Some young waitresses are not so friendly to customers and always seem a little impatient. I hope that the relatives, friends and parents of this waitress will encounter more warm, generous, patient and meticulous good services when traveling abroad.

As you enter the lobby strong smell of artificial perfume surrounds you which made me nauseous.
We were upgraded to kingbed room.
Shower head was broken. Shallow sink was designed for looks only. It splushes water The large structural column by the window takes up the whole one corner of the room. The room is small enough not accommodate lounge chair. Espresso maker is also broken as to the pod doesn’t stay and fall through. If you are carefully pressing it down slowly it will stay where it get skewered.
This hotel is not a bad hotel. Great location. Staff is as nice as many restaurants and hotels in town. I will not stay here again because there are plenty of better hotels and rentals to stay in Mexico City.

MonaFionaAMAZING HOTEL - such a good caring friendly polite staff; very safe , good security , but hotel itself is historical building with such a big history and they have FREE tours to get to know hotel. Is has special rooms , bar - all is form 100 years ago, with such a soul and character . We enjoyed a lot out stay. Breakfast is good , have everything you need , recommend to take with breakfast. Location is also great, 5 minutes to tour buses, Angel square , many coffee shops and restaurants. RECOMMEDED !! Rooms are also fine , clean , have windows . We would definitely stay there again

Definitely get one of the best view in Mexico City from your room , it truly exceed my expectation of a Ritz Carlton hotel. Extremely good service and always address you by your name.
We encounter some problems within the room in the beginning, however the front office manager solve it very quickly which is excellent. We have stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and will definitely come back if we visit Mexico City again.

The location is great, safe and convenient. I'm satisfied with the room amenities and the bedding is clean and tidy. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit outdated, especially the bathtub showerhead, where the water pressure is a bit low and there's a slight leak. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied. I stay at this hotel every time I visit Mexico City, for 4-5 nights each time. I've stayed here at least a dozen times. I love the garden view room; the sunlight streams in during the day, which is very pleasant!

I had a great stay at the Hilton Reforma in Mexico City while celebrating the birthday of my girlfriend. The staff made the experience feel special with very good and attentive service throughout my stay.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a great view and high-quality amenities. Everything was well maintained and met the high standards I expect from Hilton.
Overall, a very pleasant experience and an excellent choice for both leisure and special occasions. I would definitely stay here again

This hotel is situated in the Coyoacán Centro area. What a great area for so many reasons, coffee shops, restaurants and small cafes. This hotel, tho, is all you really need. Very beautiful, with high quality throughout. The staff were very friendly and professional. Our suite was gorgeous and well appointed. We didn’t have time to try out the breakfast menu but it looked very tasty.
I would definitely return for another stay without hesitation !

The location is just 10mins away to terminal 2. It’s ok when you need someplace to stay if you need to be at the airport very early. There’s a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. However, parking is not free.
