FFabien RThe jungle-themed decor is quite lovely, and the room is nice. The staff are helpful. It's very well located, 15 minutes from the Grand Place and a 45-minute walk from Gare du Midi.
The breakfast was excellent and served in a beautiful dining room.
I couldn't find any faults.

GGuest UserThe hotel has perfect location! It is just several minutes to Grand Palace. Superior double room was quite spacious, clean, and well equipped. The only downsize is that the walls might be too thin and noise of neighbors might come if they’re loud. Breakfast was absolutely stanning and definitely worth 12 EUR compared to cafes in Brussels where you can hardly get breakfast for that price. To sum up, the hopel is perfect option for the price you’re paying.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is great, right near a subway station, and it's an easy 10-15 minute walk to Grand Place. The surrounding area felt safe, and there's a shopping mall nearby.
We booked a family room for three. We dropped off our luggage first, and by the time we checked in, they had already set up the sofa bed for us. Although, according to my friend, the extended sofa bed wasn't very comfortable to sleep on. They also prepared amenities for three people.
Overall, everything was good, except for an uneven transition between the bathroom and the room, which made it very easy to trip. The soundproofing was excellent; we didn't hear any footsteps or other noises. Each floor of the hotel has a dedicated water dispenser where you can get still water, sparkling water, and warm water.

NNille76This B&B is generally okay. The rooms are quite spacious and mostly clean. However, some of the public facilities, like the coffee machines, are a bit unkempt. The staff's friendliness is rather below average compared to other hotels in this chain. All in all, it's alright, but not necessarily a recommendation.

JJoe the world citizenIt is a new hotel next to Brussels-Midi station. The decor is very modern. The staffs are super friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed it. They have a small cafe in the lobby and there are many place to hang out. There is also a small gym in the basement which is quite nice. Overall, it was a good stay.

HHuaxianzijunThis is an older hotel with a rich sense of history. The location is excellent, very close to the train station, and the Grand Place is also within walking distance. Our room had a street view. Brussels was our last stop in Europe, and generally, European hotel rooms tend to be small, but this hotel's room was quite spacious, and the bathroom was also very large. The slippers were very comfortable. We had an early flight, so we didn't get to try the hotel breakfast.

GGuest UserThe air conditioning has been generally out of order for a long time, according to the brief explanation given at the front desk. The room was stifling, over 30 degrees Celsius, and there wasn't even a backup fan. No apologies were offered, and they didn't seem too bothered by the situation. We had booked four rooms to be close to RTBF the next morning. Our French guests had a terrible night because it was impossible to open the windows due to the excessive noise from the road. It's a shame because the rooms themselves were very spacious.

GGuest UserThe location is super convenient, right in the city center, with a Carrefour downstairs and a large square just steps away. The room is quite spacious for European standards, a one-bedroom apartment, very roomy, and it has air conditioning, which is crucial for summer in Europe. Some reviews mentioned it was noisy, but we found it to be fine; it was completely quiet at night. The minibar was well-stocked, even with alcohol, and everything was complimentary, which was a definite plus!

There is no easy public transportation to the grand place except by bus or taxi/uber. Walking to grand place takes around 30 mins passing through Brussels Park and Royal Palace. The positive point is that the area where the hotel is located is very quiet.

GGuest UserTraveling solo, I wanted a well-located and affordable place. Hotels in Brussels generally aren't cheap. This one is a 10-minute walk from the North Station. Avoid the Google Maps recommended park path if you have luggage, it's not very easy to navigate. It's right next to a police station, has a large supermarket behind it, and across the street, there's a restaurant with great, affordable burgers. No AC, but it wasn't hot and there's a fan. I stayed here both coming and going. The train station has a metro that connects you easily to anywhere in the city. Check-in requires scanning a QR code, which wasn't difficult. This area is considered relatively safe, and there are buses nearby that go to various tourist destinations, which is very convenient.
