this city, we'll definitely choose this hotel again!

Perfect location and good service. The GYM is big, loved the rice dumpling in breakfast.

The hotel's got everything you need, and it's spotlessly clean. The front desk staff are lovely – really helpful. Breakfast is great with loads of options, and it runs until half ten, perfect if you fancy a proper lie-in. Rooms come with a bathtub that's just the right height. A special shout-out to Qiu Weifeng for being so attentive – top service! Oh, and plenty of drinking water in the room too.

If you are looking for luxury, this is it! Everything about the hotel screams luxury: from the lobby, to the gardens, to every little detail of the guest room. It is amazing to find such a quiet corner with beautiful gardens and green space in the middle of a somewhat crowded city. You will feel like living in a park. The staff is extremely attentive and eager to cater to your needs and wants. We will definitely stay here again at our next visit to Hangzhou
