Convenient and ease as already included morning tickets and night hot spring tickets and also breakfast so everything is seamless.
Room floor should be spc wooden as tiles too cold and tiles flooring looks cheap for hotel, not a personal fans for carpet floor and luckily they did not install that.
This is 3rd time staying here, good place for our son to experience lost world tambun as he loved the animals here roam freely and feeding freely.
Room has a strong smell as we guess they use strong air freshener male strong musky smell to mask the smoking smell before us. Water given to us also past expiry date 😅
Perfect stay for my family definitely with a great and wonderful view from the balcony. For sure I will come again.Facilities also complete with washing machine and cooking equipment are available to be used.
We stayed at Ipoh Bali Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights for our honeymoon, and we’re truly so grateful we chose a local honeymoon instead of flying overseas. This place made our trip feel peaceful, romantic, and memorable.
From the moment we checked in, Raidah was incredibly warm, helpful, and friendly and she even checked us out at the end of our stay. Her hospitality really made us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout the trip.
All the staff we met during our stay were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Every time we walked past, we were greeted with smiles, which made the atmosphere feel so warm and comfortable.
We also had massages during our stay, and the masseuses were amazing. The service honestly felt like a 5-star experience, professional, relaxing, and exactly what we needed after the wedding.
A special mention to the breakfast team as well, especially May, who was so kind and attentive. The food was excellent. We loved it so much that we ordered the same dishes twice during our stay, the Balinese chicken porridge and the Balinese rice set (can’t remember the exact name, but it was so good!).
The room itself was spacious with beautiful high ceilings, giving such a cozy Bali-inspired atmosphere. One of our favourite parts was the sound of flowing water from the balcony at night
It was incredibly calming and helped us sleep so well. The bathroom was also very spacious and came with a lovely bathtub, which made the whole honeymoon experience even more special.
Honestly, the hotel felt like a 5-star resort experience to us, so we were surprised to find out it’s officially rated 3 stars. The service, atmosphere, and overall experience exceeded our expectations.
Overall, this was the perfect honeymoon stay for us, and we will definitely come back again in the future.
I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Damai Laut Resort to celebrate a special anniversary, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
Upon arriving at 3:00 PM, I had to wait in a very long queue for check-in and only received my room key at approximately 3:40 PM. After entering the room, I noticed that the anniversary decorations I had requested were in place, but the cake, chocolates, and fruit platter that I had paid for were not provided. As this was intended to be a surprise for my husband, it was quite disappointing.
What was even more frustrating was that no one informed me that these items were not yet ready. I had to call and follow up myself to check on their status. The cake and other items only arrived more than an hour later, which significantly reduced the excitement and impact of the surprise.
I was also surprised to find that the minibar fridge was completely empty, with no canned drinks or refreshments available. Considering the room rate was approximately RM1,200 per night, I expected more than just complimentary bottled water.
The room was advertised as having a king-size bed, but it felt smaller than expected. In addition, the dinner buffet pricing for children was quite expensive at RM50 per child. My children are 8 and 10 years old and, like most children their age, they eat only small portions and usually only one or two dishes. The breakfast charges for children were also relatively high, making the overall dining cost difficult to justify for young children.
To make matters worse, the cashier accidentally charged my children's dinner twice. Although the duplicate charge was voided, I was informed that the refund process could take between 7 and 14 weeks. This seems like an excessively long waiting period for a billing error made by the hotel.
Overall, this stay was disappointing and frustrating. I had expected a smooth and memorable experience for such a special occasion, but several service shortcomings negatively affected our celebration. I hope the management will review these issues and make improvements to enhance the guest experience in the future.
Nice little hotel, easy fast check in . Friendly staff, nice clean room, only AC wasn't cold enough otherwise everything else was good . But was kind of disappointed with the breakfast, may e because it's ramadhan kot.
Here’s a polished, warm version you can send—friendly, appreciative, and clear 🌷

The hotel was very pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast was nice, with a good variety of vegetables for the salad. The Singapore-style bihun goreng was so yummy! However, the rice for the nasi lemak tasted a little bit unusual.
My kids really enjoyed the cereal, bihun goreng, bread with jam, and the pastries.
Plus, near the hotel, there were plenty of restaurant and kiosk options around the Bulatan Sultan Azlan Shah area. At night, you can rent bicycles, buggies, and other vehicles to ride around the roundabout—it was so much fun! There was even a small train, which the kids absolutely loved.
In the morning, after our wonderful breakfast, my kids and I went back to the roundabout for a brisk walk and spent some time at the playground. It was really enjoyable and a great way to start the day.
I would also like to send my appreciation to Trip.com customer service. The staff responded to my issue promptly and truly tried their best to resolve it. I’m very happy and grateful for the support from Trip.com. Keep up the great service!
Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The hotel and the surrounding are stunning, the staff is super friendly and the facilities could not have been better. Upon our arrival, our rental car had a flat tyre and the staff was so helpful and fixed this for us immediately. As travellers from Europe this is an excellent service which is so helpful when you do not speak the local language to communicate with for instance the people at the garage. Additionally, we received a free upgrade of our hotel room from the lake villa to the garden villa, for two nights in a row. This villa with private pool and garden is stunning. All the caves and the surrounding facilities are so impressive and nature and luxury blends together perfectly. This is a must visit.
With a stay at Cosy Home 4-7 Pax Sunway Onsen Lost World Tambun, you'll be all set to unwind after a day of travel.
Go for a swim in the property's pool. You can also check out the saltwater pool. Treat yourself by paying a visit to the property's 2 free hot springss. To recharge your batteries or simply relax, visit the property's spa, sunbathing area, or sauna. The free gym provides a place for guests to work out.
At this apartment, you'll have access to a bbq, garden, playground, and gaming area.
When driving to the property, you can use the free parking lot.
Overall, had a good experience during the stay especially with the friendly and attentive staffs on their service provided. The hotel is at the prime location, just a short distance from the scenic Taiping Lake Garden and surrounded by numerous dining options, was highly appreciated for its convenience and accessibility. The room is clean and comfortable, especially the serene pool and beautifully landscaped garden area, which offered a peaceful retreat from the bustle of daily life.

GGuest UserMarina Island Boat transfer easy, although I feel a little expensive. Coffee was cold, they had wrong check in information and I almost tripped on uneven block surface exiting building to boat. Check in completed at reception , with correction to booking. We were in a lower tropical garden villa, which is cheapest room. We were lucky to have part sea view and part back of pool view. Other lower villas in this category, not so good a view. This said, room was gorgeous, despite dead moth in sunken bath area. All the staff were fantastic and helpful. Chatted to some people in over water villas, who were disappointed you could not swim in sea from villa, nor enter sea from beach around jetty , due to sea urchins. On the other side of the Island is Emerrald bay. Absolutely stunning! Beautiful beach and sea to swim in. Lots of space for sun beds, but everyday ran out by 11am! Suggest they get some more! Forfeited scrumptious in all restaurants.

GGuest UserVery good place for relax, nice view and join some interesting excursions. I choose the least expensive rooms but the room is big and cozy. Friendly staff. But maybe can still add some more facilities like badminton court and pickleball court. Museum alike area for sharing of history will also add advantage for foreigners to understand local culture and how this area developed. Some area need more attention on the gardening like the Spice Garden and Bee Garden. Buffet is quick pricey for local but overall experience for the tastes still good. I like the fresh fruits' juicer, fruits and salad corner. The roasted lamb meat is hard, but the rendang chicken/beef, pre-packed banana leaf nasi lemak, fried mee/kuay teow corner, roti canai station is good. Roasted chicken taste dry and plain but soup tulang kambing is nice. Desert station is kids' favorite. I definitely will recommend this for friends. Take note must bring mosquito repellent.
