QQingdajiangjunThe overall level of the hotel is similar to that of domestic hotels. The room is large enough, about 30 square meters. The breakfast is very simple and it is not recommended to eat in the hotel. The location of the hotel is quite good, it is convenient to travel anywhere, there are many restaurants around, and life is convenient.

LLucasyu08Later I learned that this hotel has a long history and has hosted many celebrities. The interior layout is very classic, making it quite quiet. Other services are quite efficient, and room service is prompt. The room facilities are basic, but I think they are very good for an overseas hotel, and the price-performance ratio is quite high. Its location is also excellent, close to the metro station and very close to the Rome area. There are some good restaurants and bars nearby. Overall, I think this hotel offers extremely good value for money.

HHussain Ismail from LondonReally nice hotel with people that are really friendly. Clean, smells really, and serviced really well. The desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Rocío cleaned and looked after my room really well! Thanks Rocio.
The Spa and gym was amazing - especially the staff who were really helpful and kind. The trainer Ariel was really helpful showing me various training routines and ways for thinking about exercise - he is an expert in Judo (black belt!). Alexis was really helpful with the spa facilities. Thanks Ariel and Alexis!
The beauty salon run by Azul was really good and especially with the treatments she offers! She convinced me to start looking after the smaller things about my appearance. It is the people that make a place and in this case in Hotel Marquis Reforma. I will definitely go back. Thanks Azul!
Thanks Hotel Marquis Reforma! See you soon.

GGuest UserAs you enter the lobby strong smell of artificial perfume surrounds you which made me nauseous.
We were upgraded to kingbed room.
Shower head was broken. Shallow sink was designed for looks only. It splushes water The large structural column by the window takes up the whole one corner of the room. The room is small enough not accommodate lounge chair. Espresso maker is also broken as to the pod doesn’t stay and fall through. If you are carefully pressing it down slowly it will stay where it get skewered.
This hotel is not a bad hotel. Great location. Staff is as nice as many restaurants and hotels in town. I will not stay here again because there are plenty of better hotels and rentals to stay in Mexico City.

TTimmyy_The location of the hotel is great, in the rich area of Mexico City, very safe, there are other high-end hotels, banks, supermarkets, etc. around, life is convenient, and it is very close to the independent pillar. The hotel restaurant tastes good, the bar is very special, it is very lively at night, and you can see the Mexican City landscape. The hotel also provides 24 hours room service, the staff is enthusiastic and will provide services as much as possible. This is a great choice!

Amazing
DDuduThe location is great, safe and convenient. I'm satisfied with the room amenities and the bedding is clean and tidy. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit outdated, especially the bathtub showerhead, where the water pressure is a bit low and there's a slight leak. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied. I stay at this hotel every time I visit Mexico City, for 4-5 nights each time. I've stayed here at least a dozen times. I love the garden view room; the sunlight streams in during the day, which is very pleasant!

DDistroniXI had a great stay at the Hilton Reforma in Mexico City while celebrating the birthday of my girlfriend. The staff made the experience feel special with very good and attentive service throughout my stay.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a great view and high-quality amenities. Everything was well maintained and met the high standards I expect from Hilton.
Overall, a very pleasant experience and an excellent choice for both leisure and special occasions. I would definitely stay here again

GGuest UserThe Hotel looked fantastic, very modern and luxury looking but the experience is lacking. We came for a one night only after staying at the Ritz for a week and the difference is colossal. For one , at the Alexander there was a constant noise through the night and early morning, cleaning staff didn’t bother to return our greeting, the management messed up our order for food in the morning- which wasn’t really good anyway. We will not be returning there unless the changes reflect the status they advertise.

MM.K84I’ve left with beautiful memories and a lot of love for this place. The staff are amazing ,,, friendly and professional. It’s a great hotel with excellent service, and they made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip ,, I truly loved it!
Just one thing to keep in mind: the traffic in this area can be heavy, so if you have a flight, make sure to leave early to avoid any delays.

GGuest UserThis hotel is situated in the Coyoacán Centro area. What a great area for so many reasons, coffee shops, restaurants and small cafes. This hotel, tho, is all you really need. Very beautiful, with high quality throughout. The staff were very friendly and professional. Our suite was gorgeous and well appointed. We didn’t have time to try out the breakfast menu but it looked very tasty.
I would definitely return for another stay without hesitation !
