One of the best hotels to stay in Palembang. It's strategically located in the city center, nearby any amenities, public transport, and malls. We stayed during Christmas weekend, so it's quite crowded with many guests. The downside, we need to wait a little bit longer with only 2 hotel lifts during busy hours and we didn't manage to use the swimming pool. Other than that, the staff is friendly, breakfast is nice, and room is clean.

Great place with a strategic location. The only downside was the breakfast menu, which didn't offer many choices for a 5-star hotel. The selection was limited, more like what you'd find at a 3 or 4-star hotel.

Great location for business, close to many offices and easy transportation access. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Service was good and staff were polite and responsive. Amenities were adequate for a short business stay. Overall, I had a smooth and pleasant experience. Recommended for business travelers who need convenience and comfort.

While the price point is slightly on the higher side, the quality of service, amenities, and overall experience makes it worth every penny. Had a great stay at this 4 stars property. The facilities are top notch; The gym, sauna, pool, and spa were all well maintained and a highlight of the trip. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff truly stands out for being friendly and attentive. My only major concern was the bedding. The king size bed, was actually two single beds pushed together. This made the middle of the bed quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Aside from the bed setup, everything else was perfect.

Please increase the cleanliness of the room, some area already look dirty. This is my 2nd stay. I like Batiqa's ambience so I booked again. Pros : + super good breakfast options. Main courses, local dishes (pempek/model), porridge, soup, cereal, noodle bar, egg bar, waffle, bread & cakes, salad bar, jamu & variety of drinks + mini gym with some good equipments for working out + sofa on the room + comfy beds with large pillows Cons : - the room is not soundproofed. Outside noises can be heard - when I entered the room, there is a certain smell which I don't know where it comes from

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.
