My wife and I stayed 4 nights here recently. Highlights: - Prime location in the heart of Georgetown—walking distance to shopping malls, eateries, and key attractions. - Reliable high-speed internet, ideal for both work and leisure. - Complimentary parking with a convenient license plate recognition system. - Warm, courteous staff who go the extra mile to assist. - Breakfast spread was impressive—varied, fresh, and satisfying. On the negative side: - Room size is quite small, which may not suit guests seeking spacious accommodation. - Unusual housekeeping policy: rooms are only cleaned once every two days, which may not meet expectations for daily upkeep. Overall Verdict: While the location and amenities are commendable, the limited room space and infrequent cleaning schedule detract from the overall experience. For the price point, it falls short of delivering full value for money.

My stay at PARKROYAL Penang Resort was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with a breathtaking view of sea. I especially loved the pool, breakfast buffet, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and outstanding service. I would definitely return!. Had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was a highlight. They offered a great variety of local Penang cuisine with live stations preparing char kuey teow, tosai, hokkien mee, and curry mee fresh on the spot. One minor downside was the housekeeping service. I requested an extra towel but was told it could only be provided the next morning. Other than that, everything else was great.

Hotel got ice cream and water when you waiting for check in . View no so good . Hotel is nice shopping mall just beside gurney plaza & paragon . Can walk and high tea . There cafe nice and cheese cake at gurney plaza quite good

We chose this hotel as it is the newest hotel in Ferringhi which also has a kids pool and kids club. The rooms were good, especially connecting rooms to be close to my kids. Aircond was cold. Beach access was good. Breakfast could be better. Crows can be a bit of a nuisance. Parking available at lobby and basement. However if you are looking to eat out a lot, this hotel may not be so convenient. Traffic in and out of Ferringhi to Teluk Bahang is a nightmare. It will take you 45 mins to Georgetown and 45 mins back to Teluk Bahang.

Staff is friendly, location is good with many eateries nearby, plenty of car park space is available in the multilevel car park and also street parking. Breakfast is simple, the room I book was a non window room. Air con was super cool, only downside was the white color tower a bit turning gray. other than that everything is good.

Nice,clean,affordable,comfortable and close to city and close to great places and food,amenities should also include toothbrushes set too,it would be a great addition

Amazing hotel and facilities. The pool is great for families, and the atmosphere is fantastic for a music loving teen! Also treated our teenage daughter to a treatment at the Rock Spa. The only down side was the flavour of the food at the buffet breakfast. “Have a Rockin’ Day”
